Love the clothes from this store. They are extraordinary and very up-to-date. New, fashionable items are added every now and then. Shipping to Poland is very fast! I highly recommend it if you are looking for perfect dresses. I was ordering pants for the first time and I am very impressed with the quality!

I purchased some bikinis in March, received them over 1 month Later. The sizes are wrong, I returned them all at a cost to me of £35! The communication with the customer service department is shocking. They won't refund me, they keep just asking me for the same details every single time and we are literally going round and round, I will not give up on my refund I spent £85 with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This is a joke. No way to get in touch with anyone. When you finally are able to make a ticket it won't respond, signs you off. I ordered a shirt that looked nothing like what I ordered. Sent it back and still no response. They kept asking me to settle for 50% back. I will never do business with this place again and I have warned all my coworkers to not order from this site. Cheap clothes.

I purchased a bathing costume, it has come, it's too big. I can't find the return address, and how to get my money refund back.
I feel 'sick' about it all.
I am also waiting on a blouse to arrive, I bet that wont fit.!

I bought the grey jumpsuit short set and it was nothing like the picture and the button was broken. I emailed them to let them know about the damaged item and they initially said they were sorry for the inconvenience and would give me a full or partial refund. Long story short, its been over a week and I have not received a refund and they are going back and forth with me about giving me a 20 percent credit when I've already made it clear to them that I will never purchase anything from them again. I am now in the process of filing a dispute with PayPal, do not waste your time with this company!

Poor quality item. No invoice or any paperwork sent with the goods. Impossible to return and I have resigned myself to losing my money. They even had the audacity to suggest a might donate the jacket I bought to charity! Actually that is exactly what I will do as to send it back to China, even if they would give me the address, simply would not be feasible.

After nearly three weeks, our order has not left China!

We ordered a couple of cute things some 19 days ago. Tracking tells me it has only today left the company, and is still in the original city!

They have a size chart that we have yet to "validate"...

They barrage us with SPAM, but no product is forthcoming.

Only order from them if you have lots and lots of time and patience

I was lured to their website because of a too-good-to-be-true looking jacket for $48. They can't even spell "Thanksgiving" correctly! Under their customer service heading, one of the options was "How to Made Order". OMG what a joke... so glad I am staying away from them. I will do a google image search to see if somehow I can come up with the REAL manufacturer or retailer for the cute jacket I saw!

Just to be fair, writing this update months later.
After many days of arguing with their customer service, they finally refunded most of my money for the item I wanted to return. They did not want me to actually ship it back because of the cost. The dress went into donation pile.
Even though I still believe this is not a good site/company, at least, they did resolve my issue to my satisfaction.

Do not trust reviews on their website, they are totally bogus. I wish I read the reviews here before I made the order.
When I asked for refund, they told me I need to pay shipping, and I need to go to post office to find the price. Of course, the shipping using USPS is cost prohibitive, so there is nothing else I can do.
Do NOT order anything, their sizes are not even close to what they post. No comment on quality, you can understand... The pictures on their website are very nice, so they lure you. I should've known better...

This is not reflective of the last person who assisted. They did good to explain the situation. My issue is with the return process. Yes, you are informed up front that there is a cost to return/Exchange an item. The problem is that they do not tell you to make any payment until you sit around wondering where your replacement items are. I did not receive any email that they had written me a message on their website. I happen to log in to track my shipment and saw that it was not even being worked because they needed payment for the returned items.

I hope it does not take long now that I have paid another $10 for shipping.

I ordered three items, all of which were terrible quality and far too small. I spent an extra £15 returning them to America, only to be told that they were stained' and no refund was possible! The items were only out of the bags for 30 seconds and definitely were not stained when they left me!. Looking at other reviews this seems to be their standard excuse to avoid refunding. Please do not bother giving this rubbish company your money.

I have an order in progress and have been trying for over a month to unsubscribe from Rotita emails. Their links don't work, you can't contact them unless you want to speak to a robot on chat. They say they will but they don't. No customer service, etc., etc., etc. Don't order from this company and I wish Google and everyone else would stop allowing these companies to post on their search engines. This is just another reason to hate someone and I am so sick of China invading stealing from us and the rest of the world.

Tip for consumers:
That this company is up to no good and is robbing people of their hard earned money. They obviously don't have a catalogue of goods and are making things as they are ordered which is very scarey. I'd cancel my order but all indications are they they won't and this is wearing on my mental health. Google and other search engines need to police their advertisers better so foreign companies stop invading our lives.

Products used:
I haven't received anything yet and it's been over a month and they are saying another 3 weeksto go. They continue to bombard me by emailing me advertising and they won't unsubscribe me. I've tried to block them and this doesn't work either. The links they provide don't work and I've tried the nice buy approach but nothing works. This is just another China ripoff in my mind.

I wish I had read the reviews on this site before ordering a sweater. What arrived was of poor quality, did not fit properly and did not look anything like the photo of the advertised goods. I ordered from them (first and last time) because the site advertises easy returns. Return was anything but easy! After many attempts the company refused to provide a return address. They eventually offered 20% on the original cost which I refused. I complained to Paypal who returned my money and I have thrown the item in the garbage.
STAY AWAY.

Awful quality and nothing like the photo. I was so disappointed. For a dress that is one size, should have been a stretchy fitting material but it was to big and not at all flattering. Very cheaply made, not easy returning it.

I live in the hottest city in the country and I can wear these dresses from March to November and then put a sweater on and wear them through out 2 month winter. The bodice is sized for women with smaller breasts. I am between a 36 B and a C and a medium dress is snug. The large gaps slightly. Otherwise the dress fits great. Best part is that the waistline is slightly above the natural waist so the full skirt hides any stomach you may have below your belly button. I wear these everywhere as they can be dressed up with a sweater or a jacket.

Ordered on 3/21 charged me the same day. Nothing has shipped I have sent three emails requests and tried to call and the number is disconnected. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not order from this company.

This place is bull$#*!! I ordered and they charged me two times for one order i have been emailing them, no response or nothing. They dont even have a phone line for customer service. I had to go thru pay pal to get my money back.

I ordered a bathing suit, swim skirt and swim shorts. Every item is see through and cheaply made. Absolute garbage. Do not order from this website. There is a 9.99 fee to return items. The website is extremely misleading. BEWARE!

My original order was placed on March 30,2016. It's now May 6th and I yet to receive my package in the mail. When I was finally provided with a tracking number all it says is that it's in transit. How long does it take to receive anything from this place? I'm highly disappointed since I ordered several swimsuits in hopes to have them in time for my Caribbean vacation but by the looks of it I won't be getting them in time even though I placed my order over a month ago.
