Love the clothes from this store. They are extraordinary and very up-to-date. New, fashionable items are added every now and then. Shipping to Poland is very fast! I highly recommend it if you are looking for perfect dresses. I was ordering pants for the first time and I am very impressed with the quality!
I purchased some bikinis in March, received them over 1 month Later. The sizes are wrong, I returned them all at a cost to me of £35! The communication with the customer service department is shocking. They won't refund me, they keep just asking me for the same details every single time and we are literally going round and round, I will not give up on my refund I spent £85 with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I ordered this swimsuit a long time ago and never received it
Very easy to order & complete guidelines for sizes.
I bought a swim dress, super cute. Rcvd the suit and the color was a washed out version of what is shown on line. The hot pink was more like a putrid faded pink orange, so disappointed as I was taking it on vacation real soon. Trying to get customer service to help has become a merry go round nightmare...I keep getting Brinda, an on line chat rep, who has made numerouse promises to resolve w no results, ticket #s and even abandoned my chat twice in one day. They can not guarantee the color issue will be resolved, if I asked for a replacement. All Im asking at this point, is a full refund with no return fee charged to me, as the reason for return is an error on the part of Rotita. Cant reach anyone...my order# and images below are proof enough of purchase without disclosing more personal info

I ordered 5 items from Rotita and everyone was a perfect fit, great style and looked amazing. The material was very flattering and easy to launder. The items arrived before their original delivery date. I was very happy and excited to receive them.
I have ordered from Rotita in the past and never had a problem as with other online companies. I was always pleased with my purchases.
I chose the products because I needed to update my wardrobe and loved the way the looked in the pictures.
I ordered 1 dress which arrived, it was nice but too small so returned it and asked for a larger size to be sent I sent the 3.99 like requested but havent received any emails or information when the exchange will be coming.

I ordered a tankini bathing suit top previous to my last order & it went with me on vacation. It was the most comfortable bathing suit I've had in many years. I recently ordered another tankini set & another tankini top. The fit was fantastic (which is not easy on a top heavy person). All pieces feel great. The colors were very vibrant. I'm a senior citizen & the bathing suit pieces made me feel great!

My response:
LOL! 15% store credit?! What a bargain FOR YOU!
No thank you. I don't want anything from you. Who would want to order something else that isn't going to fit?! I'm good. There are a lot of stores out there that ARE true to size. I'll stick with them

I tried to contact them to tell them their 15% reimbursement was even more ridiculous than their clothing sizes but of corse could not get through
Tip for consumers:
Don’t order from these fools. Their fabrics are cheesy & they are not true to size. Go to a decent merchant, pay more & get yourself something worthwhile!

Only bought one item, a bathing suit. These people are too ridiculous to deal with to bother returning & probably only get the 15% they offered anyway. I can wear it in my own pool only, not to the beach & look foolish!
I tried to contact them as I was inundated with emails from them multiple times daily to buy more & I hadn't received my first order. I tried to tell them I wanted to receive my order before submitting another but I got "NoReply" emails from them. I also received an email from them asking me if I still wanted my order! Of course I couldn't respond to that either! I plan on keeping it because it's the easiest thing to do but I have no intentions of buying anything else. The quality of the fabric is mediocre & the fit is not true to size. I take US size Small. I looked at their chart & saw their measurements & ordered Medium. The top was too small & the bottom too big! I'll wear it to my pool alone, NOT to the beach!
Tip for consumers:
Never do business with a company that does not want to have a correspondence in writing!

Lots of dress choices. I liked the fit and quality of the four dresses I ordered, dress sizes do come up slightly larger than normal UK size. Returns process could have been easier ie to have a returns label with each order delivery note
