Love the clothes from this store. They are extraordinary and very up-to-date. New, fashionable items are added every now and then. Shipping to Poland is very fast! I highly recommend it if you are looking for perfect dresses. I was ordering pants for the first time and I am very impressed with the quality!
I purchased some bikinis in March, received them over 1 month Later. The sizes are wrong, I returned them all at a cost to me of £35! The communication with the customer service department is shocking. They won't refund me, they keep just asking me for the same details every single time and we are literally going round and round, I will not give up on my refund I spent £85 with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
WARNING do not buy from them. Bad clothes and worse customer service. They don't know how to talk English. They ask you to gift your items or resell them instead of paying the shipping fee plus 40% fee to refund the items. Cheap clothes that don't fit. I wear a 6 so I got a medium swimsuit and it would not go over my leg, The opening is a girls size 10.
Top arrived which was very poor quality and the sizing was nowhere near what I had ordered- even though I had ordered 2 sizes above my normal. I have tried all morning to contact via messaging and submitting a 'ticket' but cannot access my account and it will not recognise the only order numbers I have. Absolutely frustrated and complete waste of hard earned money. Would not recommend the site to anyone.
Wish I had read these reviews. I am still waiting for my second order... will be returning the first one. They take entirely too long to ship items. I dread the refund issues I may run into based on other reviews here. I paid for expedited shipping... forget it. They haven't even sent it out to USPS. They seem to have nice things, but for me, the wait is not worth it.
Horrible clothes! They don't look anything like the pictures these are probably cheap knock offs of what is shown in the pictures. The thing they call the sweatshirt is a very thin cheap material and too small. The denim jacket is the ugliest boxy looking thing I've ever seen and too big. It took a month to arrive! No where does it say the clothes are shipped direct from Shanghai. No point in even trying to return, I think I will just say lesson learned and will do my homework before buying online again!
Not only did it take a whole month to receive my order... when it did come... it reeked... DID NOT look like as it did online... too big... I'm not sure who's "small" they're measuring on... jewelry was made of a cheap children's costume jewelry PLASTIC... SO DISAPPOINTED. Waste of money... time... and energy! Ordering from this company is really a hit or miss. I've been ordering from them heavily for around 5 months. The more basic the piece, the more spot on it is. I recently ordered many pieces on 1/17 and I know it takes awhile because it comes from China, however, the site has been shut down, which has me concerned. I did use PayPal so at least my money will be returned.
I ordered 5 bathing suites and one cover up. All were true to size and I was very pleased with the quality of the material. I would have paid a lot more in the stores. Excellent prices too. Love this site. This will be my Go-to site for shopping.
I'm happy to say that my experience with Rotita was a pleasant one. I placed my order and it arrived to me within 3-5 days via UPS. The prices were so affordable that I expected the clothing to look not so nice however I was very impressed. The dresses were cute and I receive compliments daily. I have placed 3 orders within the last month and was excited about them all. I did have an instance where the item was no longer available and for this you will need to submit a ticket. The customer service rep worked very diligently to ship my replacement to me expeditiously. I'm definitely a repeat customer!
I love this dress in rotita.com! I'm very busty and the V-neck design made me nervous that it would look obscene on me, but it covered everything adequately. It was also very flattering without being clingy. I wore it for my five year anniversary and got lots of compliments.
Really sweet clothes. Nicer with a belt. Maybe a tad short to what I usually wear. Much stretch in it and breathable. Besides, price is very reasonable. Took a lot longer than normal time to ship but very prompt to communicate back to me when I made an enquiry.
I am very impressed with the style and overall quality of this bikini-it hides my mummy tummy well and still makes me feel super cute! This swimsuit is amazing! I get so many compliments! I had to sew the buttons back on but so worth it for the price.
Absolutely astounding value for such a reasonable price. The workmanship was far superior to what I expected. It is a high quality dress with skilled decorative embellishments on the front and back. There was no zipper, but the stretch fabric made it easy to put on and take off. I will wear this dress again to a New Year's Eve party or other Roaring 20's theme event. It was such fun to wear, and I received many compliments. Thanks for having such an incredible product.
There's something for everyone on the Rotita site. I've shopped with them for two years and I'm always delighted with my items when they arrive. They also have excellent customer service and will let you know immediately if there's an issue with your order. I recommend them most highly!
Their cheap, sleazy crap ships from CHINA! Returning something to China costs far more than the item is worth. So you will wind up throwing it away and be out the money you spent. Just donate the money to charity. At least that way you get a write off.
Receive damaged merchandise and non operating email supplied by PAY PAL. Must return at your shipping cost with tracking costing more than item. PayPal does not stand with their buyers and they are not stupid to know this is a scam operation. Yet they dont do the right thing. Will not use PAY PAL again... they suck as much as Rotita.

The shipping takes about two weeks time, but I do not mind waiting when I am getting something for this less price. Who wants to pay more when you know that the same items are for such low prices at here. And good quality too. I love the price!
Horrible company to work with. Their customer service just talks in circles to avoid addressing any issues, the website is difficult to use and doesn't work when it comes to returns and their return policy is not adhered to - they will not refund your money as stated! I've been communicating with them for 4 months and still don't have my refund - they keep asking the same questions that have already been answered. I will never buy from them again and recommend you avoid doing business with them!

Overall this is a lovely black dress made of great material. The cotton was very soft. It will be be wearing regularly.The dress can also wear to work. Definitely nothing that would keep me from wearing it.
This is obviously a scam. Their website says your order will be shipped within 24 ours, it's been a month and my order is still not shipped. Being that it is coming from China, I would imagine it will take at least 6 weeks to get here. 10 weeks is far from 24 hours! I have heard horrible things about this company that they are nothing but a scam and you'll be lucky if you get your order and sometimes the order is ripped, or just a piece of garbage. BUYER BE WARE save your money.

I made the mistake ordering without checking reviews. I was expecting something terrible after I realized I should have checked reviews BEFORE. The clothing doesn't look bad--I doubt it would last more than a season, though-- but it's is about 3 sizes too small. Lesson learned. I ordered from Lulugal, but their website says Liligal, now.
I have ordered twice, dresses both times. The second order took a while to arrive, over 25 days, but I guess in this current world, that's not bad. The dresses are good quality, especially considering the price.
I should have read the reviews this is the worst shopping site ever. Clothes are made of cheap material, colors are not like pictures, finishing items like zippers sewed over so you cant unzip.

Don't buy anything from this "company". Their sizing charts are way off, the fabric isn't good and they ship from CHINA, which means returns are difficult. I'm trying to get a refund and it isn't going well!
Rue, the material of this is pretty lightweight, but that's great for summer. Light colors may pose a problem with undergarments showing through a little, but with the teal one I got it isn't an issue and I plan to buy more in the other bright colors. I have a nearly identical shirt from Rotita with long sleeves and thicker material, but I like this one much better; the V neck is slightly deeper cut (not immodestly so, but enough to provide more "breathing room" so it feels and looks less like a tee shirt collar).
No labels with company name or with country of origin, material, washing instructions, etc. Looks as if information label has been cut off.
