I've ordered from ROTs several times---and every time I open a package---I am always pleasantly stricken with awe. Printing quality is top notch and the shirts are so comfortable. I am very picky about the type of clothing that I wear, so I'm usually cautious when it comes to buying clothes online. Many have disappointed me time and time again.
I also really appreciate the variety of products offered on the site, and how each is described to the very last detail to ensure that I can find a product that fulfills all my preferences.
Very disappointed... As negative stars are not an option, I'll settle for a one-star review. I ordered shirts on Tuesday to be delivered with a "guaranteed" date of yesterday. I called yesterday and, though I was refunded the exuberant amount of money I had paid for shipping, the shirts where suppose to arrive today with another guarantee... Still nothing... well, unless you count empty promises as something. Unfortunately, I'm going to have some very disappointed employees. Perhaps "Rush"OrderTees is not the most accurate of names for this company.

There are a lot of choices at Rush Order Tees, which is great! But, sometimes, it makes it hard to decide. The customer service reps are always incredibly helpful. Sometimes they tell you things you didn't even think to ask. I asked Justyne to compare 2 different sweatshirts and she gave me details that mattered. She made the decision easy for me. Received a t-shirt as a Christmas gift and was pretty sure it was my elderly father in law who sent it. Size he sent was very wrong so I called customer service to see if we could get same customized shirt, different size. Customer service agents Laura and Caroline went way over and beyond to figure out my dilemma when we couldn't find the original sender info/custom t shirt info, and I received the correct sized custom t shirt the very next day! Such amazing help during the busiest season of the year. Truly a mind blowing experience, couldn't believe how hard they were working to get this order right for us. I will only get my customized shirts/etc from here forever on! Made me believe in the Christmas spirit again and I will pass it on!

We ordered a large shipment of t-shirts for a local girl scout event, and one of the girls damaged their shirt and were looking to obtain a replacement. The customer service agent I chatted with was knowledgeable and friendly and willing to provide all necessary information to make something happen.

I ordered a t-shirt March 28th. Without paying for expedited shipping It was scheduled for April 10-13. Today is the 14th and still no sign of the T-shirt. I called USPS and gave them tracking, they say it's not in their system yet. I call rushordertees and they say it's at the local post office maybe it will be there today. Bottom line is 21 days to produce a screen printed t-shirt and ship it from Pennsylvania to NY should not take 21 days. The company is called RUSHordertees!? The worst part is the customer service reps are all condescending. Like they think they are doing you for being so awesome. I got news, rushordertees.com is one of the worst e-commerce stores I've ever done business with and this was my first and last time. It's screen printing, not cracking the atom. Just go to someone local and have them printed. My mistake for trying to order a $30 t-shirt online and have it delivered in less than a month in the year 2023, what a monumental task.

We ordered quarter zip shirts for our Cross County team and they look absolutely amazing. I also messed up on the order and they were very helpful and understanding. Make sure you check your order status fully where you sign in so that you do not order duplicate orders. Overall very happy with my experience and will order again!

I didn't really read up on the bad reviews like I should have prior to placing an order with this company but sadly, many of these negative reviews resonate with me and my experience with this company. I placed an order for a rush job and the words on the shirts are so small yet their shirts are extremely too big so it just looks blah. Their extra small is huge even for me I've worn xsmall forever and this is the largest xsmall I have ever seen for sure. What really did it for me is one of my designs, my most important one at that, was ordered in red but what I received is definitely an orange color completely ruining my last minute launch event in which the colors are primarily red and black. This orange writing will not match with any of my other red and black merch. Highly disappointed as these were extremely expensive. I ordered once set of tee shirts that I designed and handed them out for a family reunion. They were short sleeve and now that the weather will be cooling I wanted one for myself in long sleeve, but needed to have an adjustment in the large graphic that was a bit too dark (for my own tastes) originally and put a special note in my new order asking to lighten it up. It came out PERFECT!
Very pleased to the attention of detail on my request.
The shear number of options for the tee shirts can be a bit overwhelming, but I made a great selection on the type/company/color I went with.
The order also arrived early!

I recently ordered a t-shirt form Rush Order Tees and it was received earlier than anticipated. It was only after the t-shirt was received that the recipient informed me that I had ordered the incorrect size. I reached out to the company and even though they didn't make the mistake, they were very understanding of the situation and we were able to work out a solution. I would definitely use them again.

I ordered some Tshirts with a caricature for a wedding gift. Needed them by a certain date and when order was placed was not an issue. Shirts mailed out in time but the post office apparently lost the shipment or it was hung up. RushOrderTees immediately put in a new order for me and shipped replacements the next day so I had the Tshirt in time for our event. Bravo! Wish more companies were like this. I highly recommend.

It couldn't have been easier designing and ordering. I tried to go local and they wanted vector files. Found your site designed, ordered and done in a hour and no vector files needed. I order a lot of custom tees for friends. I decided to try RushOrder Tees after a company I've worked with for years rejected my newest design with no explanation. RushOrder printed my design, and it was such high quality that I'll never work with another company. The color saturation, crispness of the lines, and faithful reproduction of my design were fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom tees.

Multiple orders with crooked and off center designs. Customer service arguing that it's "ok" and "industry standard" to be crooked and off center.
They reprinted all our "bad" orders only to miss promised deadlines and we then received reprints that were just as bad, if not worse, than the original. When we contacted they were again argumentative and were less than interested in helping the issue. We sent over 20 images and they still were argumentative.
They make no effort to please customers, they only want the sale. AVOID AVOID AVOID
