Very straight forward booking. Simple. Multiple transport and insurance options.
Roadrunner experienced a 2+ week delay in pickup time. After several online contacts, a service person explained that this was due to shutdowns related to the Covid pandemic and the lack of available drivers. This information should have been made available initially.
Once a driver was assigned, however, things went smoothly and my vehicle arrived in good shape. Fortunately, my delivery was not time-critical.
Driver showed up at 10:30 pm and made us drive to a Walmart parking lot instead of delivering to our residence.
Threatened to leave with our cars if we didn't come to the lot.
We are in our 70s and this was a dangerous situation for us.
Anthony was very professional and answers all questions and concerns without hesitation.
When I received the car in Florida it was on the bottom rack. The driver said that it had been on top which I paid for but said he had to move it. The car was covered with road grime so I am not so sure how long it was on top if at all.
In your terms and conditions it states countless times how roadrunner isn't liable for anything, ever, anywhere. But on your webpage on the top you advertise that your reliable, licensed and INSURED. This contradiction seems deceptive. I,m very worried... Would've been nice had the driver spoke english.
The last time I worked with road runner was better than this time. The driver would frequently say one thing and then change it, which isnt terrible, but when the service last time was so spectacular it really stands out. It also probably has to do with the current state of things and how stressed people are. That being said, this was good with no damage on my car and a quick transport. If the service is needed again I will contact roadrunner in the future. Thank you and enjoy your day :)
The car made it within an acceptable timeline to the desired location with no issues with pickup, transport or drop off.
It was however irritating that after booking an expensive shipping, I received absolutely no contact from Road runner. No confirmation, no booking number, and I had to call multiple times to make sure they got my order and it was being processed.
Shipping service was satisfactory but the customer service and communication was disappointing and sub-par.
Terrible service, paid in full up front and they still charged me an extra $100...The car was inopporable (which I paid more for) but the driver that delivered was by himself and could push the car by himself, my pregnant wife had to come out and help. After that they charged me an extra $50 for a gate fee because they decided to pick the car up after the business closed; even after I told them about it and they assured me otherwise. They missed their drop off window by over an hour and did not communicate this to me, I had to investigate where the car was by calling both road runner and thier driver. All in all terrible service, terrible customer service, and overall a terrible experience. I will never use them again!
Easy to understand all questions has been answered. I'm very happy and very satisfied on their service they pick up my car on the day I wanted and they give me accurate estimate of delivery actually 1 day early of delivery and they will contact you for any changes in schedule ahead. I rate them A+ they pick up and drop off on base door to door that's amazing. Thumbs up actually I'll already recommended to all my friends specially military friends cause it's very convenient for us in picking and drop off door to door. This is the only car transport that I've been very happy. Keep up the good work. This is the only car transport that I can trust, reliable and honest.
I used them twice. First time, the communication from the driver about delivery date was not as clear as it could be. The 2nd time, the driver communicated very well on delivery date. Both were flexible on pickup and delivery locations in the respective cities.
Overall, I'd use them again but ultimately your customer experience will be based on the driver that they sub the auto transport out to.
Full pay option 3% fee does not mention that it is for CC use ( that is fine), they need to be clearer about the fee...
The 2 guys that picked up the car kept us informed about their arrival, arrived at the beginning of the window, loaded the car and were very courteous. The informed my daughter that they were running late and when she told them she would not be home on Jan 2, they delivered the car early on New Year's Day. Again, very courteous. I would definitely use them again and recommend them...
The original pickup and delivery time estimates were missed, but the car was picked from a location somewhat off the beaten path. A little better communication about delays would have been better, but overall very satisfied with the service roadrunner provided.
One week apart, 25% increase in pricing. Drop in fuel prices. Employee promised to get back to me and never did.
Driver gave a particular day to deliver, and then called and said it would be a day later.
Booking so far was pleasant & the rates seems to be very competitive. Car had few scratches when delivered but overall the service was quick & efficient.
The driver was cooperative & kept me updated on the travel status.

The car was delivered one day later then expected (since picked up one day later), but this was never updated on the web site.
No problems with the condition of the car upon delivery.

Used Road Runner before and looking for another great experience. Even better experience this time, and last time was great. Roadrunner continues to improve their customer service and delivery process. So easy and they were very timely in the delivery. We will certainly be using them again in the future.
The experience was great, but I didn't give it 5 stars because they don't offer a military discount. I believe every business should offer a military discount. We sacrifice our lives for this country. Also the quote changed from the original quote I received.
I have to give you less than perfect score on this because your rep Zack didn't return my calls. You website is easy to use. I called with a question as I was booking and got knowledgeable answers.
Overall I'd give a 4.9 because ohe call back, but otherwise I was well satisfied with Rr Auto Transport.

My car was picked up two weeks late. I was told it would be picked up on time--each day, there was an excuse as to why it was not yet picked up. It was very, very difficult to get in touch with anyone. It took me calling about 10 times to get 1 call back, and I almost never got straight answers. Overall a stressful, confusing, and difficult experience.
When I received my truck I initially thought everything was ok. Had I paid closer attention I would have noticed that the passenger side mirror had been forcefully removed. It could have been easily removed with a 3/8 wrench. I have photos from before it was picked up proving it was still on the truck. I understand it needing removed to fit on the trailer but they ruined the mirror and damaged the door doing it. I will not recommend this driver for future deliveries. Other than that I have no issue with Roadrunners company. Very unhappy with the damage caused by the driver. Only wish I had paid closer attention to this while he was still in my company.
