Received order in good condition, arrived within 2 weeks (14 days) from when I placed the order. Would recommend, just like picture. Did free shipping which averages 10-20 days, so not bad in arrival time. Proceed in 24 hours and shipped out on time.

It comes with tiny panties, which I didn't expect. :) However, the bottom of the dress is quite transparent, so I had to put stockings underneath so I would look decent. It fit me really well, and for its price this a very good deal!

I'd rate this site a 0, but that's not an option. 'm just like everyone else, ordered and paid for a swimsuit and nothing came! When you try to contact them they tell me my order number and email are not valid yet they keep emailing me crap from their site. Ridiculous!

What you receive will not closely resemble what you saw on their website. It is false advertising. Sizes run crazy (i. E. a large in some items is really a small and vice versa). If you check out their return/exchange policy, it's poorly written (i. E. "stuff" who uses that to describe their merchandise?) and one has to jump through hoops and wait forever in order for the return/exchange to be completed... and the customer STILL pays for back & forth shipping and any other charges in between.

I ordered a cardigan from Rotita which looked beautiful on their website. When it arrived it was much shorter than it looked in the photograph and the cardigan did not fit me, even though I had followed their sizing chart for the UK when ordering. I tried to get a refund but they offered a 20% compensation instead as the cost of postage back to China is so expensive! I am now left with a cardigan of very poor quality, which doesn't fit and its cost me £24! Never will I buy from them again. They must be making a fortune out of people.

Highly recommended! Rotita is the only online fashion site that I trust to buy my clothes. Free shipping worldwide and they always have specific measurement for each item. Good quality and you can't beat the price! I believe you will love this site too.

Ordered and paid for a product advertised on Pinterest 2 months ago. Contacted both credit card and liligal. A transaction tracking # was sent that told anything. I would advise to go to a local shop and get it in your hands before paying.

I own quite a few pieces of clothing from Rotita. And, I have shared the website address with many people as they continually ask where I got my clothes. I am not known as someone who likes to shop but Rotita has changed that!

Clothes look better in the pictures. Clothes didn't fit right. Hard to return items. No one contacts you back. Worst return policy. Zero customer serve. No contact number! Will NEVER buy from them again!

I still have not received my order. Paid a total of $68 for one swim suit to get faster shipping. It is now 8 days after the "no later than" date and still nothing! Contacted them with a promise of reply in 1 business day, now 5 days later nothing either! Scam

Took forever to get here. Quality was beyond poor. When I returned the item -with original packaging, and using the label they provided, they initially were not going to issue a refund. First they said it was damaged (how?) or no longer in stock (how is that my problem?) or not what was ordered (again, original package). They finally, after about 2 weeks, gave me a partial refund. They said they would not give a full refund because I used their label and so charged me for the insurance. I just did what they told me. Had I known, I would have thrown it in an envelope and just sent it back. Then when I tried to leave comments on Facebook, they mysteriously disappear. All you see are glowing reviews. Would run fast from this place.

I placed an order for 2 bathing suits on April 14,2018 and paid for them that day. The processing time stated it would be 6-10 days. Since I have not yet received my order I went back on the website to find out when they might be delivered. After a horribly frustrating time I was finally able to get some information. The order says it is "Still Processing". What? Here we are May 15,2018 and my order has not yet been processed. Not real optimistic at this time.

I love Rotita! The clothes are beautiful with a great fit! The quality is excellent! When the items arrive, they are packaged very nicely. The colors are vibrant just as seen online. I received so many compliments. Everybody is asking me, " where did you get that outfit? " I am proud to say, " I purchased it online from Rotita!" If anyone purchases an item from Rotita, You will not be sorry. It is convenient and certainly not overpriced. The clothes actually look like you paid hundreds of dollars.

Reading the reviews after I made my purchase was a huge mistake. Paid extra to get my dress faster, and still hasn't gotten here and it's been almost 2 weeks. I'll be back to write another bad review if i ever receive my package.

Although it took awhile to receive my order was perfect! Love the swimsuits (exactly as described) and they fit perfectly and are flattering.

Me and my roommate ordered the same jacket, within the same hour and mine never got delivered. I even paid for 6-7 business day delivery and it never came. I proceeded to contact them via email and they were 1.) very unprofessional with spelling errors and no correct grammar 2.) Told me to hold off for a few days because its "coming" and 3.) Were not compliant. I will never order from this website ever again

I heard rotita.com from a friend who shopped here for a long time. She always can buy lots of stuff with very low prices which caught my attention. The shopping experience was great as the website operation is easy to understand and I like all of its styles. I bought several items and they gave me a big discount. Most importantly, all of the items deserve the price.

I ordered the Black Floral Loose Chiffon Kimono and I have to say it was worth the money I spent and the time waited for it. It's my new favorite clothing piece to wear with everyday wear. My friends are really trying to figure out where I got this and it's fun to watch them guess. I love their selection of shirts too and it matches my personality just right and for a great price! I'm definitely going to be ordering more from this site, especially shirts and a few pieces of jewelry they have on the site, their stuff isn’t like other sites that I’ve ordered from.

Placed my order easy enough and then was a bit concerned on the delay of it being shipped however due to the Pandemic I understood. The customer Service team kept me updated regularly and the tracking worked perfect and even turned up 2 days before scheduled! Overall a brilliant service and most importantly the Mrs is going to love her fur coat!

I ordered 5 different items only 4 came. They refuse to send out my 5th item. There excuse is its too small and it will get lost. That this happens ALL the time. They are offering a refund but I want my product that I paid expedited shipping for. They are not offering to refund my shipping. They have a horrible business practice. Do not order a thing from them! None of the items look the same in person and they just might leave stuff out and blame you for it! Other companies would have sent it out right away! BIGGEST MISTAKE was ordering from Rotita!

This site is a joke! Ordered a swimsuit for my girlfriend that she picked out for her birthday and theirs no sign of it being delivered on time. Website said 1-4 working days, it's now been 7 days. The tracking number they gave me didn't work, now they have given me a new date of 'two weeks'.
When I try to track the item the website says

1.The carrier's tracking access is temporarily disconnected, under this situation, the carrier's official website has been suspended.

They give me no information as to where the parcel is or when it will arrive.
