How long does it take to process? It took no time at all to charge my card but here it is 15 days later and the item still has not shipped. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered.

Never Again

Do Not order from this retailer if you want to receive your order within a month of order. I ordered three tops on May 18 and have yet to receive my merchandise... yet alone be able to track my shipment with the link that was sent to me. But of course they have processed my payment. Worst online company I have ever experienced. Never again. And will share my thoughts with everyone I can.

The material is very cheap! The zipper doesn't work. It's torn. The size isn't what it says it is. This is a medium. Please do not purchase from this place. They will not return your money. They will tell you, they will add it to your account with them instead. That way you can't get your money back. Scam Scam! No real customer service. Just an email! Don't do it! The blouse doesn't even look like the picture.

LiliGal has been great online shopping experience. I like having nice things that are not available at the local stores and the convenience of shopping from home is even better. The shipping time and quality of my items have definitely all met my satisfaction.

Bought two shirts. Both were weirdly sized. I have a long torso and these shirts were even long for me. Sent them back for "full" refund. Mailed them to NY address, followed all directions. No money. No email. Still getting their discount coupons daily.

4 weeks later and several complaints to PayPal and I received a half made swimming costume! They then had the cheek to offer a partial refund of £7, cost of item was nearer £18. Ongoing via PayPal still. Very poor service and bad company.

I ordered from them THREE weeks ago. When I placed the order it said 24 hour shipping. I gave it a few days, still nothing. I went back to the website for a customer service number to find that they don't have one! Me and the "administrator" has literally been going back and forth for a week now because they won't refund me. If I don't receive my money by Monday I'm reporting them!

Everything I have ordered so far is amazing! Very well made, beautiful and exact fit like it has been made especially for me. The dresses are so feminine and pretty. For sure I have gone straight back on-site to order some more. Love Rotita!

My sister’s birthday was coming up and i had put off getting her a gift. I spent some time looking around on website and finally picked Rotita since their style is very similar with what she usually wear. I ordered a chiffon dress for her and I was very happy with the price that cost less than $20. It is turn out to be a smart choice to shop in Rotita. The chiffon dress is very beautiful and looks much more expensive. My sister like her birthday gift very much.

I bought a shirt from this website. It is essentially an oversized shirt, and will be perfect for anyone wanting substantial cover on a beach. The material is light, and would really look better if ironed after washing. I wanted something to protect me on the beach from the sun rays; I am very pleased with the fit. I received a lot of compliments. I like this so much and I bought 4 more! My friends love it and said they will shop from here soon.

I don't want to miss this opportunity where all the summer things are on sale! I love layering it and combining it trough fall and winter. I've ordered sweaters on Rotita before and I think you get great quality with the price. Their designs are cute and modern and anyone can find something they like, or even something cute for their closest ones. This is my favorite website to shop from and I recommend it :)

The bathing suit was WAY too small and was represented wrong on the website. I submitted a 'ticket' on their site only to have them respond with a generic email that said my ticket has been updated. When I sign into rotita.com and check on the updated ticket, it just says that it is waiting for my reply? What is that? I had no idea this company was actually based in China or I would not have ordered. I am not calling China! I have sent an inquiry to PayPal. We'll see what they say. This company should be illegal! Update: I did an 'escalated' dispute through PayPal and was given a full refund within a few hours. Rotita offered me a 25% refund... I told them to keep it. I donated the bathing suit to charity.

The free necklace was absolutely gorgeous, I was extremely pleased with it. The dress however was just average. It was gigantic, but that is partially my fault because I must have ordered a size to big for me. The quality of the dress was extremely good though, there were a few frayed edges, which I cut off, and wrinkles (which can be easily ironed out). The colour was quite similar, but the length was extremely long. Taking into account that the price was only £9, it is great value for money and the accessories I received are very good quality. Shipping took one week and a few days, which was acceptable so overall I am pleased (even though I will not be ordering from this site again)

I recently ordered what appeared to be a really nice holiday dress from the website. What I received was small enough for a 12 year old.
I tried to find out how to return to get my money back - and the process is a JOKE. You have to take a picture of the item and PROVE that there is a problem. You then send them the photo via email and they will decide if your complaint is worthy of a refund.

It is a huge scam.

I was looking for a marriage anniversary dress for my wife as his tailor failed to keep promise to give it before 1 day of our special day and she was so worried but then i found rotita and seriously that was a fast delivery and they didn't even charged me much, i felt like it was so low on cost but dress quality was absolutely perfect and delivered as promised will use them again thanks.

I bought one of the Lace Skirt from Rotita.com and it is very lovely. Lacy and pretty layers. Comes to about mid calf. I would guess US size of 12-14-16, not much bigger. Flows nicely. Looks like it will be wash and wear type material. Very pretty nice and light weight and I am sure I will be wearing it often. This came much sooner than expected date. I'm very happy with it, and definitely recommend.

This dress fits like a glove! It's my new favorite dress. The black around the waist has a slimming effect and the colors are gorgeous. The material is very high quality and well made. You would expect to pay over $100 for a dress like this at a retail store, but Rotita offers it for an unbeatable price! I cannot say enough good things about this dress!

I ordered my stuff since 2/25/16 & did not receive nothing from them after 12 days. I have been trying to contact them for days and I am getting no where with them. Please be advice to always read reviews of these so call sellers' websites before purchasing. I contacted PayPal and the rep said they have no idea of how to reach this company. Please be aware not to purchase from websites that use Paypal account for their transaction.

This item was adored by many friends. I went to a dinner gathering wearing this and when I post this item on social media, I had several ladies ask me where to get this suit from ages 17 to 50. I was impressed and apparently so were they. I was comfortable and still very cute. My friends cant wait ask for much more than that. Now shopping for fall, time to have fun. A place I can buy the style I like.

I received my blouses, all fit except one. I returned it the same day, emailed Rotita with the tracking number. Received my refund and will order more clothing from them. Beautiful clothing, nice material that washes up nicely, great service!

I have tried several times to try and submit a return and your web site just keeps sending me on-a loop and I never get anywhere. I truly love your clothes but will never order again because I am unable to return items if they don, t fit. Now I am stuck with a shirt I cannot wear. I ordered a large but it is very small maybe a medium at best. Good luck but you just lost a customer.
