I did not search for this product, in fact a email came up on my FB with an amazing picture of a pair of PVC looking leggings, in black for £20.00. The site description pretty much stated they were black PVC leggings and the pictures showed this, however all pictures were taken from the front.
I have now received these and the back of the leggings are in fact track suit material in grey. The leggings are only panelled with PVC at the front. No where within the description does it state this. They are hideous and I will not be seen in public wearing something that looks so cheap.
I wrote to them advising them that thy must be in breach of the Sales of Good act but they have not even bothered to respond or suggest a return.
I think that they want people to buy sub standard clothing at the cost of a little less than shop pricing. They know that people have no real recourse.
Honestly save your money, do not purchase anything from this Company.

The clothes are dreadful. Customer services rarely reply. After hundreds of emails they eventually agreed to refund in full when I returned the clothes at my expense.

But I did not get a refund because Rotita claimed my parcel never arrived.

I was just about ready to order something from Liligal. I decided to look up this company... then I found your reviews on here! Thank you so much for helping NOT make the mistake of buying from scam artists from China!

They pretty much took my money and ran. No way to get a hold of them... I paid extra to have it shipped quickly so I could take on vacation... That was over a week ago. It still hasn't shipped. There is no way to get in contact with anyone, and based on the reviews- if and when I do get my product I'll just be throwing it away. Oh, and of course I've already been charged for the product. Scammers. Stay away ladies.

I was assisted by Alice with the return of swim wear. They tried to find me the sizes I needed but were out of stock and refunded my money within 2-3 days. Excellent responses back to emails and especially refunding my money in a timely manner. Will definitely order again from Rotita in the future.

My order has been received in just a couple of weeks and has travelled all the way from China to Portugal.The shipping price was actually more than the item of clothing but it was still well worth it when you look at shop prices and availability. Liligal has a fantastic clothing range.The purple velvet men's jacket I ordered has just arrived and fits me perfectly! I would buy from liligal again!

Their sizes are all off-everything is exceptionally small. Try and return and you get no where. Lots of emails sent. They either do not answer or send you an email that tells you nothing. No way to return-address label is Chinese!

I tried for days to obtain a needed return label.
In Sept they offered to give an 80 percent refund and I keep the item. Have written repeatedly, have not receive the refund.
Soon will contact Attorney General regarding this merchant.

I am super impressed with the dress that I purchased from Liligal. They make is so easy to shop for quality products online and I'm so grateful I found them. I just placed an order for some really cute earrings too that I can hardly wait to get. Hopefully it arrives as quickly as my dress did. I really enjoy this brand an will come back

Everything went well with my order and the shipment thereof. Unfortunately the sizing is a little way off, In England I am always 12/14 which your measurement of M should have related, but it was too small. However, your staff have been wonderful and informed me of exactly what to do to return the goods. I am very pleased with your service and I look forward to receiving my exchange costume

This dress hugs all of my curves but in a classy way. It's nice in green. Nice length and I like the light material for summer& spring. Arrived early and the price was great. Didn't have a smell like some clothing shipped from China. I wish I ordered another color. I absolutely love this dress! It is made of good quality material & very flattering on.

I adore this company's clothing especially there cardigans! When I reached out to Rotita through the collaboration email, Ivy was so kind and fast at replying to my messages! I would definitely want to collaborate more with you in the future!

DO NOT purchase from this company. I only gave this company 1-star because I was forced to in order to submit this review.

I purchased four different items and all merchandise was faulty in all aspects to varying degrees... cheap fabric, seams sewed together without being square, neck opening would barely fit over my head and sleeves (both long and short) were crazy tight as if made for a child. All items had awkward sizing with absolutely no consistency.

BUYER BEWARE - cheap prices = cheap merchandise. You'll get even LESS than what you paid for. Save yourself a huge disappointment!

I ordered three shirts. Two were shapeless and did not go in at the waist as shown on the website. The material is flimsy. The colors are much brighter than illustrated in the advertisement. It took early a month to receive the order. The pictures look great but in actuality, these are cheaply constructed garments.

I have ordered with LiliGal at least 6 times & have been satisfied with the item being as described except for one time. I didn't like the way a shirt fit and they would have let me return it; but was offered a partial refund and got to keep the shirt. It's a little too big but I can always give it to someone else. I'll continue to order from them.

Swimsuit I ordered was too big - but very cute! - so I contacted customer service to exchange for a smaller size. Received a quick response with instructions on exchanging. Am looking forward to wearing my new swimsuit (in the correct size!). Only complaint I might have is the length of time it takes to receive ordered/exchanged items, but that is not customer service's problem. Very pleased with responses from customer service representatives.

Rotita.com is an amazing store with gorgeous items. I especially love their accessories; they are both chic and affordable. I recommend this store to anyone, wanting a unique assortment of gorgeous things. A huge 5 stars, from a satisfied customer. :)

Yes, some things can be bit expensive for what they are, but you don't buy those things, you get the things that are priced well for what they are. Anyway, I got a really sexy bathing suit and I'm living in France and wanted it for a month from now at least when I visit Cannes, but it said international shipping could take about 3-4 weeks. The suit came in less than a week shipped now I can have it for a trip I'm leaving for this weekend! I am so impressed with how quickly it came especially after the 3-4 week warning. In addition, I didn't have to pay duties or any other charges. The suit fits great too, even though you have to choose one size for the whole thing. Very impressed with the service, quality (for what it is), and fit. I know others have had problems but I wonder if expectations were a little high?

I bought two tops. One was grey, but had white discoloration in the fabric in front where it is really noticeable. The other was a V-neck that was not sewn to sit flatly on the chest. It was looser on right side, so did not hang correctly. The day I received them, I sent photos and request to refund or exchange. I was waiting for a response, but I never received their email... until recently. But then they said that it was too late to return the items. I mentioned I did not see their response, but they said it was too late and there is nothing they could do. I will not order anything from this company again and will remove them from my emails. I had the package ready to send back the same day I received it!

I wish I would have checked reviews before I placed my order. What I really believe is deceitful is that no where on the Rotita website does it indicate you are ordering from China... it took them 6 days just to process my order and another 3 weeks after that to get my order. When I contacted them 3 times, their answers made no sense and the English used was so poor it was then I realized I was dealing with another country. Had I known from the get-go that this company is located in China, I would have never order. I believe this should be noted some where on their website. I, too, received no packing slip with my order, and, there is no label on the inside of the blouse indicating what type of material the blouse consists of and how to clean... I can only imagine that this will shrivel to nothing after the first wash. So sorry I did not check out reviews about Rotita before I ordered.

I love shopping at rotita. Their customer service is excellent, and whenever I send them a ticket or a question, they usually respond within 24 hours. I have made several orders from them already of jewelry and dresses, and I always get compliments on them when I wear them because the pieces are very unique. I always receive my orders within the estimated 7-25 days they list on their website at checkout, and the products are always in excellent condition. Rotita is great for my closet. I am a very happy returning customer!

I can't say enough about Rotita's excellent customer service. They always reply to my emails and within a reasonable amount of time. I had to return one item a few months ago. As soon as they received it and processed it, my refund was submitted... no hassles.
I also like the quality and workmanship of the clothes I have purchased from Rotita. Rotita also carries lovely styles in their tops and tunics.
