Love the clothes from this store. They are extraordinary and very up-to-date. New, fashionable items are added every now and then. Shipping to Poland is very fast! I highly recommend it if you are looking for perfect dresses. I was ordering pants for the first time and I am very impressed with the quality!

I purchased some bikinis in March, received them over 1 month Later. The sizes are wrong, I returned them all at a cost to me of £35! The communication with the customer service department is shocking. They won't refund me, they keep just asking me for the same details every single time and we are literally going round and round, I will not give up on my refund I spent £85 with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Really it is awesome service for me. Last week I order a necklace for my wife and I'm also happy to say that she was so glad. The ordering process was also so simple and hassle free and the shipping was reasonably a lot quicker than I thought it would be actually. Overall a pleasant shopping experience! I'll definitely buy again from Rotita.

This is a scam! Items are different from pictures shown, material is disgusting, sizes are extremely misleading and small. They will not let you return item unless you pay for postage to China and then only offer to refund 60%. This is after numerous emails of them telling me to gift item to a friend or re sell it myself! It is a total scam I don't know how this company gets away with it

Never have I received via an internet purchase such a shoddy item of clothing. The quality is appalling. The material is rag like. Badly sized and put together. The discounted price is obviously not a true statement. I promise you, It would be insulting to the shop to take it to a charity shop. Dealing with the ROTITA is no better. They offer you back just 60% of the price even though the goods are faulty and on top of that you pay the postage back. In view of this policy they even have the cheek to ask if I thought it was worth the trouble returning it. Now I'm finished here its going on Facebook and I intend making contact with PayPal. The days should be gone when can be so exposed to bad business practice online

I cannot find words to describe this sorry excuse of a "web shop". This is by far the worst experience I ever had. I purchased a sweater on 4th of September and information was that it will be shipped in 2-4 days. Today is 21st of September and it is still in "processing" stage. When I opened a ticket I was speaking with a chat bot who provided same answer regardless of the question I asked. Today I asked for a refund and of course chat bot said it is in processing stage... Jesus Christ...
I would urge all of you to stay away from this disaster... there are far better web shops then these unprofessional amateurs!

Totally avoid this company, it is fake advertisement, it looks like a company based in the U.S., but no, it is based in Shanghai, China. Their sizes are Asian size even though they said U.S. sizes. Tried to return the clothing, never gotten the money back, even PayPal refused to honor it. Stay away from this company. Email to them was returned as undelivered, phone call no one answered, chat online feature do not work.

Product is really poor and shoddy quality. I bought several tops for my wife the the quality of the material buttons was very very cheap. Whats more, it took 3 weeks to get the product because it went through China. The product pictures on the website are MISLEADING. Would strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere. We are donating the 7 shirts instead of sending them back because the return policy is also not consumer friendly.

It took almost 5 weeks to receive my shirts. I reviewed the size chart carefully prior to ordering. Poor quality material. Then I tried to exchange 2 of the 4 shirts for a larger size. Their response time was extremely slow and they finally said I could not exchange them because it was more than 30 days past the day I ordered. Really?!?!

I got this sweater for an ugly Christmas sweater it's softer then I expected good thick quality material looks just as pictured I wear a small to medium shirt and always a medium sweater, and this product fit exactly as I wanted it to. The arms were even long enough which has been an issue in the past so I'm very pleased! Thanks for making a quality product that's not only comfortable but inexpensive too!

I ordered 2 tops on April 17 - the same day they processed my payment and sent me a USPS tracking number that stated "Label created, not yet in system". I was to receive the tops between May 2 and May 9. As of today, May 14, I had not received my merchandise nor had I received any notification from them. When I checked the tracking number today, the message was unchanged - it was still not in the system. So it hasn't even shipped almost 4 weeks after my order was placed. I'll update this if I ever receive my tops or a refund.

Two days after I wrote this review my tops were delivered. I had ordered sizes based on the reviews I had seen before purchasing - which was to buy one size up - that was accurate. The tops are a disappointment to me since I don't like the material - personal preference. I do thank Rotita for sending them.

I've gotten two dresses and two tops from here and I am very happy with everything. The quality is very nice, everything fit perfect (their sizing charts are on point). Shipping was very fast (took about a week, both times I ordered) and customer service is very responsive. I'm very happy I came across this company and love how affordable everything is.

Provides the nicest and most stylish dress which can be worn in all occasions event this season of summer and spring that won't make you sweat because of the fabric that is used for this item. This dress fit perfectly, as measured. The only thing I would change about this dress is the ruched sleeves. It draw more attentions when I attend a wedding. I'm very pleased with this purchase, and will be wearing this dress again.

