Love the clothes from this store. They are extraordinary and very up-to-date. New, fashionable items are added every now and then. Shipping to Poland is very fast! I highly recommend it if you are looking for perfect dresses. I was ordering pants for the first time and I am very impressed with the quality!
I purchased some bikinis in March, received them over 1 month Later. The sizes are wrong, I returned them all at a cost to me of £35! The communication with the customer service department is shocking. They won't refund me, they keep just asking me for the same details every single time and we are literally going round and round, I will not give up on my refund I spent £85 with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
... and have you noticed that all their replies to complaints are identical wording. Simply an automated reply that does not address the individual issue and is written in such poor English that it makes no sense either!

I liked the quality of the outfits received most of them fit well but could have been more fitted based on pictures of models displayed. Timing to arrive which was 2 weeks was exact as stated.
Would purchase again though but might try a size down from my actual wear base on material
I've ordered from Rotita many times as I absolutely love the fact that they have the latest trends at such an affordable price. Their customer service is also amazing. I used the live chat as I had a problem with tracking my parcel and got help instantly, instead of having to send an email and waiting days for a reply. The lady who helped me was efficient, and helpful.
Half of order was delayed. NO explanation given. Two items marked XXL. Even ordered larger than what I normally wear just in case. What a joke! Could not get one over my head; the other blouse was so tight across my chest and in the sleeves. Little Chinese people who make these have no clue what REALLY big sizes are. St. Vincent de Paul thrift store is getting two brand new tops to sell. No receipts in the packages in order to return. Have to go on screwy website to try to return things! Never again
This shirt is super cute! It's comfortable and soft, kind of silky. It sits right below the waist, so great for work or to wear with high waist skirts, The colors are much brighter than they look in the picture, but it's really beautiful.
I wish I had found sitejabber before ordering from Rotita. The product is pure junk.
Red tunic over jeans looked very cute & generously sized on the model photo.
I checked the size chart and reviews of other buyers and ordered Sz Medium.
I received the item, but it is way too small & the quality is bad, especially since I paid over $30.
When I attempted to get authorization to return, their website crashed & a blank screen said "This area is forbidden". I may try again, but don't make the same mistake I did. The photos look cute, but you'll lose your money & hate yourself for being such a sucker.

I order two of your dresses they arrive late. I returned and have been trying to get a refund for over a month. The payment thru pay pal. Big deal don't help either, just want more money! Never use Rotita or pay pay! Sorry!
I purchased 2 bathing suits. Poorly made. Cheap material. One was damaged. You need a ticket to return. They never got back to me. Opened a dispute with PayPal. More time wasted. First offered me partial refund and keep merchandise. I declined. Next wanted me to return to China but would not send a prepaid mailer for damaged merchandise. I finally called my credit card company and they resolved it. Got a refund but the whole transaction took 4 months. There are enough credible companies around without ordering from these Chinese scam artists. Never again.
I would never, ever order from China again. FASHION MIA, still waiting for a dress my daughter ordered over 2 years ago. Tried to get a refund, what a hassle. Always coming back with comments other than giving my money back. I regret there not being "no star" rating.

I made a purchase without reading reviews. Tried to cancel and guess what no telephone number at all. You have to submit a ticket and supposedly someone will respond within 24 hours... bull$#*!. I'm still waiting. Never again!

Exceptional value! Very comfortable, cute and can be easily dressed up with little sweater & heels or down with flips. I'm ordering more in other colors! I'm 5'6" and unlike other Maxi dresses I've purchased, this one is the perfect length. No alterations needed!
These clothes look nice in photos, but are actually terrible quality. I ordered several tops--some had badly mis-aligned buttons or mismatched fabrics. Others were too small, although all items were supposed to be the same size. Then it was a big hassle to return them--Rotita required photos of my items before they would give me the return address. The return postage was more than $20--a huge waste of my money and time for items that were completely unwearable.
So far so good. I had messed up and ordered two of the same shirt. After sending customer service a ticket response, they were back with me within 24 hrs helping me to choose a different color shirt. No hesitation on their part, now to keeping my fingers crossed that the shirts fit. :)
Fits beautifully! The material has a great stretch so I'm sure someone 1.5 times my size could fit it as well. My best friend got a similar dress from Express and paid way more, yet the dresses were almost identical. I think you cant go wrong with this dress. You have a classy, sleek look. I will definitely be getting more colors! Great buy!

It fit perfectly hugging the right curves and the print detracts from any bumps you don't want to accentuate. This is the second Tom's Ware dress I've bought so I must be a fan! I see a few more in my near future
This is absolutely my new favorite dress. I purchased the blue "ombre" style in a small and it's exactly as it is in the picture. It sits a few inches above the knee but not too much that you have to worry about flashing anything. I would suggest being careful when sitting if you cross your legs. Then you'll definitely flash someone. But all together it's very cute, stylish, and comfortable. I will definitely be buying these in different colors!
Extremely flattering for curvy figure. Hugs curves in the right places, hides "back fat". I don't know how, it just looks amazing. Im a size 14/16, ordered a size Large. Loved the dress. Hugged my body, stopped right below knee as I liked. Going to purchase more colors.
Their prices are so reasonable, besides that their service attitude is better than other site. Tirelessly to answer my question, so I bought a charming dress in a correct size. Buy the way, it’s really fast shipping.
What you don't know, is that when you place your order -from China- that it's going to take weeks. Everything runs very small, not true to size, and is of extremely poor quality. You cannot return your items, as it would cost more to return in shipping fees than your trashy item costs. The whole deal is a scam. Get ready to bend over if you do business with them. Bra inserts for top (which was actually a swim dress) had to be replaced. The ones they used came to a pointed circle and looked worse than a boob sticking through. I let the company know, but never received any contact from them.

Very good online chat service, can help u with any questions! The cloths are nice but just run small in general, so order a size up. Pay attention on the size details in each items, it is not 1 size fits all. GREAT and You cannot missed it!
