Ordered an item that was supposed to make it in 7-10 days. I got an email stating it could arrive in 3 months, so I tried to cancel. Too late they said. So I was just going to wait for it. It's now been 3 weeks and has been bouncing around post offices for over a week now because the address is missing or something. No indication from USPS. So now apparently it's back to China. Will NEVER use again. Horrible experience.

Seriously bad clothing. Bizarre shapes and sizes, can't even work out how to put on one cardigan. Website won't let me review the items I bought. They look nothing like the pictures. I'm an average size 12/14 but the medium and one size items I bought would fit a small child. Quality of some items is really dreadful.

I purchased a few bathing suits and used the size chart provided by the website and bought two sizes because I fall in between. Their policy states if they're size chart is wrong they are responsible. Well needless to say nothing fits. One bathing suit bottom looks like a size 2 not a size 18. They are trying to only give me a 15% store credit instead of a full refund when that is what their policy states. Never dealing with this company again!

What a great experience! I was worried by the previous reviews but I did not have any issue with my order. The items arrived in a timely fashion and they were exactly as described. From order to delivery took a little less than three weeks but it was worth the wait to get my adorable clothes! Everything arrived in time for me to wrap for Christmas gifts. My birthday is coming up and I will be shopping here again and treating myself!

This is my first time ordering from Rotita. I got a message over a month ago saying my parcel had been shipped but it still has not arrived. I went through a long automated process to try and find out what it going on and was told I would hear in 24 hours. That was two weeks ago.

Buyer beware if you order from this place and your item don't fit plan on paying 9.99 per item to return or exchange it. Aside from waiting over 2+ weeks to get from China you will probably pay half back to return your item. Paying this amount is absolutely ridiculous and I refuse to do it I planned on buying some dresses for my cruise at the end of the month but with this return policy and following the size guide being inaccurate I refuse to order from them again. Their clothes are very cute but not ordering with how they're return policy is.

Renee was most helpful when I didn't receive my package on time. She was very prompt getting back to me. It ended up being my post office saying they delivered it but they never did until I called. This was my first purchase from Rotita and I will definitely be ordering from you again in the near future.

I have so many ideas for this outfit. It is super cute and it looks like the pic itself. The buttons are kinda loose but even if they fall out I can replace them with even better ones. The material feels really good.

I cannot believe that I could got a wonderful swimsuit from this site. I always hesitated to place an order online coz they often disappointed me very much. However, I received a big surprise from this Chinese site. Love the color and style! Didn't notice it had skull and cross bones from the picture it just looked like polka dots! It did run large to size I went of size grid and ordered what I normally am and it is a little big but will work for the time being. I am itch to try to buy clothes from here.

I ordered 5 pieces of clothing on this website thinking that I was getting the same quality and how it looks in the picture shown. No where near the pictures and the quality of the material is something I could make myself. I will never order from here again. I understand it's at a discounted price but I can get better quality clothes at goodwill or plato's closet from people who has worn it already. Super disappointed.

I have placed and successfully received over 7 orders with Rotita. I love the quality & great value for money. The clothes I have purchased are beautiful, stylish, comfortable and sophisticated. Rotita has a very wide range of products to choose from. I have always had and received open communication with support staff, which results in satisfying resolutions. Excellent, helpful Feedback and photos from customers-giving honest information on sizes, colours and styles.

The dress is made of 2 different fabrics. Even the style does not match. I told them this was not the dress I ordered. They told me that there is a "slight" difference between the top and bottom part of the dress.
I wanted to return but their refund policy is %60 of price and you have pay for shipping to China. I didn't trust them I have doubts they even return %60.
I just let it go, but beware, don't buy anything from this website.

I ordered a dress from Rotita, buying a bigger size than their website size conversion chart said I needed. Could not even get it on! No paperwork of any sort came with it, it was made of two different coloured fabrics which was entirely different to their photo, and their"easy returns" prove to be anything but, being to China. I'm sure from the packaging that it had been despatched from within the UK - why should I have to return to China? SO difficult to get in touch with them, I've given up on a return and the dress will go to the local charity shop. Rotita are only in business to rip off customers. Avoid like the plague! Would really like to give NO stars.

I absolutely hate this website. I think it should be taken down. I brought items it came two months later. The items did not fit. I truly believe it took so long to get here is because they put these horrible fabrics together when u order them. It's something my daughter could have made on her learners sewing machine. U don't have to believe me but don't get bamboozled like I did.

Once I ordered, no tracking information was made available. I finally received my dress over a month later. The dress did not come in the measurements listed on the site in which I ordered. The make is extremely poor quality. It also smells horrible. I should have done more research and read reviews of this company. Seeing what trouble it takes to return and get refunded, I've decided to consider this a loss and a lesson learned.

Ordered five items, two of which were okay. Trying to return the other 3 for a month now. Haven't sent me the address to return. Website is impossible to navigate. Every time you click on a field, it throws you back out to the login. Don't know if I will EVER get my money back but at least I can help by warning everyone I know to stay away from this website.

I am still waiting on my ordered that said it was shipped 3 weeks ago, I keep sending tickets and know one has called me, I will make people aware of your scam that is going on with the media and face book

After a lot of conversations with Rotita, we came to an agreement that I keep my entire purchase (a number of items' sizes were way off -- there seems to be no standard "medium"), and a 30% credit was issued to offset my expense. Shipping for a refund would have been unaffordable (like $70!) so I'm keeping my purchases and will donate the ones that don't fit. The ones that do fit are bargains. For their inexpensive price tags, no one can expect couture, and many Rotita items are fun pieces that have a place in one's wardrobe. So I say, don't expect great quality or accurate sizing, and understand up front that doing a return for a refund is next to impossible... but you can negotiate a rebate, so all is not lost.

Easy shopping experience from start to finish. Shipped quickly and carefully! Everything I have purchased has been great. I will keep buying their product. I recommend it to everyone. Efficient and prompt delivery of correct items. Pricing was reasonable and quality above average.

I ordered a dress for my sisters wedding on July 17th and still have not received it. All my tracking info says is that it may be lost? So where is MY DRESS? I've tried to get in contact with no response! Scam!?

I absolutely love the Rotita style of clothing and more! I was a little hesitant ordering online, but I am glad I did. I bought the black and white bathing suit and had several compliments on it already over Memorial Day Weekend. The suit is just gorgeous! I am looking at buying another one. Then, I purchased a pretty cool shirt and beautiful jewelry, too. Thank you for having such great options of clothing and accessories to choose from!

Rotita continues to impress me the more I look at their catalog. Their products are consistently high end quality and very trendy. I've invested some hours reading through their reviews and while everyone has their own opinions. It's pretty obvious Rotita has a number of satisfied customers.

Please do not make the same mistake I did! The worst clothing ever made. Smelly, poor quality, they do not fit correctly. I never thought I could be had at my age, but it just happened and not a thing I can do about it! You cant even return the clothes, they will say that they never received them. I am in the midst of filing a complaint with my credit card company. Pay pal couldnt help me either
