Samsung warranty

We have a flat tops style stove with the knobs on the front and the knobs are SUPER EASY TO TURN ON AND MOST OF THE TIME YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW THAT YOU HAVE TURNED THEM ON! After contacting Samsung and talking to the representative (because of the knobs and objects being left on the stove top, which we took responsibility for that) told us that the warranty would not pay for that. My wife was talking to the person and then she involoved me in the process and the person said that we needed to get some type of knob cover to keep the knobs from being turned on and I replied then you know that there is a problem and you DO NOT WANT TO ADMIT THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE KNOBS BEING EASY TO TURN ON! I will never buy again a Samsung appliance for my home. In my humble opinion Samsung is NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY IN APPLAINACES. HARDLY ANY ONE WANTS TO WORK ON THEM AND AFTER FINALLY PAYING OUT MY POCKET TO GET IT FIXED. SAMSUNG ALSO SAID THAT IF WE HAD THE STOVE REPAIRED THAT IT WOULD VOID THE WARRANTY. IF THAT IS TRUE THEN THEIR WARRANTY ISN'T WORTH THE PIECE OF PAPER OR IN DIGITAL FORMAT WORTH THE TIME AND EFFORT TO PRINT OR TYPE IT OUT!
THEIR APPLAIANCES ARE NOT EVEN WORTH WORTH ANY KIND OF RATING BECAUSE IT WOULD A NEGATIVE 10 STARS FOR ME.

Highly disappointed!

I purchased a 65 inch Samsung tv 2 years ago for 1k in 2021 w a 2 year warranty n soon as my warranty runs out half my screen goes dark and after speaking to a customer service agent she tells me it will cost more to fix it than just buying the new model for $650+, Samsung being one of the top tech companies on the planet can't guarantee the quality of its product that it sold for more than a $1000 to last more than 2 years? Being born in Korea I always held pride in supporting Samsung but I am highly disappointed, I know friends that bought tvs from so called crappy companies like levovo or tcl or insignia that literally has had their units for years longer than what I have sitting in my living room right now, I spent that money that I did not have during the pandemic in good faith thinking I was purchasing a quality product from a highly respectable company but as I said earlier I am highly disappointed, the agent was more worried about trying to convince me to buy a 23 model than to help me with my issues, if anyone reads this please beware of buying tvs from Samsung because if a $1000 product can't last longer than 2 years why not just take your chances with a tv that costs less than half of that price n most likely it'll last longer, thank u Samsung I appreciated it!

Support is appalling

I tried using chat today to get my fold 3 setup for Service. The rep kept asking me to repeat information that was already typed previously. (just had to scroll up to get info. Even though information why clearly typed out he kept giving me information I never asked for. Been on chat and the phone for more then an hour to just setup a simple door to door service call

I traded in my Galaxy S21+ and bought the new Galaxy s23Ultra in February. Almost 3 weeks after I sent in my phone, I get an email back saying my trade in value had been revised from 266 down to 106. The reason being a mark was on the side of the phone. When I had sent the phone in, it was in perfect condition with my case and screen protector still on. Similar to a few other reviews, it's funny as there was no chip when the phone was sent but when they reviewed it, the phone is now chipped. Also to add to it, even if there was a chip, there is no mention on this on there conditions, all it says is does it turn on and off and if there is any cracks on the screen. I chatted and called the customer support team and all they can say is they have escalated the problem and someone will get back to me in 2 to 3 days. After waiting 1 week the first time with no reply back, I called to follow up with the same reply. They never got back to me and now the expiration on the offer acceptance have expired and still no one got back to me. This was my first trade in experience and it will be the last. I've been a fan of Samsung Galaxy phones since the Galaxy S2 and now after this bitter experience, I will probably never use Samsung again. Even if I do purchase another Samsung phone, it will not be through the Trade In program because its a scam.

You'll never get your order

I ordered the s23 plus purple on march 5th n had a delivery date for the 10th. Well here it is April 8th n I think my 5th newest delivery date is for the 11th. Yeah sure. If you didn't have the damn phone you shouldn't be offering it or at least be honest enough to say hey it's gonna be a month or 2 or 3 but I'm thinking never at this point. I've chatted, texted n phoned customer service n got the same runaround about being at the top of the list or some bull. If they would of said hey it'll be 3 months till it's in stock I would of waited. I wouldn't of minded but I hate liars. I tried cancelling n they won't let me. I tried to change the color n it didn't make a difference. I'm stuck because I'm doing a payment plan so I guess they get to screw you because of it. So warning don't try n finance with them.

The details don't really matter. My story is the same as everyone elses' on here. They wasted my time, money, and energy. They were disrespectful of me entirely.

Bottom line is I'm out $600 for trusting Samsung! There is nothing I can do to get my money back, but I can promise that they will never get the opportunity to mistreat me again!

These big companies need to remember that they can fail too. If they make enough people angry that they refuse to buy their products then they will fail.

