Easy and quick. Ideal for planning on the go. Our stay was welcomed by a very nice host at the front desk, who made us feel welcomed and quickly had us entered and gave us extra towels at my wife's request. The hotel has been renovated since our last visit, and the halls are still being worked on. The rooms have new desks and counters and paint. The shower and bathroom are still more than adequate. Overall, this our preferred hotel to stay at when visiting Nanaimo.
They made the reservation easy, but then overcharged me by $123 and refused to refund me. When I contacted them about the mistake, they said: "We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As a courtesy, our team has contacted our hotel partner on your behalf. They have informed us that they require a copy of your credit card charges in order to continue their investigation. Please reply to this email with the requested documentation so that we may continue assisting you with your refund request." I waited 15 days and was not contacted again and when I reached out to follow up, they sent the same message again. I then contacted the hotel directly, and they said they reached out to the company (parent company= booking.com <also scam>) who said they would refund. After another 15 days of no action, I spoke to the hotel again, and they processed my reimbursement themselves.

Thought I was booking directly with the hotel but somehow ended up booking through Expedia which charges you an ungodly fee. Room went from $188 a night to nearly $300. I will not be doing that again.
Unless this is the site the hotel uses to book its rooms, I did not. I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. Will not use this service again.

I called to talk about bookings, but was informed there was no free breakfast or refund option, despite the website advertising both. Communication was challenging as the representative struggled with English, which made it difficult to clarify details. Disappointed with the misleading information.

Wasn't sure at first but wanted to book my reservation for Holiday Inn Express & Suites at Fleming Island, Florida. Kinda weird that some options did not include the continental breakfast. Anyway, from there it was a breeze setting everything up. Thank You very much.

I booked this for my dad to give to my mother. They're attending a show at the Playhouse that night. He's elderly so he had me do the online booking. My mom worked there over 60yrs ago so he thought it would be fun to take her back to see the changes. Great & easy experience!

Very friendly and courteous staff, once I was directed to the actual lodge that I was staying at. I called the 1-833 number, spoke to them about what I wanted, was put on a 15 minute hold, then as soon as the gentleman got back on the phone, we were disconnected. No fault of his, I am sure but I think the website should display the actual number to the lodge.
Because that was the only choice I had.

I'm looking forward to visiting Little Rock for the Annual Arkansas Audubon meeting. The hotel is a short walk from the convention center so it is convenient to the venue. Booking was easy and the photos appear to show a lovely hotel.

The experience was very good. When I called back later to add special request for my rooms, the agent said he would call me back after checking with the hotel. Within 5 minutes, the agent called me back to confirm my request and even gave me the name of the person at the hotel who authorized the request.

It did not take very long to complete my reservations. I was very satisfied with the step by step process and I did not have any complications. I recommend the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino to all travelers. I stayed here before and I enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly, and helpful.

This booking was very easy and the price for this stay was very good hopefully my stay during December will be wonderful since we heard so much about this hotel.
From Gambling to dinners and lunch and SPA enjoyment sounds pretty good from friends and family.
The location to the hotel is very close to the airport which I'm very happy about.

My booking was fast and simple. Need to pay attention to the online pictures of the different rooms because some rooms show the same photos as other rooms. It seems the site wants the customer to decide which photos belong and which do not.
I was actually unaware that this was not the hotels website. There is no warning that you are being directed to a different website. ☹️

Love the hotel and surrounding area. Gulf Hills has been a favorite destination for 25 plus years and the renovations have made the stay even better. Ocean Springs is the best destination on the Gulf coast!

It was easy to make my reservation to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Harlengin Texas. I am not very tech savvy being 73 years old. My Husband and I are looking forward to are stay for a convention.

I wanted a non-smoking room. I did not notice that option. When I tried to call and request one, I was caller #4 and could be called back. No sooner did I hang up I received a call back and had to continue to hold. I never was able to talk to anyone.

If booking is as accurate as it was fast to do, I shall be thrilled. Booked a room for single adult for one night and was rewarded with knowledge that it is a shower bathroom (so pleased as baths and I do not get along well). Photographs of said room look great and breaskfast is inclded.

Their call agent made a false promise that water park tickets are covered as part of hotel reservation. Infact it was not and we had to pay from our pocket on the hotel counter.
Pls be very very careful while dealing with these cheaters/scammers.