This jacket looks really, really cute in their picture. I knew to order larger than I needed, but unless you are around 5' 3" or less, even the XL is short. I usually wear med - large, the XL barely fits my arms and is short - I'm 5' 7". I don't think I'll bother trying to return it since I read how horrible their customer service is. That was a wasted $34. And it definitely doesn't hang as nicely as the picture either.:-(

UPDATE: I decided to keep the jacket for myself (was considering giving it away). I pressed it, and wear it without sleeves underneath so the arms don't feel so tight. It's still 1 1/2" short on the arms, and not quite as long in the body as it appears in the picture - as I would have preferred. But it still looks good and is comfortable. But definitely order a couple of sizes larger if you are tall and not skinny.

I too have ordered garments from the Rotita on-line catalogue. I ordered XXL to be sure they would fit and when I received the garments they fit too small... usually use XL. Filled out a ticket at least three times now asking for refund, return the garments to exchange, something... but it's been a month now and still no service on their part... they charged my credit card and they got paid and I'm left with $110.00 worth of 'stuff' that is not useable... very sad :(

I ordered from them over a month ago. Still have not received item. Sent several emails and only get a response that says they are looking into the problem and it must be the manufacturer. They are still advertising the item I bought but can't deliver it? Thanks for the lesson in how to get ripped off. Now I'm wondering how many people have my credit card information.

Looking at the suits on line they look incredible on those models! They must be 6' tall or something. The 3 swimsuits I ordered 2 out of the 3 the bottoms come up over my waist almost to my chest! I ordered a small for all of my suits, maybe if they would have had an ext. Small they might have fit better and the same with the tops. I'm keeping one suit need too send the other back.

The top looked pretty and reasonably priced and was deluded enough deluded to think it came from America. When it arrived foulest smell as I opened the plastic bag. Felt the "fabric," it was slimy. No label inside no address or purchaser information. I tried it on and it was a clingy disaster. Obviously Asian sizing. I am pretty annoyed as I am on a fixed income and can't afford to waste $50 Australian dollars on this ghastly product. It is not good enough to donate to charity shops. I feel totally ripped off. I have never written a bad review before but the Liligal website looked very attractive. I was going to order some more items. So glad I waited to see what this one was like before I did. That is the only bright part of my sorry tale.!

I placed an order, received an email confirmation for the correct amount that I purchased. Next day my bank showed they took more that the amount that I ordered. There is no one you can actually speak to, just converse over the system which proved useless. I ended up cancelling my order but could not get my money back. I had to dispute it with my bank and they gave me a refund. This company is terrible.

Very pleased with the quality of fabric and workmanship on the swimsuits I ordered from Rotita. However, I do seem to be a Lg in some styles and XL in others. The bra cups are a little small and not fully supportive for a D or larger in some styles.

Although fearing that the return/exchange process was going to be difficult... I was happily surprised at how smoothly it went... twice... a shout out to Renee, thanks!

I ordered a jeans jumper and I never received it. I was charged but have yet to receive any thing. No email no order number, nothing. I won't be ordering anything else from this company. I wish I had read these reviews before my purchase. What a scam.

I have ordered many tops and found the sizes in different styles tone the same. That makes it so easy to order many different tops. I have had to return some of them and ROtita's return policy now is exception;. Tis easy and fast. Easy to figure out, easy to do and really really fast! Not quite as good as Amazon but better than any other online store I have worked with. The material oft he clothing is not cheap at all. The whites hide bra lines. The colors do ne see through. The styles are pretty conservative by stylish and look just as they are pictured. A pleasure doing business with them.

As others havE stated, poor quality and damaged clothes arrive. I spend weeks communicating with a customer service agent that clearly English is not their first language. I'm not sure who theses items are meant to fit. I wear a 4 and a large is too small. I can't get my money back for a damaged bikini or a skirt that is too small. I was offered a $5 credit. One of my items never shipped and I was given even more credit. On the website free returns are advertised I can't return anything. I've asked several times and ignored. I can't even get my credit back to my card. I'm going to paypal to fight them. The clothes quality is junk. It's cheaply made, falls apart, and fits poorly. BEWARE!

This company are complete sharks. Clothing is very cheap and nasty and their returns policy is shocking. You have to contact them for an address to send it back to, they replied to me three times without an address but instead saying 'are you sure you want to return as its expensive (turns out you have to ship it to China!) and then they'll only refund up to a maximum of 60% of order value. AVOID at all costs!
