I got my perfume and I'm very upset, it is nothing similar to the original version. I understand the big effort from the company but you guys have to work harder to make the customers happy. My perfume was V/S from Versace.
This is the second duplication of a fragrance that we've bought from ScentMatchers.
Both capture the best essence of the fragrances.
These are far superior to other duplicates of these fragrances that we've purchased over the decades. Including one we paid a chemist to create.

I just ordered perfume in the scent of "Gee, your hair smells terrific" and it smells just like the shampoo I loved so much. I absolutely love the fragrance and the bottle is beautiful! I'm looking forward to ordering the original herbal essences scent.
I used Woodhue for Men by Faberge many years ago and recently decided to use it again. To my dismay I discovered it was discontinued. I did locate a bottle on Ebay so my quest was not in vain. Then I discovered ScentMatchers. Gave them a shot to create some for me. Ordered the Cologne and body wash. They have matched it perfectly! Definitely will order more!

I recently ordered a discontinued perfume from Scentmatchers. We the purfume came it was really too strong and overpowering. I emailed them and the responded immediately by cutting the formula in half and sending out the new bottle. No questions, no charge and I didnt have to return the other one. The new formulation was perfect. Unbelievable customer service in a world where so many companies are rude and dont care about your needs. Thanks Scentmatchers
I ordered a scent from the list of scents on the website. When it arrived it smelled correct in the bottle but when applied to the skin had too much floral base. I contacted the company and they were very accommodating. They sent out a collection bottle in which I sprayed a little of the actual perfume and then I sent it to them and they created the scent from the actual perfume and it's perfect t! They went above and beyond to correct the problem and make the scent perfect! Now my scent formula is held on site and I can order more at any time! Thank u scent masters!

On December 21 2016 I placed an order for Straw Hat by Faberge. Initially we were disappointed and thought that the scent was different. Scentmaster graciously gave us a refund without our even asking.
Later I found an original bottle of the perfume and gave it to her for her birthday. She opened it and found it was the same as what Scentmaster had provided 2 years earlier. Turns out, they properly duplicated the scent.it was her memory of the scent (and her taste in perfume) that had changed!
Even though they were right on the mark in duplicating the scent, they gave us a refund without any objection. It's great to deal with a reputable company that provides a great service and treats their customers generously.
They did a wonderful job of making a duplicate of my favorite scent, Osez Moi by Chantal Thomass. I still have some of the original so I was able to compare closely. On initial spray its exactly the same! The dry down is very, very slightly different, but its still beautiful and powdery. Exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely order from ScentMatchers again.

The first order I recieved was a heavier scent than the cologne we had requested but the company was quick to fix this and send us a revised scent which was a perfect match! We are super happy with the customer service and the cologne wee recieved! We are customers for life <3
I contacted Scentmatchers to complain. They promised to try again and do better. I never received anything. I contacted them again to complain. They came up with some excuse and said the package is on its way. That was months ago. I've never received anything from Scentmatchers. Beware of Scentmatchers. They have my money and I have a very poor-smelling match.
There was an issue with my order initially. It somehow got passed over and was not prepared/shipped out when it was supposed to. However, when I brought it to their attention, they took responsibility, apologized, and even added a travel size of the fragrance I ordered at no additional charge to make up for the inconvenience. I gave my mom the Britto fragrance and she was very please as it has been discontinued. She was ecstatic and called me to thank me, and now she even has a smaller version she can travel with! I understand that mistakes happen, I appreciate the customer service, and I will be a repeat customer in addition to recommending to others. Thank you!
I ordered a bottle of something like Victoria's Secret Rapture. Apparently, no one there had any idea what that smelled like. What I got smelled BAD. I couldn't get a refund so they are supposed to have made a 2nd attempt. I got an email that was on the way (6 weeks later) And supposedly it was delivered yesterday. I don't know where it was delivered, not here. All I want at this point is a refund!
I accidently found this website and thought I would give it a try as I live in Australia think I was taking a bit of a chance. However it paid to give it a go as very happy with my perfume which has many happy memories of my teenage years and my husband remembered it as well. Would be more than happy to advise people to do the same thing, very happy with my decision.

It was not quite right but I contacted them and they tryed again and got it perfect again. Bene was the cologne that my husband wore when we were younger and I first fell in love with him. I appreciated the explanation and description of how the matching scents are created. I received my order quickly, and the ordering process was, simple, quick and easy. The scent is not perfect, but very close, and I'm enjoying wearing it. I love the bottle and the name I created.
I ordered hoping to get a match for Buckle's Crash & Burn which was a my wife's favorite fragrance. The first scent smelled like something an old lady would wear (don't know how else to describe it, but you hopefully know what I mean). My wife had a little bit of the original Crash & Burn left and was willing to send a sample to Scentmatchers. I even sent a link from the Buckle website that had a descriprion of the fragrance. After waiting patiently for several weeks, the new scent came in but smelled worse than the first one. Scentmatchers response?... they want some fragrance notes or suggested I try another fragrance. Really? If they are the experts, then they should have all the notes they need, and I only want the fragrance I orderdd. Clearly this is a scam due to the poor and "no refund" policy. Buyer beware!
Dolce and Gabbana for women was their first fragrance and I wore this scent for years. When the fragrance was discontinued I was so disappointed and could never find anything that I enjoyed as much as that scent. I came across Scentmatchers and thought I would give it a try. My bottle arrived yesterday and it is wonderful. I can't tell any difference between the original and this matching scent. I will purchase again and again. Thank you so much. I liked it so much that I have purchased a bottle of the original Opium for my Mother for Christmas and I have every expectation she will be as thrilled as I am with the experience.

Shortly after Scentcrafters formed, Adam and Angela also started their life together as husband and wife. Literally a couple months after that, Angela found out she was pregnant with their first child. At that time Scentmatchers was also created. Needless to say, it was a busy period for the Schultz's!
Scentmatchers started after Scentcrafters' customers repeatedly asked if we could also provide a service to bring discontinued fragrances back to life. After enough people asked us this, we eventually woke up to the idea that, "Hey, we should give people what they want."
In 2013 we took the next step as a company and hired our first employees. We now have over 28 years of combined experience producing discontinued fragrances, and to date we have sold over 100,000 individual bottles of discontinued fragrances.
In 2014 we decided to increase our commitment to customer service and we hired our first full time Customer Service Manager, Pravin. We pride ourselves on providing quick and prompt customer service as repeat business becomes the cornerstone of our company.
In June of 2017 we increased the amount of perfume oil we used in fragrances by 50%, which we feel increases the quality of our product by it more potent and longer lasting.
In 2018 we created this new streamlined website on the Shopify platform that we are very excited about. We also added 2 more full time employees as the business continues to grow.
Despite some initial growing pains, we are now considered one of the foremost experts in creating discontinued perfume and cologne. We look forward to recreating your memories as you become part of our story.
