A t-shirt was missing from our order. I called the customer service line and was able to speak to a real person with only two clicks - very important. Jessica answered the call and I let her know that I needed my replacement sooner than 7-10 days, and she spoke with the team and informed me that it would be expedited and arriving sooner than needed. The whole call probably took less than five minutes, she was very nice, and my issue was resolved. The customer service is a big issue for most places, but not here. They are on top of it and it's greatly appreciated, thanks!

I admit, I was disappointed when my original order arrived. The color of the print didn't match what I saw on my iPhone, and I had no idea that the finished product would be different. I immediately made contact with Laura in Customer Care. It took a series of emails, to which Laura was consistently responsive. She worked with the design studio to resolve the color issue, and was able to offer me a substantial discount to reprint the shirts. I felt that was in order, as the color discrepancy was not entirely my mistake.
Laura was very prompt with her communications to me. I was never left in the dark. I haven't received the reprinted shirts yet, but the receipt indicates it will be in one week from today (5/1/23). That's an amazing turnaround, since I'm on the opposite end of the country (San Diego). Laura's messages have always been very professional and to the point. I'm happy that I was connected with a Customer Care specialist as proficient as she.

My experience with Rush Order Tees is always top-notch. They are patient about answering my questions, and they ensure that my design is what I envisioned. I was helped by Joshua F today, and he was great.

Great customer service (every time) and great quality prints. I don't shop anywhere else for my custom business apparel. I buy them as my custom-branded fitness apparel and my clients love them, too! Thanks, Rush Order Tees!

We'll definitely be ordering from here again. I've reached out with questions twice now and had a response and answer to my question in less than 3 minutes each time. One of the worries that I have with a lot of other services is that the customer service team takes a long time and doesn't always fully understand the question or requires a couple revisions to the question to get the point across. Didn't happen here, each time I asked one question and got the one answer I needed back immediately. You guys definitely train your customer service team well.

Not impressed, my order came later than expected. Colors do not match what I designed really. My design and final proof its like they changed the colors in design. Also the logo is like a decal that will come off during washes, I'm not impressed. After paying $40 per shirt I wish I never found this place. I'll have to get a new shirt again since you will only see the lettering after washes. Really disappointed...

Feeling like I got ripped off.

My honest opinion is to definitely make sure you will like the fabric before ordering.
The label in the image below is the material I suggest avoiding.
My initial order didn't go very well because the fabric wasn't to my liking.
RushOrderTees definitely set it all right by sending me a new order with better quality material and rushed the shipping.
So I do recommend with with this company.
They value their customers and I would order from them again.

Due to a lazy post office delivery person my order was returned to the shipper because they could not find the 4 story building I was. I went online to see where my shipment as was troubled to find out it was returned. I immediately called RushOrderTees and spoke with customer service. He took down some information and told me someone will get in touch with me that same day.
Later that day I received an e-mail stating that they were sorry to hear of my dilemma and that they "rush order" me a new shipment AND I would have it by Christmas Day. Amazing! I was floored by how responsive they were.
My order was delivered to my house 5 days before Christmas. I cannot say enough good things about how this company operates, they are truly customer driven.
They will have my order when Ii need something printed and they should have yours too. They're just awesome.

I cannot describe how Colleen went above and beyond to help me get my order in my hands when UPS had delivered it to the wrong place. It was so important to have it on the day I needed it because my sons biological family was coming into town along with all of my former foster children so we could recreate a photo we had taken the last time we were all together 21 years ago. Sure we could have managed to do it without the shirts, but it just made it so much more fun to have them!

We've placed orders from Rush Order Tees four times now over the last 3.5 years and each time have had terrific customer service, awesome & comfortable t-shirts, and quality printing that lasts through years of regular washing. We are so happy! We had a hiccup with our last order and their customer service worked with us and now we are THRILLED with our latest t-shirts. We are so happy to have found a great company that we'll use in the years to come! We love to recommend them to all our friends!

Me and my buddies have a golf event every year - this year, we got our order (from another company) of polos and hats and they were totally wrong. We only had a few days before the event and didn't have any hats or polos for 60+ people! We called RushOrderTees - they were super helpful over the phone, understood we needed them fast, and they got them done for us. They were absolutely PERFECT.
