Love the clothes from this store. They are extraordinary and very up-to-date. New, fashionable items are added every now and then. Shipping to Poland is very fast! I highly recommend it if you are looking for perfect dresses. I was ordering pants for the first time and I am very impressed with the quality!
I purchased some bikinis in March, received them over 1 month Later. The sizes are wrong, I returned them all at a cost to me of £35! The communication with the customer service department is shocking. They won't refund me, they keep just asking me for the same details every single time and we are literally going round and round, I will not give up on my refund I spent £85 with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
The worse decision I ever made is ordering from this place. $96.00 down the drain. I've been getting the run around for over a month now about returning the clothes that were not as the site described and they were shaped funny. Order from Amazon where it's safe!
After going to Kohl's several times, and picking out bathing suits that I wear in my size, I kept being disappointed by how they didn't fit right. Every time I order a bathing suit from Rotita they not only come in exactly my size, they look awesome. I will never buy any bathing suit other than from this website in the future. I highly recommend. Even though it may take a few days longer to receive an Amazon, it is 100% worth it.
I ordered a swimsuit after ordering one last year from this same company. My bad for expecting different results. Bad fit, cheaply made, and no paperwork to be able to return. Many attempts at the online forms, only to have it kick out because of of the order number not being correct. (It's the one on my confirmation email). Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. I hope they enjoy the money I GAVE them. LAST TIME... EVER!
I have spent the last 2 hours on their website trying to find out where to return their crappy merchandise. They ask for an order number and I have none. All I have is 5 pieces of clothing that are not sized correctly, very poor quality, drop shipped directly from China with no recourse to get my $195 USD back. I paid with my debit card which was converted to their PayPal site, so I have no way to reverse this charge. Everyone out there... run the other way from ordering on this site.

Friendly customer service, very quick, they accept your products as return if something is not as you expected, you get your money back in a few days. The products became more and more quality, of course not too expensive materials - but well selected from all what can come from China. I love this website!
Delivered as expected. Dress quality and look is as expected- very good. Issue with the size. I ordered correct size per the chart however, it is too small all over. It may be one size smaller with incorrect tag. Not returning because it was so inexpensive. Will either give away or donate. Considering reordering next size up to try for right fit.
I had not heard of this company but saw an ad online for just gorgeous clothing. The pricing was the icing on the cake. I took a chance and ordered a dress that got me SO many compliments when I wore it! I will be shopping here again!
I placed an order 1 month before I needed it. Processing time was 1-3 days. 5 days later I contacted the company via chat. Was told it would be another 5 weeks minimum before receiving. 5 weeks to receive something that is in stock is ridiculous. It really is a shame because they have such unique items, I had high hopes.
Just a side note, when I cancelled and gave a thumbs down, the customer service person begged me to change it. This makes me think they are also a horrible place to work.
I ordered a size larger because of other online experience, was not necessary. The fit true to US sizing. I love the fabric, the style and I will be ordering again. I was anxious about shipping but they did get here before my trip. Over all very satisfied
I bought this dress to go to an outdoor wedding, it was beyond comfortable. I was also nervous ordering it online but it fit better then expected. Just as other reviewers states, it has pretty good cleavage coverage, the picture is a bit misleading about that. Still OK.

Please do not order from this company, there website is fake, l ordered things from them and they never posted them. I had ordered the goods and paid in full with expedited shipping. L contacted numerous times for over two months and they gave me silly excuses all the time, up until l decided to open a dispute with PayPal. I order 2 shirts in a size 12 which I have worn for 5 years now and when they got here marked as a large... one was more like a small or size 6 and the other was an 8 or 10. They were way off! Now I was told someone would get back to me with return info within 24 hours. It has now been 3 days and still no answer back.
I ordered 1 blouse before doing my due diligence and checking out this site. Had I read all the reviews, I would never have made a purchase. All the negative reviews are on point! The item took over 1 month to arrive. The quality was very poor and the sizing was completely off. Their web site is not user friendly, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact a human being. Total run-around. (This should have been my first clue to stay away.) Thankfully I only spent $30, because returning the item is so difficult and expensive, that after shipping costs, I will still suffer a loss. I will donate this to the poor, and take the tax write-off.
Please save yourself your hard-earned money and shop elsewhere.

I ordered two costs from LiLigal. They are of the worst quality. One has sleeves so narrow that no one in the household can get them up their arms. The fabric of both is horrible. There is no information included to return them. Do I am out $70.00 and still have to buy a coat. I will never order clothing from the internet again unless from reputable company. I learned an extensive lesson.
What is great customer service I received from Rotita! ROTITA company demonstrated that they value me as customer and my time, having a pleasant attitude, and providing knowledgeable and resourceful information. They you also take things a step further to exceed — rather than just meet — expectations.
Dresses I bought are beautiful, true size. It sad but I had to return them due to my circumstances. Rotita gladly issued a full refund.

I responded to Rotita that none of their reasons for not refunding my money were true and that I planned to report my experience in as many reviews as possible. They wrote back and gave me a refund without further explanation. I would still not do business with this company again--the quality of the item was poor, delivery very slow, and there are many other sites where one does not have to argue to obtain a simple refund.
I ordered a bathing suit. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive. I had already traveled, but tried the suit on anyway, figuring I would keep it if it was decent. It was cheaply made and really weird in the way it was cut-like it wasn't wasn't for a normal human woman. I had it on for a few seconds and put it back in the box immediately--it still had the crotch shield on it. I received this message from them:

I've been looking for the perfect maxi, and I have found it! I bought the maroon, true to color. I'm 5'6,170 lbs, DDD bra size. I'm curvy and self-conscious about my mid section, and this dress is super flattering. The draw-string in the middle does the trick. It's the perfect length, don't have to hem it for my height. The material is thick enough (better than my jersey dresses) and doesn't cling or show every dimple in your butt, and a lightweight racer back sports bra is perfect with it. The material is almost a soft - light weight - knit/sweater material, but will stay cool, not too heavy. I'll be probably buying this in multiple colors. I'm so happy with this purchase and it's such a reasonable price. Say good buy to all your clingy crappy jersey material dresses!
Rubbish quality, sizing totally wrong despite their 'size chart' trying to return is a nightmare - am getting nowhere with it so I have lost a lot of money (to me). Jewelry is quite nice - only thing in their favour
