DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! You will be wasting your money and time. The positive reviews are all fake. If you dig deeper you will find the truth. This company was a complete waste of my money. Took days to hear from them after filing my claim, and was told to wait for a technician to get in touch with me. Whenever I called I was told repeatedly to wait. Went seven days with no air, and no one ever contacted me. Had to fix issue on my own. Don't waist your money!
I joined Select after reading good reviews but was unsure of what I would personally experience. The wait time to call for more details was short and the information was clear and simple plus there was absolutely no pressure to join. After doing so, I received a call from a representative that I wasn't expecting but ended up saving me more money. Overall, I have no complaints so far. I hope it continues!
I submitted a claim on Monday and have a technician coming today, on Thursday, for a non-emergency repair. It's a bit annoying having to file the claim on-line just to be told to call in for more information, but the call center person was nice and quickly got the claim going. No issues so far.
I have had a Select Home Warranty for over 4 years and have had to request service on three different time. Every single time my claim was handled in a very professional and timely manner. No followup was needed and the work was performed professionally by the technician. I would highly recommend Select Home Warranty for your home needs.
Select sent out Desert sun heating and cooling. They were professional and found the problem. They sent the report to Select however, it turned out to be an item that was not covered by the warranty. I was happy that they respond within 24 hours. We were able to get it fixed at a very reasonable cost.
The operator was very helpful and understanding regarding my issue that needed immediate attention. My plumbing was malfunctioning due to a tree root breaking the pipes, luckily I was able to contact a local technician and Select Warranty will refund me the cost.
Sales Rep was quick to the point to provide information since I have been a customer already 2017. I would have liked a discount as a renewal customer. Please stop going up so much every year. I paid $350 and this year $450.
The agent was empathetic and quick to get the work order out. We had a tech in our house within 24 hours fixing our AC. The tech was extremely professional and knew exactly how to fix the issue right away. Our AC has been running great since then.
I have never experienced such horrible customer service ever. You will spend endless time on the phone and be told you will receive an email with a service response within 24 hours once a technician is located. Well within 2 to 5 minutes you will receive an email they were not able to locate a technician. Find your own and pay and they will reimburse you. Not! They finally had a company contact me who explained they. Will not work with Select due to they do not pay. I originally contacted them on Sept 19th. Here it is Oct 6th and they still have sent no one for an electrical problem. I have made over 15 calls to them and it is the same every time. Do not buy a policy. If I had only read all the reviews before the purchase. This is very much buyers remorse.

Answer: After filing 5 claims, and one tech that wanted to pad his pocket resulting in me fixing my own leak in a toilet at my expense after paying their tech. And another tech wanting to get my pool setup for summer at150. More than I already gave for deductible she didn't fix my pump or water line to my pool. Both denied by select home Warrenty. And 3 more that I paid their techs for then had to fix it myself. Now my freezers compressor is out and they took money out of my bank account without my permission after saying they would go ahead and fix the freezer well guess what they declined it. And said it wasn't covered when in the contract it says it is. List all meat and others because of 3 weeks if waiting for them
