Had a bit of a problem with my order not arriving in time for the holidays. I reached out to customer service, but didn't see a reply. (If you have the same issue try reaching out again, it wasn't in my primary or spam folder). They apologized for the inconvenience and sent a refund on my express shipping

I had to make multiple changes on an existing order and Owen understood what was needed right away and explained the steps required and was clear and helpful. This type of customer service definitely will make me want to come back the next time I need a custom order.

I am getting ready to order shirts for our group and found a problem with the sizing charts for both the men's and women's Team 365 Performance shirts.
