Do not expect to be able to return or even exchange. This group makes things so difficult to return that you might as well just donate the merchandise to charity. L This is not a good site. I ordered three tops. One was a decent fit and not bad quality but the other two were labeled XL but are more like a size 12. They were way too small. I have tried and tried to get a return but evidently they do not want to hear about it. Never again. Stay away from this site.

They have had the money for my order for over 5 weeks and tracking still shows the package in China. Customer Service just keeps asking for patience. I think I've been very patient. Don't order from this company.

I've purchased a black and white maxi dress three weeks ago and haven't received it. I've attempted to reach the company but have been unsuccessful. Resolution... I'll contact PayPal and my bank if not received by this weekend...

I ordered a swimsuit on 3/25 and on 4/11 they sent shipment notification. I am still waiting it's almost been 2 months. They charged My card that day but still have not received. Stay away from this site.

My experience was great! I read a lot of negative reviews about this site and how long it took for people to get their products, but I got my sweater and headband in 3 weeks and they are exactly what was pictured. People need to understand the stuff is made in China, so it may take awhile to receive. I love rotita, thanks

Same problem. Swimsuits were 3 sizes smaller than advertised. They kept putting me off for a return and never did offer return information even after I filled out required ticket and sent pictures. This is a scam. It took 3 weeks to arrive. I'm out $53.00. They keep offering a small refund if I keep the merchandise.

I first order 2 dresses was very pleased, so I order again, horrible dresses didn't fit asked for a return ticket number paid to have them returned in June. Never received refund. Contacted pay pay they want me to keep what I already returned and keep half my money. Doesn't make sense they have the merchandise. If you order anything make sure you are short or the item is full length. Also they run very small.

Very disappointing experience. I was warned that my clothes would not look exactly like what was pictured. The material was cheap and strings were hanging out of the outfit. I was almost in tears and not to mention how long I had to wait for the merchandise. This is a rip off and I will not be buying anything from this fraud shop along with other advertisment such as these... HORRIBLE.

This dress fit perfectly! It was a little tight in the chest to waist area but if I ordered a size up it would have been way to big. I would highly recommend buying this for prom or a formal event. Also this arrived very quickly! We paid for expedited shipping and received it one week from date of order. The second day in our window. Thank you! Definitely would recommend.

I paid for 1-4 day express shipping on my item. They avoid answering my inquiry by answering it circles. Finally told me to make sure I haven't paid and cancel the order myself?! They already took the money weeks ago but have yet to ship the item. They are con artist and they literally steal your money with no intentions of sending you anything. Piece of crap company! I'll be disputing the charge with my card company! Please take these reviews seriously, they will steal from you!'

After reading mixed reviews, instead of ordering two things I wanted, I decided to try to order only one, and see if I got it. It took a while, it is coming from Asia, but my order arrived today. I'd say it took about a month. The quality of the bathing suit was pretty impressive for the price. I definitely would order from them again, but I'll probably stick with my one item at a time system, just because of all the other people who said they never got their order.

Ordered two blouses from your company... just terrible quality and they are not sized at all according to your charts! They came with no return address and from now reading reviews online I sense it is not even worthwhile attempting to send them back as I will only get a percentage of the monies I paid for them and as well have to pay for shipping and handling! Shame on you!

Prices seem to be good. Only issue I had was trying to click on a coupon code they were offering. It kept throwing me back to another page but never showed the code to use. I really wanted the item so I ended up paying full price without discount anyway

False and misleading advertising. Website states items will be shipped 6-10 business days after payment confirmation. It is now day 19 and order has still not shipped. Numerous emails to company had resulted in different excuses and reasons why they have not shipped. I have now asked for a refund which they have advised will take 30 days and they are going to charge me $3 per item as a restock charge, even though the items have never left Rotita stock. It will be interesting to see if the refund is actually processed in 30 days. Items are shipped from China.

Went through the usual dance with them and finally put a claim through Paypal. After offering less than 1/4 back, I finally asked about the offered 40% return on my money which they offered way back when I wanted to know the return address. Took it fast as they will not abide by any rules. So sorry I did not research the site first. The merchandise is garbage... DO NOT BUY!

Abysmal quality - the lovely blue dress that I bought was not the thing they sent to me. It had two layers, both different colours, both different fabrics. Poor, thin, cheap, I am SO disappointed. The coat I bought from them was very little better. I don't think that the items in the pictures are the items that arrive - just a very basic approximation of them.
I could have bought better quality from my local market stall.
I was offered a full refund if I returned them with tracking information... which would cost £58.00.
YES, FIFTY EIGHT POUNDS.
If you are lucky enough to be reading this before you send off, to gain any insight - do yourself a favour.

Bad company. Poor products--shapeless and too big. Bad return policy--you pay postage IF you an get a return address out of them. Correspondence by complicated set of 'tickets'. Really bad.
Finally got a 50% refund in lieu of sending product back to Shanghai for between A$14-21 postage. Was offered an 80% refund if I changed my review first. Ah, no.

Bought and item from them poor quality. Then try to return and they said keep the item and we'll give you $17.98 back. They later got my C/C information from PayPal and charged $500.00 on my card. Keep away from this company. They say free returns that bull $#*!. Cost more to send them back. What would you expect from China! They're not even worth 1 star. No phone number to call. Why do you think you can't reach them to talk. They just want your money.

I am shocked how poorly the customer is treated. No way to connect, submit ticket, they don't respond. Ordered 1 month ago. Ok Amazon is unique with the 2 day delivery. But this is ridiculous!
And they keep sending me offers, like I want to do business with them?! NO Way

I absolutely love this dress and so did everyone else! I wore it to a wedding vow renewal and received lots of compliments. It fit well and the material was great quality. Absolutely love & delivered on time. Extremely happy with purchase! Excellent service! I will be ordering another one!

This company is a scam. It is true, "if something looks or sounds to good to be true, it probably is". Their merchandize is pure crap! Trust me, nothing looks like it does in the pictures. The material looks and feels cheap... because it is. The sizes are not even close to what they should be... its all kinds of wrong. Customer service is a joke, instead of exchanging anything for you, they tell you it's best for you to give it to someone for a gift. I STRONGLY suggest that NO ONE order anything from this company... THEY SUCK!
