It was just great customer service working w/ Luke. A lot of times you get put on w/ a bot or someone who does not care in the least and it can be very frustrating. But Luke took the time to get my problem solved quickly, correctly, and was fun about it.
I had trouble finding extended sizes for some members of my team & you guys were SO helpful with that and getting everything set up in my cart. We are so grateful for the assistance and looking forward to a fresh batch of Tees for our team. Thank you!

Cool site, I did not know you could design a custom t-shirt online with screen printing until I found rushordertees. I loved the interface they had. They were able to clean up my artwork for me and gave me updates every step throughout the process! I got a text message to my cell which alerted me that my final proof was emailed to me. They were even 2 days early on their delivery to me, I did not worry for one second I would not have my tees on time.
I accidentally ordered the incorrect long sleeve T-shirt. I didn't realize it until the wrong one arrived. Understandably, I couldn't return the T-shirt because it was my mistake. I reached out to Customer Service and they got back to me very quickly via email. They offered me a discount code to purchase the one I wanted, which I was appreciative of. They actually ended up paying for the T-shirt as a one time courtesy. Many companies would not care enough about a very small order, but they did. They've got my business!

I had to do some last minute orders of shirts for a work event. I was worried about timing, but reached out to a rep for help. Tyler H was incredibly helpful and walked me through the process! I had to come back to him for a second question after placing the order so that the email could be updated. Tyler again was great and answered all my questions quickly! Very thankful for the help.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my niece to include drawings she created. The drawings were sent via text from a photo and I didn't think the images would be pulled so clearly from this image, but I was incredibly pleased when her gift arrived! I ordered pictures on the front, back and sleeves of the sweatshirt and everything printed clearly and I can't wait for her to see it on Christmas. She will be so excited to display her artwork. I look forward to using your company again!

This was one of the better customer service experiences I've had in awhile! I very much appreciated how quickly I received a quote, and the price was even better than the online generated one - BONUS! Great experience. I will be recommending Rush Order Tees - also, Tyler H should get a promotion for being great at his job. Hard to find great customer service and people who do their job well these days!

Not only is the quality of my sweater superb, and the design exactly what I pictured, when I submitted my design for order about 10 minutes later I realized I made a spelling error. I submitted an email requesting to fix the error. This was on a Sunday afternoon and I expected no response until Monday, but within the hour I got a notification that my mess up was notated and my change would be submitted. Totally above and beyond what I expected.
Just the best experience.
I will be designing and ordering again!

Geraldine was very helpful in providing recommendations for shirts. I think an easier sample ordering/request process would be better, it would be nice for me to be able to place one order/request for samples and pay once for those instead of 4 separate times for the shirts and shipping especially on a large order.
I am still waiting on my delivery, but all the steps of preparing my shirt design was so easy! The team at Rush Order Tees is extremely helpful with edits/changes to your order and they also help guide you with suggestions to make sure your shirt will come out exactly how you want it to. Great Customer Service and I am excited to receive my order!

I would NOT buy from them. I ordered the shirts and paid 35 each and it takes 3 weeks to get them. I still don't have my order that is placed on 04/28/23. They called themselves "rush order tees" That is a joke you can buy the same shirts for half the price and get them within 10 days. Not 21 and they want to charge you extra money to get them bad bad service

This place is great! High quality stuff, and super fast. I'm a designer so I've tried lots of shirt print shops over the years for shirts for my job, church, friends, etc. I've ordered a bunch of different shirts and sweatshirts from here and been very happy with all of them. One design was printed a bit crooked for a single order but they were super nice when I reached out and sent me a new fixed version just a few days later for free. They've become my go to tshirt print shop!

I checked on my order a week after placing it. There has been a "standard chest placement" adjustment to my art location which didn't work for me. I got prompt chat help from Xander. All set now. Good job fixing the problem.