Samsung z3 & z4

Junk phones we bought one z3 in Oct 22' Nov. Screen went out. Was told z4 fix problem now March 23 we've had four of each screen go out and they say we met our limit of junk phone replacements. We still owe $900 on the two phones and only one can be used. Don't buy these junk phones

I have a samsung galaxy z fold 4, I use the big screen. One day I just open the phone and a Crack down the fold and killed the screen. I contacted samsung help and they put a ticket in to have a phone call. Never received a call then I waited a week. So I contacted them again I did the process again. I did get a call back telling me they are closed. So I processed to contacted them again. They told me that I have a warranty on it and bestbuy and unreakitifixit can do it. So I went to bestbuy near by they said that they don't work on samsung product. They told me to go to a different store I called and set a appointment. The day of the appointment they called me and told me they don't work on samsung product. Bestbuy directed me to ubreakitifixit I made another appointment and I got there and they said they wouldn't work on my phone because the case rubbe off some paint and have little scratches on it. I use cases to protect my phone and they said that doesn't matter. I again contacted samsung and they told me I have to send in my phone and waste more of my time. No one wants to help and it's pushed me away from samsung products.

I would absolutely love for one day in the future if i could send my high quality photos/videos mainly VIDEOS through text messages. This is so tragic and take completely away from the camera experience. It is the one remaining issue that ALL SAMSUNG USERS PULL THIER HAIR OUT, OVER!

Do NOT purchase a Samsung refrigerator

Samsung has multiple class action suits relating to their defective refrigerators. Despite this fact Samsung is still marketing and selling this defective product at deeply discounted prices. The customer service departments are disingenuous at best. This company needs to be held accountable.

Horrible customer service

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They lost an orders (Yes lost an appliance order) and would not ship a new one until weeks passed. They said it was "procedure" to wait. It was a nightmare. They are awful.

Won't fix laptop still under warranty

My laptop isn't even a year old yet and one of the USB-C ports has already stopped working. I call and get it sent in to Samsung, who sends its to their repair centre Futuretel. They want to charge me more than the price of the laptop to replace the mother board. Apparently my warranty is "voided" because I have physical damage to the device exterior. It's a silver laptop, I might have a scratch or something. Ridiculous.
To add this information would have been great to know before sending in my laptop, what a waste of time. Samsung = crooks.

Fridge ice maker not working, microwave sometimes just works it's self. Washing machine flash red warning door not closed, but closed and locked. Dryer lint became visible mark on dry cloths.The oven never shut off after the set times running out. We have to unplug to reset.

I've had an ultra 22. The network stop working did a network reset, I was told then by Samsung provider that it was a carrier issue... I changed carriers. The issue was not resolved. I couldn't even make a 911 call. Retook it to the Samsung provider and everything pass besides network. The providers manager requested an over ride for me to get a new phone. Samsung was unhelpful had to buy a back up phone. The options of Samsung were buy new phone, send it in or factory reset. I factory reset and before I did saved/backed up everything waited several hours before reseting and all of my data i.e. Pictures were erased not saved because the phone isn't working properly. Calle customer service and they couldn't figure out the issue... this is why we asked for override... but Samsung could careless and offered a call from a manager and I have yet to get one. They don't want to provide with a new phone or money back... and they can't restore my data. Worst customer call one guy took control of my phone and no one else did... it was frustrating because that should have been first action and no one offered me that. I got a 512 gb phone for the pic storage/data. Will never ever buy a Samsung phone again!

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not buy their washing machines! It rips clothes and cuts off sleeves! Please do not waste your money on Samsung appliances. I paid £429 for this washing machine, it's less than a year old and and it's been damaging the same amount of money in clothes for months. They expect you to pay upfront for an engineer to come look at the machine. If they can avoid finding fault with their machine then you've lost even more money having paid for the engineer. I hope that by writing this review I can save people their money. I'm letting all my friends and family know too.

Fraudsters sending text messages pretending to be my bank. There is no way to block text messages on the S21 Ultra. On the line with Samsung Care for days, all they do is jerk me around.

Samsung is no longer putting out quality products. I've had Samsung phones since 2013. I would stand up for them against all the Apple loyalists. The phones used to be what caused Apple to have to improve their products and I liked having competition (which protects us all). But, I can longer stand beside Samsung. Their customer service is very poor & complacent (they now prefer to give a run around). There are huge Bluetooth issues I've experienced over the last 3 months. If I went into details most would say that I'm crazy to have not left sooner. It's a sad thing, kind of like the Sony Bravia, the S21 works after 2ish years, but can't perform. Pathetic on all fronts and in finally going to switch back to Apple

Samsung sucks

Ordered a s23ultra with Samsung customer service told me I could pick up phone at Best Buy in two hours. The Best Buy is 60 miles from my house so after a hour I drove there. Got there in 1 hour 5 minute phone order said progressing we next door did shoppers can by to Best Buy. The order said progressing so I called summing the told me it wasn't going to be today to go home and wait for emai. I told the person from Samsung I was told order would be ready in two hours and I drove 60 miles and two dollars in tolls. He said got home and wait for email so I canceled the order. I will never buy a Samsung product again
