The most expensive Samsung washing machines, Samsung refrigerators, and Samsung phones almost always break a few months after the 1 year warranty expires. Their exorbitant extortion robbery repair fees cost more than buying a new replacement from better manufacturers. Samsung company are total crooks. Any manufacturer is better than Samsung.

Buyer be ware Samsung does not care!

I ordered the Whisper Quiet 46 dBA Dishwasher in Stainless Steel direct from Samsung.com. It was delivered damaged. I was unaware of the damage and the 15 day return rule. I called samsung a few days after the 15 day window and spent days being passed around their support lines. They are only allowed to read from their script and will not listen or make an exception to the rules.

I am not the first person to have issues with this dishwasher leaking or being delivered damaged it is a very light weight product and i can see why it was damaged in delivery. I have been a loyal samsung customer have never had an issue with any of my samsung appliances. I paid a premium price and expected premium service and product instead i got a piece of junk! Do not purchase samsung.com they will not take care of you if there is an issue.

The order returns service department is extremely difficult to work with they will pass you on and on without care. I was on hold for 1.5hrs at one point and multiple times told to wait 48hrs for a call back. This is the worst service i have ever experienced.

DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER FROM SAMSUNG.COM

Please contact them directly and ask them if this is true

I bought a new phone s22ultra 512 gig expensive one after 3 month the lcd screen burn out they won't replace it they send me to Samsung repairs center couldn't repaire it then they wants me to mail it to them for about to weeks to fix it then they wants me to be out of phone for 12 days or I can trad it in with higher expensive one

I ordered a washer and dryer set directly from Samsung's site. This order was made sept 17th 2022 and i still do not have my items as of 0ct 24th 2022. None of the customer reps know anything. I've been told several stories and each of them saying something different from the last. No one seems to know where a $3000+ order is and it's been over a month and still no product. Samsung has to be the worst appliance store to make any large purchases from. The order date changed several times and eventually disappeared. They also said they can't cancel my order because its already been shipped smh. Complete scam i cant believe i have to call my bank to let them know i've been scammed by samsung for over 3k and i'll need my money back from them. Very unfortunate situation

Terrible Company, Never Buy From Them Again

I received a defective s22, and Samsung technicians refused to repair it. They wouldn't accept my calls during business hours, nor did they resolve any issues I've had with this phone. They sent it back to me, still broken, without a word and while ignoring my attempts to reach them. I'll hate them forever.

Self factory installed Apps like the "FREE" ( yea that REALLY is the name of it) App harrasses you and you cant get rid of it. Samsung chat doesnt know how to deal with it at all, but they will talk to you all day long. Their technical support is a bar not technical enough. Horrible App. Apple doesnt have any of these. I guess they arent that desperate to have to harrass their customers like Samsung is. Simple stuff. They cant change wont change need to keep customers I guess. Desperation. Bread and and BUTTER. Spend a little more. It will be worth it. Stick with a company that doesnt HAVE to rely on harrassment to get your attention. My proff of purchase isnt on paper but on ebay. Get rid of this comment if ya need more. It reminds me of Samsung too much. Algorythems? What is that?

FIRE in my Samsung Dishwasher

I bought a Samsung dishwasher DW60R7040. 13 months into the 24 month warranty it caught fire. Samsung have refused to replace it. Do not buy!
Their customer service is useless they will not transfer you to management, they just transfer you to different departments or cut you off.

Great Phone: Poor Service
While Samsung makes great phone I feel there are parts of customer service, I need to share should you find yourself with a return, that was lost by carrier and after several attempts to get a refund from Samsung you find yourself having to dispute the charge with your bank. This is how Samsung handles any rewards points lost and their limitations in issuing a refund once they log your return within a certain category. ( They logged but cannot reverse) This allows them to state hands "tied." Samsung have also filed a claim with carrier to get refund for the phone, while I have had to resort to disputing the charge, just make sure I don't have a cost to me. "Greetings from Samsung! This email is in response to the refund for Order #US Thank you for writing back to us, upon checking the details we see that we have requested a refund which got failed as the dispute is filed and we have no more option to request a refund for you as we hope that your bank has already refunded you the amount. However, the initial issue was related to the reward points. As this order is marked as returned but not refunded. We tried to mark this order as refunded so that we can revert back the reward points but as you already know the refund is being failed so we do not have an option to revert back your reward points. We highly appreciate your understanding of our limitations. Please feel free to reach out to us for any further queries as we'll be here to assist you 24/7. Have a nice day ahead! Warm regards," Love the phone hate the service. Would recommend that you purchase somewhere other than Samsung!

Worst company in the US

My order on Washer has been an unexpected delay during one month. Phones of Samsung.com *******387 stopped working. Chat service does not assign a new delivery date, the support with the person is disconnected.
ORDER CANCELLATION OPTION ON THE SITE AND BY PH: *******864 ARE NOT POSSIBLE! So, I didn't receive my order and can't return $850 back!
I think this is really lousy company!

