Love the clothes from this store. They are extraordinary and very up-to-date. New, fashionable items are added every now and then. Shipping to Poland is very fast! I highly recommend it if you are looking for perfect dresses. I was ordering pants for the first time and I am very impressed with the quality!
I purchased some bikinis in March, received them over 1 month Later. The sizes are wrong, I returned them all at a cost to me of £35! The communication with the customer service department is shocking. They won't refund me, they keep just asking me for the same details every single time and we are literally going round and round, I will not give up on my refund I spent £85 with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Ordered a jumper and it's now almost a month and a half that my order has still not arrived!
I chatted with them many times asking them for a refund for their disgraceful service. But each time they lie and tell me that my order is in transit and it should be by me any day. It's time to sue the company! They just steal money!
Keep far away from Rotita if you don't want to be a loser!

Easy to use website and plenty if chose. Quick deliver and products as described. The customer care is excellent and delivery very fast and on time when they said it would be delivered, can`t ask for more than than. I would recommend this site to anyone
I feel so annoyed that I have been conned by Rotita. Sizing are totally wrong - at least 3 sizes too small. No returns address and when asked for was told that I would have to pay to send back to China (I had no idea the items were coming from there) and not to bother and sell them or give them to charity. So disappointed and their adverts are all over my iPad and I don't know how to remove them. Please do not get conned like me.

I had some issues with items ordered from Rotita.com. But their administrative staff persevered in working with me and were very polite to me at all times. Fortunately, they took care of my requests, ensuring that I was satisfied with their service.
I ordered swimsuits which were poor quality and not worth the money. Having problems with returns when they advertise easy return process. Joke! I have submitted tickets in with 1 response has they would refund me 50% of the purchase and to keep the swimsuits. I said I would pay for the postage and want my 100% refund. NO responses so now I will contact my visa to have the order reversed on my credit card and send back their junk... Very unsatisfied customer...
Hello, I'm writing here after my girlfriend bought an item from this shop.
At first I was skeptical about web shopping since. You know how much a pain and regret is after you get your products.
Well this time was different. She ordered it, and the order came in 14 days in a nice package.
The item she bought is: a print shirt. The fabric is as they say: cotton and the quality - price ratio is very fair.
So, yes. She is happy. The shirt fits her personality.
I received my order, and I am dealing with customer service returning four of the bathing suits that did not fit me properly, one of them had a damaged closure hook. But customer service has been responsive, and I will be ordering from your company again.
It was very simple and straight forward. Items delivered on time with perfect sizes I chose.
A note was sent into each items since they didn't come together so as not to panic.
They communicate with the customer which is amazing. Continue with the good job.
I purchased 2 tops from this store. I suggest you run now! The quality is shabby. The sizes are inconsistent. Same size one is huge, the other is too small. Forget about returning, cant get a response. I dont think there customer service exists! Stay away!
The bikini I received is great quality. I ordered a medium and a small because I wasnt sure which would fit. They both fit, so I would say these are true to size. I did pay for expedited shipping but the package still came much earlier than quoted. I just placed my second order from this site and plan to be a long time customer!
The ordering is fast. Shipping is fast. Products run small, so I returned an item. It has been a wild goose chase since then. There is no phone number to talk to someone; contacting customer service is done through some sort of messaging "ticket" system. It has been almost two months that I shipped the item back and I have not heard anything or seen a refund on my card I used. I sent a follow up message to check the status on the return and they have not answered.
This is by far the worst business to do business with. I ordered one top selling for $30. It took over one month to arrive and it was not worth the wait. The top is made of the cheapest material possible. I am sure after one wash it will be put in my dust rag bag. The top I received looks nothing like the one advertised. Save your money. Thrift stores sell higher quality merchandise. I truly don't understand how they stay in business.
Unfortunately, I ordered from this company twice. The first time my top was the size for a small child. I had absolutely zero luck getting a hold of anyone to return or complain. I threw the horrible item away and ate the cost. Forgetting about what happened, I ordered from them again. Item still hasn't shown up a month later. I called to cancel the order and what a joke that is. Paypal says they will try to reach them and if they don't hear anything, they will refund me. We shall see. My biggest concern is all of the horrible reviews and nothing is being done. Paypal or somebody should be checking into this company. It is from Hong Kong and no response to anything. If you read reviews they keep your money and get away with it. What gives? DON'T DEAL WITH THEM is all I can say.
Love the clothing and reasonable prices. I hope the return refund is okay. Have 4 items so far. Two of them were incredibly late. I'm hoping they fit. The next order to arrive is bathing suits. They look adorable from the pictures.

For worldwide news broadcasters I'm surprised they would allow obviously fraud / shoddy advertising on their website!
I should have checked into this company before ordering. Shame on me. There is no easy way to get in touch with them. The items took forever to come in and they were too small. Returning is impossible. I tried to return and basically am out of over $100 dollars because they are saying they haven't received the items. Do Not Order From This Company!
A friend of mine told me about Rotita and I give them a try. You will also need to order a size up.The pictures on website are the same as what you receive. Color, style and material were exactly as showed. Gorgeous.
I got two swimsuits. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of both! They are gorgeous and really comfy too. I'm shocked that I got them both for under $30! Seriously do yourself a favor and get at least one. :)
This was just what I expected. Nice, comfortable fit with breathable loose material. The shirt is just like it shows in the picture. A perfect item for layering with other clothes, like maybe a long stretchy tank top below. I should have bought two because I know someone else who would love this!
Horrible! Beware! Asian rip off! Sizes are not as advertised and they don't want to give refunds. Never use this site. Told me to give as gifts. I want my money back from this cheap clothes. They use USA models but have Asian sizes. I'm a size 6 and ordered an extra large for size 10/12 USA and it still was too small. 0 rating and very poor customer service
This dress is beyond the most beautiful dress you could ever imagine. We saw this in a specialty shop for $269.00. Then found it here for $69,00. I paid the priority shipping and received it three days later. One of the really great things about that it is not so short that you must be very careful of showing off your undergarments.
Recently bought it and I can say it's very comfortable and just a perfect sleeve dress for summer. The fabric used is very soft which makes it even more relaxing. It also has a perfect fitting on me, I just love it! I am now thinking buying more colors to attend various events such as my prom. You just cannot find any dress with that quality and price out there.
This company is a rip off! Dishonest. They will quickly take your money and maybe send you terrible quality clothing, possibility you may never receive anything at all. Which is what happened to me. You start off ordering from lulugal, which changes to liligal afterwards. They are always "processing your order", My daughter and I learned the hard way. Hoping you receive this message before you make the same mistake.
This is the worse company ever. I got one of the four items I ordered and they would not let me return it (it was dreadful). As paid through paypal I am seeking the money back from them as part of the dispute. The deliberately dodge your questions on email, or don't answer at all. They should not be allowed to trade.
