The clothes on this website are great, the staff is amazing. I bought a scarf for a very low price, shipping took a while, but I suppose it is because of the pandemic, although it was not long!
IT TOOK A MONTH TO GET MY ORDER, AND I GOT REPLICAS OF WHAT I WANTED. NOTHING FIT, AND THEY REFUSED TO RESPOND TO MY EMAIL.

Yesterday I bought the MAXI DRESS BLACK here, I bought this dress online, it was a really easy and fast process, and the dress is spectacular!

J'ai écrit et discuté de mon problème et il m'a incroyablement permis de le retourner, sans tracas et a été très rapide pour répondre. Je suis très reconnaissante et j'ai hâte de trouver autre chose dans cette boutique en ligne.
Recomiendo esta tienda por que la conozco hace aproximadamente un año y puedo decir que es confiable, hace cobros seguros, y la ropa es de buena calidad, nos ofrece precios bajos y pues en general obtienes lo que pagas.
Ordené 4 items desde Valencia, España. Y el pedido se tardó 13 días, así que no creo que sea una mala tienda, solo que hay que ser un poco paciente a la hora de esperar nuestras compras.

Cuando haces una orden grande te envian las cosas en paquetes separados, para que lo tengan en cuenta y no se asusten si en su primer paquete no llega todo completo, la ropa es muy linda.
Mi vestido se ve exactamente como la fotografia, pero llegó cuatro días tarde. La gente de servicio al cliente respondió bien. La calidad es excelente!
Me gustó mucho la experiencia de comprar online, el vestido llegó a tiempo esperado, muy bonito, diseño moderno y suave, se siente muy natural, volveré a comprar aqui!

Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