OMG So many departments you can't get help

I give them ZERO stars but the rating didn't let me submit the review with less than a 1. I will never buy Samsung appliances again!
We did not accept the new range delivered on 10/07/22, because the range door was broken in shipping. The shippers took it back. I was supposed to receive a replacement range on 10/13/22, but the shipper only had an order to 'pickup' my nonfunctioning range. I just spent 1 hour 10 minutes trying to get a replacement range or a refund. What I got - disconnected, transferred, put on hold, another disconnect, put on hold, transferred yet again, put on hold, and 3 surveys. How can a company this large be so incompetent?

PS The icemaker on our Samsung fridge has frozen up and been repaired/replaced 3 times already.

Qled 55 inch. Curve

I did not buy a expensive TV to go out in 4 years. I have a line going down my right side and it cost just as much to repair it as I payed for it. Don't but a qled or any other expensive TV from Samsung. Call for help and they laughed at me.

Dear Samsung,
You can shove this piece of $#*! TV up your $#*!! Spend all this money on a TV for it to not work after some many years. This TV is in perfect working condition. But yet you $#*! $#*! company feels the need to make it to where a person can't update their apps after so long. I will never buy another samsung tv from this point on.

P.S. I truly hope you choke on a $#*!ing remote battery after seeing this you ignorant $#*!s.

Liars! Fake delivery dates!

I purchased an induction range directly from Samsung because they offered good delivery dates. I received a confirmation of the date I chose. And then suddenly the evening before delivery they changed it to a completely different much later date. No explanation, no apology, not even notification that they had changed it. Just an email telling me to make sure I am home on "date X" for delivery, with that date being much later than the one I scheduled. Liars!

Samsung doesn't care about you

I have an extremely annoying high pitched whine that occurs when the TV is in game mode using my Xbox XS. I reported it to Samsung in February (under warranty) and had a tech come three different times. First time he replaced the mother board (didn't work), second time replaced the power supply (didn't work), third time replaced the display. After replacing the display, the noise had gone away. I don't play the Xbox often (I won it) and when I turned it on 7 months later, the noise was back. I called again and they informed me it was out of warranty but after explaining it was the same issue, they had a tech come at no charge. The tech replaced the motherboard again and it still made the noise. Samsung issued an exchange number and called me to inform me I would only a prorated amount as a refund ($500 less than I paid 14 months ago). I escalated it to the "Office of the President" and Milargos still refused to refund the full amount even though I reported the problem during my warranty period and it still had not been fixed. I am extremely frustrated since it is a major hassle to take down and put up the TV since I can not do it myself. So now I must figure out how to get it down, then they pick it up, I only get a partial refund, and I have to buy and mount a new TV. It blows my mind they are willing to loose a loyal customer over $500. They do not honor their warranty.

It's been 3 months….

My fridge has been back ordered for 3 months, last week they said they were going to deliver it but just brang the panel. Yesterday the fridge came to our house everything was going smoothly until the fridge fell. 3 months and the fridge just fell. Probably going to take another 3 months for the next fridge to get here idk but Samsung. PLEASE DONT MESS UP PEOPLES ORDERS LIKE THIS.

I am traditionally a huge fan of Samsung products (phones, smart watches, smart TV, etc.). However, their customer service and promotions are so outrageously terrible that it is embarrassing for a company that pulled half a trillion dollars in revenue. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone (and still currently on the phone), almost an hour on chat support, $40 (and counting) in travel expenses, and missed 2 days of work to focus on getting the screen on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra repaired through their temporary promotion of $100 instead of the almost $300. For some reason there is a miscommunication between their repair centers and their scheduling that the repair centers are unable to honor my appointments. Also, my Samsung account is not updating to allow me to reschedule this repair, even though the repair request has been cancelled from multiple areas. Every time at the end of 2 hours, they just tell me I have to wait and try again tomorrow. At this point, I have lost more than it would have cost me to just pay the $300 out of pocket. Great innovation in products, but atrocious customer service. Going through Samsung for anything is not productive, so always get your own insurance on your products and go through that.

Samsung Customer Service is lacking.

I purchased the 75" Class QN900A Series Neo QLED 8K UHD Smart Tizen TV and it delivered on 12/20/2021. On 9/10/2022 I turned the tv on and it had a big black square in the middle and there was no picture available. I called Samsung and they sent someone out the next week who said it needed to be repaired. Now more than a week later the parts are still on backorder but they will not replace the TV. My entire house is full of Samsung (refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, oven and 4 other tvs). Less than 9 months and now I will have a refurbished tv if this one is ever actually repaired. This kind of service tells me that Samsung needs to stick to cell phones. I guess they will let me wait another 3 months until the warranty runs out so that they don't have to do anything to fix it. Sony has much better customer service.

Worst experience ever

I ordered for washer and dryer and it was supposed to be delivered sometime in June 2022 and the last mile delivery company XPO logistics said due to over capacity they need to re-schedule and they kept saying that each time they confirm a delivery date and nothing was delivered as promised. I ended up cancelling the order but it's taking ages to get the refund and each time I call the customer care, they create a ticket and then back into the black hole. Samsung should respect and value their customer's time and money. I'm never buying any samsung product online.
