Love the clothes from this store. They are extraordinary and very up-to-date. New, fashionable items are added every now and then. Shipping to Poland is very fast! I highly recommend it if you are looking for perfect dresses. I was ordering pants for the first time and I am very impressed with the quality!

I purchased some bikinis in March, received them over 1 month Later. The sizes are wrong, I returned them all at a cost to me of £35! The communication with the customer service department is shocking. They won't refund me, they keep just asking me for the same details every single time and we are literally going round and round, I will not give up on my refund I spent £85 with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I was worried when I saw lots of bad reviews that I had made a mistake by ordering from Rotita. Turns out I had a great experience. Parcel progress was easily tracked via Royal Mail. Arrived a week before the 'latest' date. Pleased with the quality which is better than expected considering the tiny price. One thing I would advise though - if you're quite full in the hips go up a size in swimwear. I got away with my usual UK size but the bottoms were on the neat side.

I ordered two tops. I knew it was going to take several weeks to get them, but ordered in plenty of time. Both blouses fit and were good quality, didn't shrink when washed. I'm sorry for all the folks who got screwed one way or the other, but my experience was fine.

Ordered one sweater to test the quality, company, etc. Waited forever, although was charged immediately. Finally received - poor quality, no label in the collar; return very obscure. Ordered a medium which is normal for me, and it felt like an XS. Rather than hassle w/return, I'll just give it to charity. It is nothing like the picture, and nothing I would wear anyway. So disappointed - it looked so cute on line, but very deceptive advertising. Will never order again.

I placed an order on 02/20/2018 for $ 73.00 and I am still waiting for my items, It is impossible to communicate with this company, never replay to me. If you check there is not 1800 number or customer service. I will put a complaint against them at the AG. My review is 1 only because they have nice models, but the worse service online I tried.

I bought my first item on 2/14 it got here on 2/26 which sucked but over all the quality is good for how inexpensive. I'm going to order a few more things and try to forget about them so that by the time they get here it will be like a surprise.

This site looks very inviting but don't be fooled. I ordered to sweater dresses from them two weeks ago express and it never came. Then they sent me a email saying it will be shipped and delivered on Monday December 14. Still looking for the for my shipment. I even tried to contact them about it. Ther isn't a number for them only some bull$#*! online chat service that doesn't work can't get any answers from this website hate myself for ordering from them. Now I'm out of $55.00 and no dresses. Also I submitted a so call ticket and still no response. Bull$#*! $#*! website DON'T DO IT!

A friend and I both tried ordering dresses from here for a holiday party. My order was cancelled after they charged me for it, without any notification to me whatsoever. The phone number they provide doesn't even work, they didn't reply to my email within 24 hours like they claim they do, and I am still fighting them to get my money back. My friend's dresses came with seams coming apart and multiple holes in both dresses, and they both are significantly different than they look in the pictures online. This "company" is a complete scam and I hope that everyone else learns from our mistakes. I will never ever recommend anyone to order from this company, it is absolutely terrible.

I ordered a swim suit on 3/23 supposed to ship within 4 days. They deducted money that day. Since I've Sent several inquiries because it is now approximately a month later and no suit. No response either. Read reviews AFTER I'd ordered, should have read them before!

They're out to take your money in return for cheap poor quality items which are horrible substitutes for the picture you'll find on the internet. Please do not waste your time or money buying from these scam merchants. Just read all the bad reviews! Spend your money on a well-known website like boohoo asos missguided shopstyle etc. I asked for a full refund and I will return the items but they only offered a partial refund for two coats that didn't fit me and were horrible quality. I opened a dispute case in paypal as there is no other way to contact these rip off merchants

The clothing is nice i really like it, but there is not a phone number no address and they don't tell you the merchandise will arrive in two o tree months i wanted for Christmas but didn't come on time i requested via chat few times to cancel the shipping. The refund was quick thanks

I ordered the green jacket with faux fur lining. It came damaged. They are doing nothing to help with an exchange, or return. Only offering a small credit to my next purchase. No thanks! I don't recommend this company. Not worth it.

They lie about shipping, mine never came, after sending a message to find out where my order was... now I can't even get access into their website. The worst place ever!' I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. Now I just hope my credit card company credits my account.

