The customer service is amazing. In addition to be hyper-responsive, they have very knowledgeable and helpful representatives. Tyler, in particular, was wonderful to work with. Overall excellent experience.
I ordered t-shirts for my business. The shirts themselves were exactly what I ordered, however the print began to come of after 1st wash. They have been washed 3 times now and you can barely read my business name and phone number. These shirts were $35 each. I've reached out 2 times to them with no response. I will never use them again or refer them to anyone. If you want the poorest quality screen printing, and sorry customer service, then order from them.

We ordered t-shirts for the first time using Rush Order Tees last month for a work conference. Before Rush Order - we spent countless tries on finding a printer to help with no luck. Luke was very helpful in figuring out if my order would actually arrive within the estimated arrival date. We don't have a hard deadline time but it's still nice to get them when you tell customers you should have them by. He was very pleasant to work with!

I ordered a custom tank top with my businesses logo printed on the front and back. The quality of the Shirt is nice and the ordering process was smooth and easy. When the shirt arrived everything looked good, and i was about ready to order a few more. I'm glad i didn't because after only a couple washes the logo on the back of the shirt started lifting off and part of it is already gone. I'm sure after a few more washes the whole logo will come off the shirt.

I started to make this order months ago. I knew I needed to get these sweaters ordered and kept putting off. Rush emailed me periodically, with my cart saved reminding me to place my order. Today I finally said, "let's just knock this out" after getting the email reminder. I spoke with a rep to see about our corporate affiliations, and was taken care of very well. My shirts somehow got lost in shipping. After calling Customer Service they made sure I had my shirts by the time I needed them. They were respectful, kind, and worked as a team to make sure I had the best costumer service. The graphics were fantastic, and the shirts were a good quality and comfortable. I used to be a race director. I would order a thousand shirts at a time. This company has great graphic to choose from and their Customer Service is exceptional. What more could you ask for? I would highly recommend them.

I made a custom sweatshirt for my boyfriend, paid express shipping, not only was it exactly what I envisioned, but it arrived a day early! It's very user friendly and comes out true to image on the computer. They give you different quality options and it was super easy. I opted for a higher end quality sweatshirt and glad I did. It was worth the price. The screen print was done well. I can tell it won't come off. Pay special attention to your design before and during the order. My design looked different that the proof shown to me at order confirmation. It was a slight difference, but definitely noticeable. I contacted them to show them what I wanted. They confirmed it would be corrected. It was not. It's not a big deal because it's just for personal wear, but definitely something to consider verifying multiple times if necessary.

I order an apron off of this website for Father's day. It got to me on the scheduled time they estimated (however it did take like a month). I was not satisfied with the design they printed and immediately contacted their customer service. They were easy to reach and responded instantly. They explained they got not make the design bigger due to seams on the apron but that they would offer a deal for my next purchase if wanted and a full refund. I do plan to use their services again even though this design I had in mind did not come out quite like I wanted. Highly recommend!
Luke was my customer service rep and he was excellent. I have purchased from Rush Order Tees before and had good luck. They were a bit more expensive than my previous printer but his assistance and suggestions made it well worth any additional costs. I originally ordered shirts and they came right on time with a great quality material! When I wanted to reorder, I encountered an issue and Josh was super helpful in ensuring I was able to get a reorder placed in the time I needed!
Luke was able to answer my question about when I would receive an artwork proof review. He was very helpful and did not brush me off by saying you all are busy. He gave me the assurance he would help get my shirts delivered on time.

A t-shirt was missing from our order. I called the customer service line and was able to speak to a real person with only two clicks - very important. Jessica answered the call and I let her know that I needed my replacement sooner than 7-10 days, and she spoke with the team and informed me that it would be expedited and arriving sooner than needed. The whole call probably took less than five minutes, she was very nice, and my issue was resolved. The customer service is a big issue for most places, but not here. They are on top of it and it's greatly appreciated, thanks!
