Love the clothes from this store. They are extraordinary and very up-to-date. New, fashionable items are added every now and then. Shipping to Poland is very fast! I highly recommend it if you are looking for perfect dresses. I was ordering pants for the first time and I am very impressed with the quality!
I purchased some bikinis in March, received them over 1 month Later. The sizes are wrong, I returned them all at a cost to me of £35! The communication with the customer service department is shocking. They won't refund me, they keep just asking me for the same details every single time and we are literally going round and round, I will not give up on my refund I spent £85 with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I'm pretty excited to get this jacket! Usually size s of Rotita fits me pretty well, which is hard because I'm pretty small. I know it probably won't look like an expensive leather jacket, but the design is very nice and if it fits well I think I have made a good deal. Prices as always, just awesome!
The top is pretty.It's extremely affordable and I'd order more colors if they had them. I usually wear a small or a medium.The size that fits is a large.The main part of the top is not stretchy fabric so it doesn't stretch for my chest.
I am extremely picky about my clothing, especially dresses. I LOVE how this dress flatters my figure. I was really nervous about how it would fit, but it is great. Stretchy fabric, breathable, but thick enough not to be see through, although I still need to check in daylight if it needs a skip, it's fine indoors though.
The reason I consider this the best customer service is because they respond within the shortest time. When I was a bit worried, they would solve my worries with an immediate response. Finally the jackets I had ordered arrived well designed as expected. Thanks Rotita
I have been using rotita.com for over a year now. They are timely with their deals, and go out of their way to provide examples of how to best take advantage of the deals including my favorite - the subscribe and save posts! Unlike other deal sites they actually respond to comments and if I write in that I am looking for deals on something specific they keep their eyes out. I ordered and paid for a dress advertised by this company on Facebook. It was some time ago and has not yet arrived even taking into account the delays caused by the Chinese new year. They tell me I have a 'ticket pending' but I have to repeat the order number. Surely they have it already? Stay away from this site, it is a complete scam. Facebook should not host these ads from Chinese dress companies without much stricter vetting.
When you try and return a product for exchange they will not let you reach anyone because they require that we make 'a ticket' first and it keeps asking for a transaction #. Sounds simple but they have conveniently left out that number so all that keeps happening is that we are going around in circles without being able to complete the required steps. That ticket is the only way to contact them but since it don't work nothing happens.
To start off, I love that they have so many choices of all kinds of clothing, sweaters, tops and shoes. At first I actually couldnt believe how cheap they were. I even compared it with another website and yeah, big difference and better. And it has the FREE SHIPPING. Aye, not all websites offer free shipping. I love shopping here. Even if this week was the twice time I ever bought from liligal. But I totally recommend this to everyone.
Hi! I got a blue dress from Rotita and I absolutely loved it! The material is so nice and it fit me very well. I'm sometimes skeptical if something is going to fit me properly when getting them online and without trying them on first, but this fit like a glove!
Very happy with all my items. I would suggest ordering up a size on dresses. I would also skip paying for expedited postage as it made no difference, it still takes a bit of time for shipping but worth the wait for what I've ordered.
I never got my items and no one answers my inquiries. 4 times I wrote with no response
I am going to report them. Sizes are way off too. You must buy a large if you want a small! Stay FAR away from this company!

I've done online shopping frequently. I've used this company several times before but never had a reason to need to return anything before now. This unpleasant experience has really changed my view of Rotita. Companies don't have to make doing returns this complicated. Bad business!
This is my second review on Rotita. I initially reported having bought adult clothes that were cheap, transparent and children sizes. They have for months refused to give me a refund. Thier emails are poorly worded and offer only 20% refund and they explain it is in dollars. They will not give you returns address they just tell you it's in China. They explain they don't make much profit from the sale of clothes this is why they can't offer full refund. My reply to my previous post is written in a better standard of english, they offer a full 100% refund (for your benefit reading this) and they deny this when I follow it up. No one has given me full refund I'm still stuck at 20%. So they are clearly intentionally not paying me the money, it's not an oversight they are just choosing not to pay. Totally disappointed and will be reporting it to trading standards and a solicitor.

Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose it’s not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.

I'm still waiting for a way to return over $200 worth of merchandise that doesn't fit. There was no invoice in any of my packages and no return label. I have to wait for an email. They told me they had 48 hours and it's been 5 days. I'm hoping I don't get stuck with this stuff. I'm a senior citizen and I was thinking this would be an easy way to shop. I'll never order from this company again.;
I have seen where a lot of people are asking about what sizes they should get. Yes the clothes are measured by Asian standards. But if you look at the product description and the size chart, you can choose perfect size.
I am very satisfied with this product. The fabric, the work quality, the fit, everything is awesome. Rotita.com is becoming my favorite brand in jeans. Another thing I love about rotita.com is that even if you are petite and don't want to hem them, you can just fold them inside, iron the hem and they will stay. I, however, will be hemming them since I have a sewing machine at home.
I was assisted by Alice with the return of swim wear. They tried to find me the sizes I needed but were out of stock and refunded my money within 2-3 days. Excellent responses back to emails and especially refunding my money in a timely manner. Will definitely order again from Rotita in the future.

Adorable! Surprisingly great quality for the price. Beautiful vintage style dress, without the high price of vintage style boutiques. I just received my dress today and it is gorgeous. The material is nice was a little wrinkled but not nothing that a quick trip to the cleaners can't undo I am gonna pair it with a navy blue blazer and navy pumps. I will defiantly buy more dresses from this supplier.
I was dubious buying from the website but I decided to risk it and I'm glad I did. Everything was so cheap! I received my clothing in good time and am very pleased with my purchases. I really like that they let their reviews on the website have extra details like "true to size fit" because it helped me work out exactly which sizes to order.

I ordered a swimsuit and two bikinis which look lovely, but the sizing is completely off by about 5 sizes! I have submitted a ticket to customer services twice now so that I can return the items for a refund but I have heard nothing back. Very unhappy with this service I would not recommend.
