When I first ordered from this site, my expectations were low considering that it is a very cheap, online website. Just took a chance. My order only took less than two weeks to arrive, which is incredible considering it is coming from Asia. Moreover they looked even better than they do in the pictures and they are some of my favorite new clothing items!

Ordered swim wear - was concerned when the dispatch email gave two dates for refunds if your delivery didn't arrive! If you start your delivery correspondence with "50% refund if you don't get it by this date, and 100% refund if you don't get it by that date" you think it must be trouble! Delivery was overdue - read dreadful reviews and thought "Oh no!" However, to my surprise my swimwear arrived! Pretty much as advertised, quality is OK/basic, could be better. I used their sizing charts to order and it's sized correctly. Took about a month from order to delivery. I seem to be one of the lucky ones - and have to say they've done ok by me.

Customer Two Alice was a great help, thorough on making sure my order was delivered, and great on following up with contact information. Highly recommend Rotita for online shopping in womens clothing.

I have ordered multiple times from here and always received exactly what I ordered, no problems whatsoever. Their customer service is prompt in responding to your questions. I needed help with sizing and sent customer service a message, expecting a reply in a week or so... But only a few hours later I had a reply! I love them and will continue to use them for future items as well! Thanks keep up the good work!

The quality of the dress was not great but I would have tolerated that if it had not been several sizes too small. I had already ordered a size bigger than I thought I needed. It has proved impossible to return. Apart from their off putting conditions on returns postage and charges, I simply do not have an address and they have not responded to my requests for one.

I ordered a dress using their sizing - and it is no way near correct. In contacted them to request a refund and a shipping return slip. Since it came from China it would be cost-prohibitive to return, so they gave me a 20% credit on another order. Frankly, I'm probably out the $27 I spent because I don't think I want to try and do business with them again.

Ordered a swimsuit, two tops and a dress. The dress arrived damaged. The swimsuit and two tops are barely held together with thread. The thinness of the swim suit was just awful. Tried to put in a claim. Received a confirmation with a claim ticket number but they never followed up. Made several attempts to contact them. Everything arrives directly from China. My guess is that their guaranteed satisfaction is a complete scam as there is really no way to send it back to China.

Challenging the purchase on my credit card. The company can come pick up their junk from me personally. Product is a piece of junk and not as described! Get much better deals at a department store with better quality.

I was thinking of buying from this company but checked the review, the majority are 1 star and BAD, the ones that have 4 and 5 I will discount as most of them are shams as you can tell by the repetitive 'cool' and animal pictures, so I will stay clear and stick with ezibuy. It would be good if people leaving an honest review would put what country they are in. I am in Australia.

This company is a waste of money. I ordered a blouse in early February and it is now late March and no blouse has arrived. There is no way to communicate with customer service without giving a lot of unnecessary information that I believe will be a security issue. Worst on-line buying experience I have ever had... and that is really saying a lot. Save yourself the aggravation and the money... shop elsewhere! I have written off my purchase as a waste of money and a good learning experience. Do not be tempted to buy...

Ordered 5 dresses from this site all the same size. 3 were way to small and 2 massive. Cost nearly £70 contacted them and opened a ticket and they offered me 6 dollars. Disgusting have been in touch with them constantly and they eventually sent me a return address by email but as soon as I reopened the email it directed me to a rogue site. Absolutely disgusting. I'm now going to open a PayPal case.

I was looking for specific pieces for different functions. I must say each and every piece that I have received has met my expectations. The quality is exceptional as well. I look forward to placing my next order. I've already been browsing through the site.

My order was placed in November as saw selection of Christmas jumpers & lovely tops to wear with trousers for an evening out.The ordering was straightforward &paid for with my Visa Debit card. Think I recall receiving one update telling me order was in transit & delivered within a couple of weeks.On opening & trying on are a good fit&look as good as in photos shown on advertising post so really pleased with purchase &would recommend to friends.

I almost got confused with a wide variety of fashionable designs displayed here. However since I had formal restriction, it was a bit easy to pick the right dresses. They were customized well to fit the office employees. They look pretty in the dresses we chose to make them our company’s uniform.

Sizes way too small despite following the website. Submitted a ticket. No reply. Tried to log on again and says wrong password. Tried many times to get a new password emailed and nothing arrives... therefor you cannot follow up the return of the item. Please read the return/refunds carefully before buying anything.

They are stealing pics from other clothing sites, to steal your money. Look at the pics over 90% of the posted pics the model face isn't shown. Why? This company is located in China, when they do ship orders the consumer complains about how cheap the material is, the bad stitching and most wait for months to receive the order. It's like they try and sew the item/ items you ordered. Don't fall for these cute, cheaply priced clothes, that they advertise. It's just a way for them to steal your money. Once you place a order, they receive your funds, then they don't even ship your order. You email them and they respond with poorly, very poorly broken English, with excuses to why your order was not shipped. They told me, that the factory worker has to product the orders day and night, can I please be patient. I think once you pay extra $$ for delivery, why wait two months for my order.

I ordered 4 tops all in size medium. It took over a month, got them in 2 shipments, sizes very inconsistent. First 2 I received were very large, second 2, I gave them to my 12 year old niece, they were so small.
Not worth the money, time or energy. Stay away.

I have been shopping with Rotita for several months and just love the clothing store. Outfits are always delivered in a timely manner and if you desire to change, return or request a refund there is never an issue. Also the clothes are very well made and I look forward to shopping at least several times a month. You will too!

By accident I ordered the wrong size. Next day, I left a ticket to see if they could update my order with the correct size. Renee replied back within a short period of time and advised she had made the change and also expedited my parcel at no extra cost.

Great little casual dress... it looks great belted with leggings and jean jacket Item arrived much sooner than expected and did not disappoint. Nice soft, thick fabric, color appears as in picture. Good price, very very happy with this and just bought another in purple!

I bought this dress in blue last Monday, it was beyond comfortable. I was also nervous ordering it online but it fit better then expected. Just as other reviewers states, it has pretty good cleavage coverage, the picture is a bit misleading about that. Actually, the real item I got is better than the picture. I'm quite satisfied with it. More, the material is nothing but fancy, and I am going to order one more because of the nice fit.

Rotita is my favorite store, It is an excellent store provide very trendy products in amazing low price. Flat Shipping is free and cost about 3 weeks to Australia. I usually buy working dress from this site. What I received are just what I see in the picture and sometimes I think it looks even better on me.

This one looks very pretty on me. It's very comfortable and casual. Great for everyday going out. And for the shipping time, it is a little slow to ship to Africa. I suggest that adding the overnight service, then this site will have more customers.

I ordered a bathing suit almost 3 weeks ago. Not only have I not received it yet (even though it said it ships within 1 day) but yesterday, my bank alerted me that there was fraud on my checking account. 5 attempts were made from CHINA to use my debit card. I find it weird that they are based in China and someone in China hacked my account. Even though its suppose to be a secure payment, I believe otherwise.
