Items were very cheaply made! They looked nothing like what I ordered! I paid for express shipping, and my items took 10 days to come! The fabric is the cheapest fabric known to man and the quality of the work is horrible! Do not bother with submitting a ticket on their site! The options are in poor English! Don't bother with this place! When the ads pop up close them out IMMEDIATELY!

The item bought came to me several days ago and I gladly found that was exactly what I wanted. Beautiful design, good colour representation or so. I loved it. The size also just suited the index provided in the website fine. A great site to share with my others.

This dress is really a very, very soft fabric blend. Such a shame it does not come in other colors because I would buy them all. It can be worn casually or dressed up to elegantly casual. And yes, as one reviewer said, the fabric for the piece in the front starts from under the right arm and comes down.

What a cool find this site is. There are some styles and prints on here that you will not find anywhere else. And the prices are really low so you don't feel like it's a big risk to give them a try. I've only bought one dress so far, but will buy more. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

Not impressed. Yes the styles and colors on the website are great, but it's not so impressive upon arrival. I ordered 3 items: 2 blouses & a bathing suit. (1 blouse fit really snug--I am a full busted woman but not overly fat). I ordered 1 size larger. I was unable to access their website to contact them about the return but it was not working properly and I could not reach them. The price you pay for the quality of items you get is not worth it. I won't be ordering from Rotita again. I'd rather shop locally and know what I'm getting for my hard-earned money.

This is an amazing experience! I ordered a dress at Rotita.com that I love. The prices are surprisingly affordable. The store has a well chosen selection of clothes and accessories. They have moderate prices, and stay very up to date with trends. Thank you for a great first impression.

They arrived today. I was so happy to fit the dresses and realized all my bridesmaids are looking gorgeous. I wish I had discovered this site earlier. I had bought my wedding dress offline but I see the same design here would have saved me 61 dollars including shipping. No regrets though as am preparing for my big day. Thanks for the service.

I recently ordered the pants and I'm in love! They fit me PERFECTLY which is rare for pants to do because of my odd shape. They are so comfortable too. They arrived exactly when they said they would which was another pleasant surprise. I had no issues at all with anything from reviewing the site, placing the order and receiving my product. Stop, do not buy this low quality "expensive " clothing, you will regret it when you see your order in person. I will never stuff China clothing manufacturers again. RIP off... the fabric are garbage, and the sizes are that of maternity sizes no matter what size you order. This was an embarrassing and a frustrating experience. I totally wasted my money, I might burn up these clothes altogether.

I've had a good experience with Rotita so far, yet I believe I've been lucky with my picks. Their clothes are cheap, they have free shipping and they have a great variety, but be careful, somethings may look very nice on the site and arrive made from cheap, costume-like materials. Some things are copies from other stores, so make sure you choose carefully.

Bought a swimsuit from Rotita and the material smells awful, a really potent chemical smell. The sizes are way off even though I ordered L and am a size 10 in normal clothes it was much too small. The halter neck attaches in the middle of the bra cup which looks ridiculous. Don't waste your money.

After almost 2 months of back and forth with "customer service", I got $45 refunded to me from a total of $76. Never again will I purchase anything from this company. I it is not worth a moment of my time. They deduct their shipping cost out of the total amount before giving you any refund.

Loved this jumper. I'm 5'6,180 pounds, I ordered a size large. The fit is nice, I wish it was a little longer. I could probably wear a medium but I would be concerned about the length. I will be ordering more. You can dress this jumper up or down and you'll look effortlessly chic! Oh and of course Rotita.com prime shipping got it to me in 2 days, just in time for the weekend!

First, it took me almost 3 weeks to receive the 2 items I ordered when I emailed them, their response was "Wait more patiently ". What kind of response is this?... secondly, I received the items finally and they were absolutely HIDEOUS!... the quality was poor not even worth $20 they were nothing like the picture. You really get what you pay for, I will NEVER order from this site again. I would have liked to known that my items were not going to be originals, someone is making these horrible items... please don't order from here!

Ordered coat in September still hasn't arrived in March 6 months later. I got a message from some stranger saying that it was sent to them by mistake but they never forwarded it on. I have complained to the company who say they are going to check with their deliveries and have been doing this weekly for 6 months! I have explained all but still no refund or coat from this joke of a business. Really unhelpful.
Do not order from here. Takes ages and still you don't get what you pay for. Absolute joke!

I placed an order and the money was debited from my account almost immediately. Yet, after a week, I had still not received any shipping information. I called the customer service number, which went straight to an answering machine. I left a message, but nobody returned my call. I opened three tickets online through their website asking about my order, and never received a response to those either. This is an absolute scam and theft. Don't waste your time, money, effort or energy by placing an order through this company! I am still waiting for my package or some communication from them! SCAM!

It took about 3 weeks to arrive and, of course, it was from China. A size XL, it might fit my size 2 daughter-in-law, but even then, the bust is probably still too small. I tried to return it but their website doesn't recognize their own order number, which prevents me from being able to generate a return ticket or even initiate a customer service contact. What a scam!

I purchased a black long sleeve jacket from rotita.com. I love this jacket!. It's super warm, fairly light weight, and well made. It is stylish without being tacky, has lots of pockets, and the hood lining is like wrapping your head in a cloud. I'm impressed by the fact that it's 80% down filled and didn't cost a small fortune. And I had a great buying experience. It arrived on time, and I didn't have to pay extra for shipping. I'm glad I made this purchase and will definately order from this company again. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in more colors... I'd love to have a second one in charcoal grey!

I recently ordered from rotita and let me tell you, the experience was great. The website was easy to navigate and the shopping cart options were simple and very similar to other websites I am used to using. Even my not-so-tech-savvy girlfriend figured it out! After I ordered, the shipping process was pretty seamless. I was up to date with all of the necessary information to anticipate my order on time. I'd gladly use this company again and recommend it to others! I normally do not write reviews, but when I do it is for a really good service and I am overall happy with the outcome of this transaction.

My wife religiously buys from this site and gets good stuff that is fashionable for a good price. It arrives in about a week. She always says Americans are fashion challenged and she never finds anything in the malls that come close to what she finds here. Don't worry Rotita if you see a few bad reviews, I am sure there would be some people that is pissed off about the process even if you gave them the cloths.

Very unprofessional company. I ordered 2 dresses which took a lot longer to arrive than the website stated. They arrived well after I needed them for! When they arrived they were terrible, very thin & of poor quality. I sent them back paid registered post. I've been sending them messages now for well over a month and their replies are ridiculous, offering me discounts for my next order! Telling me that the shipping will be a lot do I want to send them back (after I told them several times I had sent them back!) best advice I can give you is DO NOT ORDER from Rotita! Avoid them!
