Love the clothes from this store. They are extraordinary and very up-to-date. New, fashionable items are added every now and then. Shipping to Poland is very fast! I highly recommend it if you are looking for perfect dresses. I was ordering pants for the first time and I am very impressed with the quality!
I purchased some bikinis in March, received them over 1 month Later. The sizes are wrong, I returned them all at a cost to me of £35! The communication with the customer service department is shocking. They won't refund me, they keep just asking me for the same details every single time and we are literally going round and round, I will not give up on my refund I spent £85 with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Took forever and an intentional hidden information on how to get a refund and they basically charged me over $60.00 for 2 cheap swimsuits that don't fit. I returned them and no refund. So they have the product- brand new never worn and my money.
This was my first order from Rotita and I am very impressed with the quality of the material. I ordered some swim suits and they were true to size. I will be looking at more products in the future ( like maybe a dress or two).
This website is a total scam that I fell for. Pictures are so cute, clothing looks adorable. But it's a very cheap quality straight from a sweatshop in China. The items reek of smoke and I'm certain they will fall apart after one wash. Also watch out for RomWe.com -- it is the same type of clothing scam.
Not only are things well organized and good quality. After I had ordered my product, you get emails right away about confirmation and tracking information. I never lost sight of my dress. And I actually received it a lot earlier than predicted. Customer service is almost available making it easy to have any question and concerns after.
They show these beautiful clothes that look nothing like the pictures. Their sizing is horrible. I ordered a coat in a size large and it fit my 9 year old grand daughter who is a child size 14. Don't waste your time or your money.
I just got an order of 3 rollers I purchased. First, let me say I found the same crap on eBay for 1/2 the price. It's typical Chinese crap. It looks nothing like it does online. Probably cost $2 to produce. The bad part about these people is that they don't send return labels, and the price to return the stuff is so costly. It's not worth buying at all! Sammy Dress is the same, as well as MayKool.com. Cheap, flea market clothing.
Love the dress! Nice quality fabric and not see through sheer. Great length, too! Got a lot of compliments. I'm 5'7 1/2" and hourglass figure and bought the Large. I will recommend this site to my friends! Their customer service is also so great; they are so patient to answer all of the questions you asked them
I think that this was an awesome suit. I wish I bought a larger size, but it does fine. Perfect for the modest girl, well made, good fit. This suit is adorable in every way! Satisfied with the shipping speed and considerable service from rotita.com.
Both dresses I bought looked nothing like the ones in the photos. The material was cheap polyester and so thin that I can not wear them because they are so see through! Do not buy from this site... you will be throwing your money away
I've NEVER seen a company take a painfully long time to ship 1 item. Just give me a refund and I won't be a returning customer. The people who gave them 5 stars must work for them because they're lying. Please don't waste y'all time
Their wide assortment of clothes and low prices are the reasons why I love this site. I always find the things I like in very affordable price. Shipment usually a little bit slow like 3 or 4 weeks. But I still can't help to skim their new arrivals and hunting for cute dresses.
My experience with Rotita was excellent! The product that I ordered (white long sleeve loose shirt dress) was exactly like in the picture and fit very well. Ordering was very easy on their website and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Customer service is great and is always on chat when you need them. They have a wide selection of super cute clothes and I rarely see something that is over $20. Highly recommend ordering from this site!
I'm really picky about what fits me since I am so petite. All the products I've ordered thus far has fit me perfectly! The items that I ordered arrived here on the estimated arrival date and they were packaged very nicely and efficiently. No need for a large box if the clothes can fit in a small bag. The prices are very reasonably, especially someone for a college student. Gotta love it!

I ordered 3 things 2 of the same thing just different colours and they were one size fits all. I suggest if your any larger than a 10 to avoid ordering one size fits all they are very small. I also got a jacket and that is perfect and fits fine. There are sizing in the description of most of the clothes just keep an eye on those and maybe go up a size of your unsure. My delivery was within the 10 days like I choose and I'm in rural areas so sometimes things take longer.the quality is ok, you get what you pay for, it's stitched and made fine the fabric was just a bit thinner than expected. I am going to buy from them again.
Foreign company out of the USA. Won't refund me for items I never even received because they say it was delivered... I have never had trouble getting my merchandise from Walmart, shutterfly, and many other companies... This is the only one that I have not got my package... $#*!s

This dress is really a very, very soft fabric blend. Such a shame it does not come in other colors because I would buy them all. It can be worn casually or dressed up to elegantly casual. And yes, as one reviewer said, the fabric for the piece in the front starts from under the right arm and comes down.
What a cool find this site is. There are some styles and prints on here that you will not find anywhere else. And the prices are really low so you don't feel like it's a big risk to give them a try. I've only bought one dress so far, but will buy more. I would definitely recommend checking them out.
I ordered three swimsuits. One fits just fine, one doesn't have any stretch to it and the other is a little loose. First I was offered a $5.00 credit to my next order and basically asked not to return the item for it would cost me too much. This was unacceptable and now I have been told that I will only get 60% back, which is still unacceptable due to poor quality of workmanship. I am very disappointed in the product & customer service. I would even be willing to exchange the two items, if they would guarantee a better quality item.

I am embarrassed that I ordered from this "company" and trusted their legitimacy. One item too large and other the poorest quality imaginable! Tried to call within their time instructions but never an answer. Please, oh, please beware before you EVER buy from this rip-off company. I just lost a pile of money!

This sight promises one thing and delivers nothing. Says 2 to 3 days delivery, still waiting 2 weeks later. Can not get a hold of anyone. No good phone number, no responses to any of the emails. Charged my account within 48 hour off order. This company is a rip of, stay clear.

Received a jacket with 11 buttons but no buttonholes. Another jacket is at
Least 2 sizes smaller although the tag says the right size L. Asked for a refund, was told of their return policy which doesn't make sense since they don't have a quality control of their products.
Ordered 3 blouses/shirt, they arrived within a week of ordering that was great, the 3 blouses/shirt fit perfect & were beautiful, they were all sequined type blouses/shirts, made very well, but the colors were amazing, the wine red is stunning, very pleased with my products have already ordered more items cant wait to get them, this company I highly recommend.
The dress only took twelve days for it to arrive; the shipping is pretty quick for it to come from China! Absolutely love this shop. I'll be posting an image later with the shirt on. It's exactly as the picture and they even gave me a yellow belt to got wit. Great quality
