I should never have ordered from this site; I didn't realize it was one of these Chinese scammer fashion sites. See they get your money no matter what because they get you on the hook for return shipping which costs an absolute fortune (but costs them practically nothing). I'm kicking myself for not reading their "Easy Returns!" policy before purchasing. I ordered the dress as sized based on their website size chart - the dress is at least 3 sizes smaller than the size chart claims. It came with no tags, no packing slip, no receipt - which is never a good sign. It cost me $31.47 to buy and will cost at least that to return it. I wish I had checked for reviews of this company before I wasted my money on this toxic chemical smelling dress.

Great service my clothing item took about 3 weeks, able to track item easily. Swim wear was beautiful and just like the photo advertised. Take notice of the sizing, look at the size chart before purchase and you will be very happy order.

My experience with this company was surprisingly excellent. I worried about ordering from them. But received updated emails about shipping. I liked how they sent what was in stock and didn't wait to send the whole order.

It took almost 2 months to get my order. Once I did it was so upset. The blouses were very poorly made and one did not look anything like the shirt I ordered. They expected me to take pictures and describe what was wrong before refunding my money. We went back & forth for over a month. I settled for 1/2 my refund and was able keep the shirts. Last night I was searching for some clothing I no longer wear to give to a neighborhood woman. I pulled out one of the shirts... tags still on and noticed that the plastic bag it was shipped in stated "L". When I looked at the tag on the shirt it said "XS-S". To avoid a huge headache, avoid Rotita! They are the worst company I've ever dealt with.

The outfit I oredered was a blue maxi dress with high low style at v neck front makes it look more elegant the fabric was made of super quality got many compliments from my friends wore for a girls night out it's perfect for parties or date nights, the dress is true to size must buy one at a affordable price.

I purchased 106.00 worth of clothes(4 shirts). They refunded me 35.00 back stating that things changed in the meantime. First when I exchanged them one wasnt available So they gave all money minus 7.99 because I printed label even though i paid my own shipping. Then in the 3 exchanges they increased the price by 14.00 even they were the same price or cheaper. So I requested a refund for the other 78.00 and they gave me 24.00. They change their policy midstream and dont even tell you. I would not huy from this company total rip off and customer service sucks!

Unfortunately, the items I ordered did not fit. However, Customer Service responded to me right away and was able to take care of my issues without a problem. I will order from them again in the future!

This website is absolutely disgraceful! Took approx 5/6 weeks for 2 items to arrive... 2 dresses, which are of very poor quality and so I began contacting them about the return process. They say they will reply within 24 hours but it took about 8 days to get a reply & I have 3 different 'ticket' communications going with them. They basically will do anything to try and retain your money... offering 60% return, giving credit for buying new items, suggest selling your new items online or gifting them to friends! They are elusive in their replies and just copy and paste the same responses over and over! AVOID THIS COMPANY! I only wish I had read the reviews before buying

This is the worst piece of clothing I have ever seen. My wife ordered a coat that looked amazing on their site. Honestly it is embarrassing and no one would be stupid enough to wear it. It looked like a blind 100 year old brain dead with no hands had made it. Do not go near this lot as they are a disgrace and you are just throwing your money away.

Your size charts are not working, for me anyway. I look at the size charts, measure myself & still the shirts come either to big or too small. This is gonna be my last order, I'll go where I can try things on.

Rotita shopping experience was fun. I kept some swimsuits and returned 2 that didn't look nice on me but were great quality. The return process was a little confusing at first because they use a ticket return method. I did receive my refund of the entire amount in 5 days. I will continue to shop with Rotita.

This is a very nice site full of great deals! I don't know what other people have experienced but every time I've ordered from here, I'm very satisfied. I’ve ordered from here more times than I can count, and I’ve never regretted a purchase. And on the very rare occasion that there’s a problem with my order, customer service always managed to take care of it right away. Highly recommend!

I purchased this dress for my 13 year old niece as payment for babysitting. She viewed the size chart and the dress fits great! She is a big girl so I anticipated sizing problems but that didn't happen! I ordered myself one in another color and I am anxiously awaiting it's arrival. Just be sure to check their sizing chart before ordering. Will definitely buy mire dresses from this Website.

I have always been afraid of buying clothes online because you never know what type of material you will get, well, i decided to give it a try since it looks so good on the picture. In general, this is a very nice formal, thick, soft dress. That I recommend you use during fall or winter.

Horrible, horrible quality! Took at least a month to receive the order and it's laughable! The dress is a completely different material than pictured on the site, a different color and barely worthy of being a costume! I ordered an XXL and it's probably a size medium. It would maybe fit an average sized 10 year old! Ridiculous looking! I ordered the cute bikini top with long skirted bottom and that too looked completely different in person. Super sheer skirt and such poor quality. Again, these garments are barely costume worthy and SO NOT WORTH IT! Wish I would've read these reviews first! Only read those on the site, which there were quite a few, so I thought it'd be worth it to check out a couple items. Those reviews are clearly fake because no one could really like these poorly made things that shipped from China!

I ordered a dress which took 3 weeks to arrive ( didn't know it was coming from China!) Terrible quality. Colour and size was nothing like the website photo. One sleeve longer than the other. Really cheap and nasty - even for a low cost outlet. When I asked for a full refund, as promised for faulty goods on their website, they offered me 20%, plus said I would have to pay for shipping back to China. I obviously refused. Now they have offered me 35% and told me to keep the item! These people are not a legitimate business. Please avoid at all costs.

This site is a complete scam! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from it, if you're considering ordering from them please read several reviews before deciding to do so! Customer service is horrible, or rather nonexistent. I ordered on January 16 with expedited shipping, it's now February 1 and according to my tracking number my merchandise is still overseas. I've submitted five tickets with the same response every time, to 4 days it should arrive. I would sooner through my money in the garbage then use this site ever again or recommend it to anyone. After reading several reviews myself after the fact I have a feeling I will be fighting to return my items for a refund once they finally arrive.

I have never seen such terrible quality clothes! This might be acceptable in China but certainly not what one expects from clothing sold in the U. K.

Order arrived quite quickly from a return address outside London, I returned the goods immediately, fortunately I sent them back by Royal Mail "signed for" so they have stopped disputing that but now they offer to refund a fraction of what I paid.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. I am so ashamed at having been duped.

Despite using Rotita's own size conversion chart and their reviewers advice on sizing, two of the items were far too big and the other way too small. The quality of the items is appalling - especially one of the dresses that looks like a particularly talentless child's rendering of the dress in the photo.
When I contacted the company about returning the clothes they replied that I should 'be kind' and give them to charity or sell them because it would be 'not worthy and troublesome' to return them to China! Thus far they have not given me a return address. The reviews on their site are either fake, paid for or written by the same four year old who made the dress they sent me.
Caveat emptor - buy from this company at your own peril.

Item received looks nothing like in the photo. No labels, tiny sizing, absolute rubbish! No reply to email from so called "customer service". Save your money and stay away from this mob!

Update: They offered a refund but I won't bother sending it back and I won't be ordering from them again.

Do not order from this company. Biggest rip offs ever. Don't expect to receive it for 6-8 weeks... and then be prepared that it will be 4 sizes too small and not made of good quality fabric. Don't waste your time or money with this lot. Check the online reviews before purchasing.

Ordered 2 tops unable to send 1 back which was not even the same top I ordered was charged double for my order and is impossible to get to speak or contact anyone. This is clearly just a dishonest money making scam cheap (or so they advertise) flimsy products... please think twice before throwing your money away to these scammers!
