I had RushOrdersTees print a tee for me. With photos I forwarded to them. Of course you design it yourself. On your computer. Well,… I just can not say enough. They did an absolute beautiful job. It turned out perfect. Also tees are of very good quality. I'll be having more made. Will be starting a collection. Totally trusting.
We had a big order of shirts for summer camp and the process could not be any easier while working with RushOrderTees. Every customer service agent I have ever spoken to is so knowledgeable, and great at giving suggestions for saving money. Today Justyne helped me out, and she was great! I had questions on how a Illustrator file would work printed on certain clothing. I chatted with Tyler Eckert, who helped me out by answering every question. He allowed me at my request to send him files and screen shots of what I was looking for. He took the time to check with production to make sure I would get a quality product.
I worked 12 years in Sports Signage, running large format flatbed printers. I know what good service is in this field. I'm a lot more comfortable giving you guys a shot now, thank you.

They self approved our art and went on to print tshirts that were incorrect. It takes forever for them to respond when theres an issue and in the end never solved it and we have been left with a bunch of tshirts that cant be used and no refund. If you're just looking for some blah quality product rush order tees is for you. They pretend its personalized service but its another bulk, low quality with little attention to detail tshirt making factory

I made an order that there was a small issue with. The customer service was absolutely incredible and above and beyond. They gave me options for how to resolve it and I am happily awaiting my replacement. I had a number of emails with them and they were detailed, cared about getting it right, and made me feel like they are a very solid company. I hope to use them again!

I needed assistance creating a large order for my staff. This was my first time ever designing a t-shirt and Geraldine walked me through it. She provided excellent assistance from start to finish. When my order was printed incorrectly, I was expecting to meet a lot of resistance getting things done correctly. Instead, Rush Order Tees acknowledged their mistake and instantly offered to totally correct the situation instead.
They probably could have "satisfied" me with something less but instead chose to delight me instead (and to keep a customer for life)!

My shirt size was in between an L and an XL. The sales team led me to order some sample shirts to be sure I was satisfied. Nothing is worse than getting a wrong size shirt and being unable to wear it. They eliminated this stress.

Very satisfied with the orders I have been receiving for my husbands business. Great quality, great customer service. Fast and easy to make orders or edit designs. Love that they proof the work before production and send it to you via email for confirmation, was very hesitant about ordering online but it turned out that ordering from here was 110% better then going to the place I did near me. My company forgot to place our holiday order in time for this years party from our usual vendor. I learned about you all from a friend. I seem to be getting the run around on where exactly my order is physically and internally. My order has not been delivered and I paid expedited shipping, also the link for the tracking number pulls up the UPS website and that only says "label created". Yesterday I was told by a RushOrderTees representative that it's normal to see that when it's a rush order but assured me that the order had shipped. So when the order didn't arrive as guaranteed, I have no way of actually knowing where the order is or if it's even left the facility.
I have also had a super delayed response from support at RushOrderTees. I contacted at 0800 EST time and they finally responded 1100EST. Only to be informed to fill out a form. First time using y'all and I'm not getting the "warm and fuzzy" of doing business here.

I needed shirts for my church group. It was a very large order and I was nervous about the quality. When I received my order it looks like every single shirt was given special care. The shirts were a big hit with everyone and we have been getting compliments on the colors.
My sales representative Mike Weakly was very thorough with me when deciding what garment and sizes I should choose. He followed through with me through the whole approval process. I got to see my proofs and make some small changes. My artist left some notes for me so I could see what the changes were. I got to approve my artwork then was alerted about my shipping info. My package ended up coming a day sooner than I expected!

I ordered two heavy zip sweatshirts for my parents' business for Christmas. My order arrived on the expected date and were of high quality! I was disappointed with a printing issue with one sweatshirt, and the company promptly responded and took care of the issue at no additional charge. I would highly recommend this service!

Second purchase with RushOrderTees and I can't begin to express how absolultely happy I am with using them AGAIN. Truly their customer service is amazing. Their product is amazing. And by the time it takes you to write a glowing review it seems like their design team is already done processing the order being placed and getting it shipped. No kidding seriously here. The design team works LIGHTNING fast. Trust this company they know what they are doing. They don't outsource unlike that other "custom" shirt place. This team is local they are amazing.
