Great product. Dried a little slower than I expected but it worked fine.
SANI-TRED sealed the joint between the cement floor slab and cement walls around the entire perimeter. And, an extensive crack/joint that was created due to how the slab was poured.
Initially, as a do-it-yourself person, I contacted SANI-TRED for technical support. Doonna skillfully shared product information and analyzed my photos. After PATIENTLY answering all of my questions, she provided step-by-step directions.
--A PERMAFLEX base coat is an excellent bonding product.
--A LRB/TAV mixture filled the void and crack and sealed both.
--A PERMAFLEX topcoat ties it all together.
Sanitred is the best waterproofing product we have ever used. It is easy to apply and is cured in just a few hrs.
I read the following summary on another web site and had the exact same experience:
"I don't feel that Sani Tred is a Consumer DIY product. It is difficult to prepare, and apply.". Sani-tred is extremely expensive and does NOT come with clear instructions. I spent $400 and got a MESS. The company offered to give me a 5% discount on MORE product. Unless you're an experienced waterproof professional, I would avoid this product.
