Ok so i hav dealt with other companies online that were just ok.so my expectations with u all were not to high because of what I hav gotten before.then I got my shirt BAM! I found these folks by searching for "fast custom t-shirts" and the whole experience has been great! Easy to design, many choices for clothing and customizable items, many with no minimum order. Not only was the phone menu intuitive and favorable, it's nice to hear the CEO offering his best intentions for his company. Tony not only helped me to resolve the issue with not being able to get the color I wanted in the right size, but when I inadvertently disconnected our call, he called me right back. It was important for me to have the right size for this Memorial sweatshirt for my neighbor and companion who is a former Navy service person and recently took in a cat who died of cancer. It was the sweetest little cat we ever met. Thank you so much. I will be coming back for more items

I couldn't be happier with my experience with RUSH ORDER TEES! The graphics came out absolutely perfect, and the print quality exceeded my expectations. I love that they offer sizing for children, making it easy to outfit everyone in the family. They promised a delivery date, and they delivered right on time—something so rare these days.
The pricing is incredibly fair, especially compared to all the other T-shirt printing companies I've tried in the past. First of all, beware a site that lists 5 star reviews, yet the reviews are not visible anywhere on the site. It makes me think they fabricate their own ratings--stars only, no actual written reviews to be found. They sent me 50 horribly embroidered hats that I needed in time for Christmas market. They were so bad it looked like I'd tried to make them myself. They offered me a 50% refund--as if I had any use for the ruined hats, and I had to fight back and forth to get a full refund. Needless to say, I never had the hats for market as it was too late to order from someone else in time. Then I ordered a printed shirt as a sample which arrived printed on a completely different shirt that what I specified--high low hem, white, tissue-weight, see-through. Everything I didn't want and didn't order. I contacted customer service and they said the one I ordered was out of stock, so they printed on that one instead. You'd think they might ASK me about that first? So now they've again offered me a 50% refund on a shirt I'm throwing away--no one wants it, as it is totally see through and has a bizarre cut (see photos). So I paid $25 for a throw away shirt. Abyssmal customer service. I would never use them again, and will tell the same to friends and colleagues. There are too many better companies out there.

I sincerely apologize that your experience didn’t go as expected. I can see that we made every effort to assist with the reprint of the hats, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to reach a resolution there. As a result, a full refund was issued as a courtesy.
Regarding the tee, I understand the frustration with product availability. As items sometimes sell out, adjustments are necessary to accommodate those changes. The good news is that the original garment is now back in stock, and a replacement is already on its way to you.

They made a mistake on the artwork of an order. These things happen. What is impressive to me is how convenient and fast the service to rectify the problem was. Truly noteworthy and problem free. Ordered 6 custom tees, very easy to upload art and text to get what I envisioned. Didn't have to worry about special formats for the picture. Ended up paying $50 per shirt with tax and overnight shipping, which I thought I would be paying a local company anyways. Nobody local would take the job. Vectorizing, artist time, blah blah blah. Shirts were delivered on time, exactly what I wanted. Thanks!

I had designed some shirts, and they looked very good, besides one design was misprinted, but they sent me a free replacement. Designing the shirts made sense, and they turned out good.

I am so impressed not only with this company but with their customer service. I felt there might be a problem with the decal on the shirt that I ordered. I sent in the requested photograph, and they sent me an email stating they were remaking the shirt. This is the second custom shirt I have had made through RushOrderTees, and I can promise it won't be the last.
