Product completely not as described in colour, style and size. No information forthcoming as to how to return. Very poor quality and no practical assistance if you complain. My review on the site has not appeared - I find this suspicious. Would not use them again despite really nice pictures on the website. It looked too good to be true, and it was.

This company is absolutely appalling. I wish I had seen the reviews before buying. Dress took over one month to arrive and was way too big - nothing like the sizes they quote. Wish I'd seen this review site before buying. I was going to return it and ask for a refund, but from what people say it's almost an impossible task. Why can't the ASA do something about this company?!

Nothing seems to be able to resolve this. They promised an 80% refund on my card and also a complete refund for my return which I have never, after all this time, gotten. Order nothing from this company unless you plan on keeping it even if it is not to your satisfaction. I will continue to send reviews or call the Attorney General if Rotita does not credit my account.

Love the clothes from this store. They are extraordinary and very up-to-date. New, fashionable items are added every now and then. Shipping to Poland is very fast! I highly recommend it if you are looking for perfect dresses. I was ordering pants for the first time and I am very impressed with the quality!

I bought this dress for my rehearsal dinner next month, and it SURPASSED my expectations! I am 5'7" 185 lbs; 45" bust 35" waist 46" hip. This dress hugs every wanted curve and conceals all the unwanted ones. The material is thick, yet comfortable and has perfect amount of stretch. Overall, I completely recommend this product!

These look like sturdy work clothes, but they really can be dressed up or dressed down. I'm petite and the pants are really long. I had to roll them several times but that worked for the cropped, casual look I was going for. Lace trim T-shirt, leather belt and ankle strap sandals finished the look. Lots of compliments! Oh yeah they are surprisingly very comfortable, I expect to get a lot of wear out of these overalls.

Awful quality items received (after a long delay), although I ordered the same size in everything (as per their size guide), each item fit completely differently. Quality of material is very cheap.
I'm now having to debate back and forth that I want to return the items and they want me to keep them and offering me 15% compensation instead, telling my returning them back is expensive and takes ages. Only now reading reviews I can see that this seems to be their MO - I will never order something from this site again and will be warning all my friends not to also.

I ordered a swimsuit almost a month ago. I have not received my suit, but they were quick to take my money. I have contacted them on several occasions, no response. Wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order. This company sucks. Unless you like paying for items to never receive, STAY AWAY!

Stay away don't buy a thing if it doesn't fit and you return it in original condition they'll tell you it's damaged and keep your money there's no phone number to contact them you can do live chats till you're blue in the face there's nothing but thieves stay away the quality isn't all that either

I'm a loyal customer at Rotita.com and I really love shopping in this site. This website is perfect.It is really a well organized website that you can find what you are looking for in short time. Cheap products with a clear product description. They are also one of the fastest company to send out your orders.

I ordered clothing, of which 2 pieces did not fit. I attempted to receive "approval" from them to return items within 30 days, however, they ignored my repeated requests. They are attempting to get out of returning my money. ROTITA Is a SCAM! If you like something they are selling, look for it from another retailer.

Took forever to get my order and then when it didn't fit and had to return it. This was over a month ago and still haven't gotten my refund even though there were multiple emails back and forth with them. Now they are saying it's been 30 days since the purchase date and it's too late to refund me!

I've ordered 3 times now from Rotita. Their customer service is very good and quick to reply to your questions. Most of the tops I have received have been great, however, there have been a couple of misses... where the clothing looks nothing like the picture. But I'm still happy with the majority of my purchases.

Ordered 6 swimsuits. After 2 weeks I was notified one was out of stock. No big deal.
After a few more weeks, one suit arrived. I did not like the cut of it. Returned. After jumping through some hoops to get someone to accept the return. And paying the fee for return.
After a month the rest of the order was delivered. Out the 4 suits only one made me feel comfortable. One left side boob exposed. One suit felt like I was going to go swimming in 1920. Way too long swim dress. Swim evening gown perhaps.
Jumped through some more hoops to return 3 of the 4.
After a week or so I was notified that I would be receiving a refund for 3 from 2nd batch. They claim they never received it. And I have a credit for the suit that was out of stock. Communication is difficult. I read all the great reviews. I did not anticipate this kind of incompetence dealing with just email.

