Easy and quick. Ideal for planning on the go. Our stay was welcomed by a very nice host at the front desk, who made us feel welcomed and quickly had us entered and gave us extra towels at my wife's request. The hotel has been renovated since our last visit, and the halls are still being worked on. The rooms have new desks and counters and paint. The shower and bathroom are still more than adequate. Overall, this our preferred hotel to stay at when visiting Nanaimo.
Their call agent made a false promise that water park tickets are covered as part of hotel reservation. Infact it was not and we had to pay from our pocket on the hotel counter. Pls be very very careful while dealing with these cheaters/scammers.
