Love the clothes from this store. They are extraordinary and very up-to-date. New, fashionable items are added every now and then. Shipping to Poland is very fast! I highly recommend it if you are looking for perfect dresses. I was ordering pants for the first time and I am very impressed with the quality!
I purchased some bikinis in March, received them over 1 month Later. The sizes are wrong, I returned them all at a cost to me of £35! The communication with the customer service department is shocking. They won't refund me, they keep just asking me for the same details every single time and we are literally going round and round, I will not give up on my refund I spent £85 with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Ordered a dress on 12/14/2015 for an upcoming new years event out of town. I paid for expedited shipping and the money was taken out of my account the next day. The website still says not shipped yet. I have submitted a help ticket and emailed them but no reply. If not shipped by Tuesday I will dispute with my bank and contact an attorney because I see enough reviews to get a class action lawsuit going. They are messing with the wrong person this time.
I placed an order for a dress, had issues with the shipping time, reps got back to me in a timely manner and made things right. I would order again from this site. Given that it's coming from China, don't expect the shipping to be short, also the tracking info will give you more headaches than good news, HOWEVER, if you go by the estimated shipping arrival date they give you when you place order, and use the tracking only in case something goes wrong, you will be a happier camper. Dress was really cute, I thought it was well made especially for the price. I would order big, things tend to run small.

I ordered some items from this site which advertises free returns. One out of four items was not at all what I wanted, the rest were OK for the price but nothing exceptional. When I started the return process, I was met with a lot of resistance. Considering the ease of returns of other online clothes site, it seemed cumbersome to submit tickets which led to questions being asked why and requests for photos, followed by a rather glib ' you do not want to pay postage to China, do you?'. After posting a review on this site, I had another reply with an apology and a promise to resolve the matter within two working days. After five, I got their return address, but still the demand to pay the postage with further questions about my reasons, all via these tickets. Their pop up adverts have now changed to 'easy' rather than free return, but given the quality of competitors, there is no way this site should continue to do business in the UK, no matter what they are selling.
Like most of Rotita's customers I was attracted by the high quality photos on their website. The clothing looks well made, colourful and stylish. However, having received my order today, I can honestly say that I have never seen such poor quality merchandise. Both dresses are made from extremely cheap fabric. They are shapeless and look absolutely nothing like the photos.
I would now like to add that I never received a return label for the products and so was not able to get a refund. There are a lot of professional retail websites out there. This is not one of them.
Please do not buy from this website it is a money-making scam.
This item was due for delivery on 7/1/22 and actually delivered on 27/1/22. The item was of inferior quality and when I tried to return this on 8/1/22, just 13 says after delivery I'm informed that I received it more than 30 days before. I note that there doesn't seem to be a way of putting reviews directly onto their website. My advice is simple, check other review sites like Trust Pilot and avoid this company.
I ordered 4 bathing suites and only received 3. One was way too big and when I tried to return it and question why I only received 3 none of my order numbers or invoice numbers would work on their website. E-mail address does not work either and there is not a phone number where you can call. On-line chat does not work either. There is absolutely no way to get in touch with them. Like everyone else I should have read the reviews. I highly doubt they will... and really don't think they care! Never again.
Even though I was a small bit disappointed not to know up front that the products were shipping from overseas, the products were great. They fit my girlfriend wonderfully and looked beautiful on her. Thanks
I wish Id seen the reviews before I ordered. Their website shows super cute clothing. Delivery took over a month. Items bore no resemblance to the website. Many were of very poor quality. The refund process turned into a negotiation. I had no idea I could not get a full refund. Upon a second request they did offer 80% and I could keep the clothes. Theres no way Ill wear them so Im not sure what Ill do with them.Im a little worried I wont actually get that refund. Dont buy from them! I never will again.
Ordered two bathers, the material is lightweight, colours are amazing, sizing was just right and I look forward to wearing them on my upcoming holiday. Service received was quick and always very efficient and polite

Offered 8 dollars credit to buy more garbage.
Then said to get full refund I had to pay to ship it back, the postage would be 8 times the cost of the product...
I will stay with AMERICA for now on, was just trying to get my wife a few more gifts for Christmas, did NOT work.
Then when you enter a bad review, they reject it, which in my opinion is fraud.

My first delivery was stolen by delivery driver here in Australia. Rotita sent a second shipment which I received and was very thankful for their professional handling. The products were all good quality and materials.
Loved this dress. Perfect for the murder mystery party I attended! Different than the typical fringe flapper dress. Great length, nice heavy material, well put together. Lots of sequence, none of which were falling off! I am a size 14 and ordered both the 12/14 and 14/16. I could have worn either, but went with the bigger one for another inch in the hip. Unique look, well worth the price!

I just got an order of 3 rollers I purchased. First, let me say I found the same crap on eBay for 1/2 the price. It's typical Chinese crap. It looks nothing like it does online. Probably cost $2 to produce. The bad part about these people is that they don't send return labels, and the price to return the stuff is so costly. It's not worth buying at all! Sammy Dress is the same, as well as MayKool.com. Cheap, flea market clothing.

Got this and it was too short... It's cute but was only a shirt on me. Wanted to wear as a dress so bad. I ended up giving it to my sister in law who is 6 inches shorter than me... Love the design though!

I've NEVER seen a company take a painfully long time to ship 1 item. Just give me a refund and I won't be a returning customer. The people who gave them 5 stars must work for them because they're lying. Please don't waste y'all time
I don't know what to make of this company. I can't tell if they are appalling at business or deliberately obstructive. My story is similar to many others - ordered the goods, the money was collected by them immediately but no sign of any goods although the same outfits were and still are being advertised. They say it takes about 3-4 days to ship the goods out. A month later - nothing and no help offered by Rotita. Their site is difficult to navigate, try finding a button to press saying refund! I asked them for a refund or receipt of the goods, the request was ignored. So I appealed to PayPal to get my money back which they did very quickly. My advice is to avoid Rotita.
