Love the clothes from this store. They are extraordinary and very up-to-date. New, fashionable items are added every now and then. Shipping to Poland is very fast! I highly recommend it if you are looking for perfect dresses. I was ordering pants for the first time and I am very impressed with the quality!
I purchased some bikinis in March, received them over 1 month Later. The sizes are wrong, I returned them all at a cost to me of £35! The communication with the customer service department is shocking. They won't refund me, they keep just asking me for the same details every single time and we are literally going round and round, I will not give up on my refund I spent £85 with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I hope other people read my review because you should be warned that first, it took rotita over a month to get my order to me. Second, the quality each item I ordered isn't worth more than $0.10 an item. Rotita is by far the worst online business that people should stay away from.
Very happy with my first order. I chose expedited shipping, they shipped my order through DHL, only took 4 days to arrive. Amazed at how quickly it was delivered! Thanks Rotita. I will order more soon.
I’m really satisfied that i choose Rotita. And I have ordered two times from this site during these few months. Must say I am satisfied, no big complaints. For both orders delivery time was as promised and not longer. And I like the style of those two items. It’s a satisfied experience for me.

I absolutely love it! It is made very well and had nice detail. But it has a wonderful design that hides many trouble spots (bust, tummy, hips). On this dress it's really nice. Subtle but classy and just what I needed. Makes it look and feel sexy. Came nicely packaged and fits as expected.

Do not order from them! I ordered a dress and a bathing suit. First, it took FOREVER to get them (should have been my first clue). Then, when I got them, neither fit. They were WAY too small! And they look cheap. I've tried to get information on how to return, but they have only given me the run around and have stop answering my messages now. This company is a joke!
Never again will I order from Rotita. The clothing is inferior quality, sizing is very odd. The item is nothing like the picture. Trying to get an address from them to return items is proving difficult and if i should manage to, they only refund 60% of purchase price less shipping costs. Not happy.
Thank you Rotita for your excellent customer support and resolution on products that I have ordered, that were no longer available, for which I was refunded, and also for a product I purchased which did not fit. Rather than me having to send it back you refunded the purchase prices in full as well.
The blouses I ordered fit exactly as expected. Each one is made of quality fabric and expert sewing. The items arrived in a timely manner. I will definitely be ordering more from Rotita in the future.
Luckily it arrived in time for the event I wanted it for, but was really getting worried. It is cute and of decent quality. Washed beautifully. Really love their designs, but with all the bad reviews I'm afraid to order from them again. In case they read these, I hope they will get the customer service/delivery improved.
I have been enjoying ordering from Rotita for years now and overall have been very pleased with the items I've purchased. In the event an item didn't work out, it's been relatively easy to return or receive credit back for the item. The only down side to ordering is it takes a little longer receiving my purchases.
Totally deceptive return policy. Took a number of attempts to get the address they specified to return merchandise and when I spent an hour getting to and standing in line at the post office was told it would be $58 to ship it back. Not happening, and I'm sure that's what they count on.
I've ordered a few times from this website and each time my item looked nothing like the picture! The quality of material is very cheap and all items were delivered in a clear plastic bag with no tags and it appears that my items were hand sewn. Please don't waist your time or money on this website!.

It's a nice dress, great for summer. However, based on a few reviews that it may run small, and past experience with over seas sizes, I decided to be safe and order a large, thinking better to big than too small. I'm 5'3 and 130 lbs. and normally wear M or size 6. Large is way too big! Should have gotten a M. For my height, it is also a little too long, it goes about 4-5 inches past my knees, so I will have to have it shortened. It looks way classier in the pic than what it does on me. I ordered with the intention of wearing to work during the summer, but it is not office attire.

The dress is lovely. It flows nicely and has good movement. It's long enough to cover the knees. As soon as I put it on, I loved it! It hugs my curves just right and makes me look really good! I love the length because every time I find a dress, it's either too short or sleeveless, and this dress is exactly what I've been looking for for awhile! I love that it can be more of a casual dress or dressed up to be nicer! I am SO excited to see all my beautiful bridesmaids in these dresses on my wedding day!
