I found myself in a pickle, having lost original artwork files. Rush Order Tees was able to locate the artwork (from an order I made YEARS ago), and send me the vector files so I could place a new order with edited artwork! They saved the day, and they did it quickly. Definitely using them as my primary shirt printer! Thanks again.
I've had two great experiences with Rush Order Tees. Francis helped me when I first called and then Luke helped me via chat as well. I was able to get my t-shirts in time for my school with their help!

Rush Order Tees is the best T-Shirt shop on the internet. There are many that are capable of creating a nice t-shirt for you. But I know of only one other that has the many different functions to truly make your t-shirt amazing. That one is BlueCottom, they're great, but their prices are outrageous, twice as much as Rush Order Tees.

I had the pleasure of working with Luke as my graphic designer service support person. He helped me work through my design simultaneously while editing and working through my shirt design while supporting all my questions. His attention to detail while answering my question was and is unmatched. I don't do reviews often but when I do there's a reason and this reason was for his outstanding work, help, and support! When I thought I had waited too long to order my family reunion t-shirts, RushOrderTees came through and saved the day. I thought my procrastination meant I'd never get the shirts in time for my reunion, but RushOrderTees actually got them here a day early! Their customer service team was always helpful and responsive and the t-shirts were a huge hit. I'll definitely be using them for future reunions or any other custom apparel needs.
Have ordered twice from this company for the first order quality was great. Second order has been nothing but a nightmare. The order came in 3 weeks late with multiple errors and the print looked like it was rubbed off of the shirts. I sent them photos and they offered a reprint. On the reprint order the writing starts to come off after the first wash. I have contacted the company with photos and they will not reprint the order again since they have reprinted it once. This was an $1000 order. They will only offer a discount to order again. Why would I waste more money with this company? Move on don't use this company terrible quality and terrible customer service.

I ordered two similar but different print. At the beginning team was confused and sent me same prints. But customer service and whole team figured out it quickly and at their own.

I'd ordered a shirt made for my 14 year old nephew, and silly me- I didn't double check that I'd ordered the correct size.
Upon receiving the shirt in Youths Med, I was pretty disappointed with myself, and reached out to see if it was possible to exchanged for the Adult Med. My hopes were not too high, as I knew this was a custom order, and it was my mistake.
Customer service was quick to respond, and let me know that I would be receiving a 1-Time courtesy of the correct size!

I had a situation in which I utilized an address that didn't exist, and I was graciously guided by the care team. The package was capable of arriving right on time, surprising my parents for Parent's Weekend. I am very thankful and satisfied with this company.

I had place an order back in December for a January 2 delivery date. My package appeared to have gotten lost, so I reached out to customer service and they were extremely helpful! They were able to re-print my order and rush ship it in a day. My order arrived on time before our trip and the sweatshirts turned out perfectly! Thank you again!

The T-shirt arrived quickly, that's the best I can say about this product. The T-shirt is thin, and too small. The color is lack luster as well. When I complained about the size, they acknowledged the product ran small but only offered a 50% discount. There was plenty of time to remake the order but they did not offer to make things right and give me what I paid for. Very, very, very disappointed.