I'm not sure how this company is in business. I paid for expedited shipping (under a week) and the swimsuit didn't arrive for a month. I asked to cancel the order before it had been processed and shipped (which the company says can be done on the website), but they refused. When I got the suit, it's huge. A medium would fit a DD bust. There is no size tag on the product, so who knows truly what size I got. Every other review about returns and product quality is true as well. All I want to do is return the product for a full refund since I paid extra for express shipping, tried to cancel before it was shipped and have the wrong size. (on top of that, the white on the suit will definitely be see-through when wet).

I thought I was purchasing a oversized sweater with a boat neck. The picture made it look so large and comfy with the neck dropping off the shoulders. Instead I got a T-shirt material shirt with 3/4 length sleeves. I just can't believe they can advertise one thing and send something totally different. The only thing the same was the color. I tried several times to get in contact with the company. Please take my advice and stay away. This company is a scam. I should have threw away 25 dollars. The end result was the same.

Rotita has surprised me by its high quality and by the speed of shipment of the garments. The jerseys the cardigans are wonderful, even better than what is seen on the web. The clothes fit to perfection. The customer service is great and the attention is wonderful. I recommend that you buy on this website because your collection is wonderful. I am very happy with my orders.

I bought some clothes. Two items turned up in a medium. One is way too big, the other I can't even get on. They look nothing like the picture and I'm still waiting to be disappointed with 3 more items which haven't turned up! One being a ball dress for a ball which happened a week ago! Have sent in a ticket and heard nothing. This was my Christmas present and I feel I've wasted my money... Really devastated

Recently I had a question for you regarding my purchase. I contacted customer service with my concern.
I had a prompt reply. Within a week I received tha rest of my order. I'm sure that Alice had a lot to do with this completed order.
I certainly feel she needs a pat on the back. Or whatever you do to help moral and recognize her efforts.
These days it's very hard to work in customer service. So many grumbling people to deal with.

I love the dress! It fits perfectly to my size. I'm short and a little curvy and this dress was sexy, but classy. I got mine in a size large and it fit great with some give. You can pair it with many things to get different looks. I received a lot of compliments. I recommend wearing it with a petticoat for a fuller look. In addition, I wanna to say the price is just what I expect, cheap but good. You may not buy a similar dress at the same price if you see in other place. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase. Next time I’d buy one more on Rotita~

Hi, I purchased a nice vintage dress from www.Rotita.com for my wife to attend my company's yearly dinner party. The dress fitted her very well as she received many compliments throughout the night which made her feel really good and made me even happier about my purchase. The ordering process was pretty easy to complete and the product was shipped on time as was stipulated when making the purchase. The dress was properly packaged and although nobody was at home to receive the product when they first arrived, they returned later in the day. I had a great experience shopping with Rotita.com and I will definitely be purchasing more items with them.

Worst company I have ever ordered anything from! Thank god I didn't spend that much and I'm literally throwing it in the garbage! First and last time I order anything from any of these stores! There's a lot of them on here like Rotita. Be careful before you order! Everything is tiny, short and would fit a kid and I did go up a size in both things I ordered just in case! The material is the cheapest, ugly, shiny stretch and would shrink in a second. Horrible, horrible! Lesson learned!

Love this dress. These are the kind of dresses that make a woman look like a woman meaning they fit in the right places and leave room if you have hips. My dress was a bit small on me but still fit very nicely. Plus the price was great. My husband loved it. It does have some stretch plus length. I am 5'4" and it came to my mid calf. I will wash it in cold water. It's a dress for all occasions.