They do not respond to emails when you have questions, I did not receive a confirmation email, and when my products finally arrived the sizes were inaccurate & they smelled so bad I had to put the bags & clothing in the garage. And even though it says returns in 30 days that is false. Read the small print below. Unless the product is defective ( and then they want to you to send them 3 pictures) they will only give you 60% of the purchase price once you mail it back to China at your cost.
This company even recently changed its name. From Lulugal to liligal.
I am warning everyone this company is a scam...

It took Rotita 6 weeks to deliver a "navy blue" maxi dress. When the order arrived, the dress proved to be half purple and half cobalt blue. Given the low price I was expecting it to be cheap fabric badly made. But it exceeded my expectations by being not just the wrong colour, but two wrong colours. They do have a customer support system. So far they say: "We checked with our product department, they confirmed that the top part of item is slightly different from the bottom part, it is the correct item." It's atrocious.

Having be burnt before (from a different company) with overseas returns, I searched on the site for the returns address but no joy. Emails sent through their messaging service remain unanswered. Online chat is never open.

I'm taking this a s a warning despite liking the clothes.

My name is Greg and I'm from Grand Rapids, MI. I stumbled onto the rotita.com site. It looked great! Decided to buy something for my wife as a surprise for Valentine's Day. Never made it. 10 days later it still hasn't shipped. I almost bought some dresses for my daughters at the same time. SO GLAD I DIDN'T! Keep your money and move on. Very dishonest and misleading webstore.

I ordered 2 shirts from Rotita. They did take longer to arrive than promised. Both were as pictured and the fabric was nice. One fit okay and one was too small. I will give the small one to my niece. There is definitely no consistency in the sizing and I find I have to size up 2-3 sizes, not just one. I was thinking about ordering again but after reading all the horrible reviews on this and other sites I am considering myself lucky that my items arrived at all. My advice is not to have high expectations for items that look well made in a photo then only cost $25 - sometimes a bargain really is too good to be true.

Several weeks later, despite sending numerous messages & photographs of the faulty & wrong size tops, nothing has been done. I've received identical requests & replies off several people. They don't supply return labels, & it's very expensive to return them to China! From what l received, Rotita's items don't necessarily match their published photographs, it would appear that they rely on people giving up! Think twice before purchasing anything from Rotita.

Dreadful non existent customer service! After checking the sizes on their website, l ordered 3 tops in XXL, 2 are the wrong size & far too small & measure only 40 inches across the chest! The 3rd item is the correct size but has a black mark on the back. I've sent Rotita various messages & 2 lots of photographs showing the tops with a tape measure across the front to show the exact size, & the black mark on the back. I've also sent a message via Messenger. Two weeks later nothing has been done, they haven't supplied any return details! I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company!

I ordered 2 x polka dot cold shoulder blouses with pretty asymmetrical tie neckline. They looked gorgeous on the model but in reality just hideous. Cheap, flimsy material. The arm length was longer than the blouse. The cold shoulder was far too big and hanging. Overall the whole blouse was out of proportion and just cheap tat. Trying to return the items was a complete nightmare. No address. No communication except a repeated, generic email message. In the end Im pleased to say I went through PayPal to get a refund. I would give zero stars if I could and Ill never shop here again. Massive thanks to PayPal.

I ordered a coat and two tops and they arrived after 10 weeks looking used and like rags. Size means nothing to these scammers - nothing fit because well they are sized for a child or better yet sized to order. Just order a size and they will stick a size label on it despite what the size really is! THIS IS APPALLING! Bottom line - don't order anything from this country without doing your research! I sure wish I had done it. Now I am stuck with three pieces of used clothing that look like someone slept under a bridge while wearing them and then sent them to me! Oh well, will make good car wash rags!

Tip for consumers:
DON'T USE IT!

Ordered 3 tops that looked great in the pictures. Arrived 7 weeks later, jammed in my mailbox in a cheap plastic bag. One top was OK, the other 2 were a joke. One sweater fitted like a dress, the other 'blouse' did no fit over my head, and had no buttons or zippers that would allow it to fit. Seventy dollars down the drain. Did not send items back because I don't believe they would acknowledge receipt of them, yet alone submit a refund.

Bad quality fabric and workmanship. Looks nothing like the photo (very boxy). Their cheap, sleazy crap ships from CHINA! Returning something to China costs far more than the item is worth so you will wind up throwing it away and be out the money you spent. Just donate the money to charity, at least that way you get a write off. I'm taking the four tops I purchased to the women's shelter.

I have liked the clothes I've bought so far and now they are having a better return policy, although I haven't used it. If you want your items fast, this is not for you. It will take a while to get them.
