Best realty application! It's faster and more importantly more listings in the areas that we're looking. More features too! This is the best lead generation service company. I have ever used and helped me find an meet the realtor very easily.
I want to share my experience with SetSchedule, a lead generation company for realtors based in California, as I believe it's crucial for others to be aware of the potential pitfalls. I initially signed up with them, lured by the promise of qualified leads. Unfortunately, what I received were nothing but recycled, outdated leads that were essentially worthless. I wasted a whole year trying to work with these leads, and despite my better judgment, I gave them a second chance when they reached out to me. This time was even worse. The leads never answered the phone, and I never received any live calls, which had been promised. The customer service was horrendous; they rarely responded to my inquiries, and when they did, it took weeks to hear back. I wasn't alone in my frustrations—there are constant complaints from other agents as well. In fact, the Better Business Bureau shows that SetSchedule has accumulated over 300 complaints in the last three years, with 92 of those in just the past year. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away. SetSchedule feels like a huge scam, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same disappointment and wasted investment that I did. If you're a realtor looking for reliable leads, I recommend exploring other options to avoid the struggles I faced with this company.
They sold me a service, 1 year trial. For seller leads in my area. These were suppose to be "verified" leads, ready to set an appointment, according to the rep signing me up. The leads were either out of my area, and I made it clear what area Im in, or the leads were just random names with random contact info that was not valid. On the occasion I did talk with someone, they had no idea how I got thier number & was not interest in my service. After my year, Setschedule had the audacity to charge me for another year! I specifically asked when signing up if this was auto renew & told it was not. DONT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY! Look them up, you will find this complaint the same among hundreds of others!

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They will take your money & never deliver valid leads, but claimed you received service because they sent you bogus information that you had the nerve to read! You canto send someone random items, that is not what was ordered & claim to have fulfilled the delivery!!!

I just love the clients relations management software, absolutely intuitive and to top it all off it's free. Considering the fact I can upload my database for free and create drip campaigns for free there's nothing else left for me but to say that this is a great system and to give it good review.
First time user, I'm a first time user and this is the first time I've looked into real estate. I really appreciate how user-friendly this site is. First let me say I advertise on Zillow. I sell 12M a year in a small town where the average home price is below $200k. Set Schedule sold me unlimited leads for a year for $1700. However, they had no leads in the area to actually give me.
Although they acknowledged there were no leads, they would not refund me. They said they would work on purchasing leads in the area. The quality of leads is horrible. Most of the phone numbers do not work or are folks that haven't looked for a home online in over six months.
I have a 50% conversion rate on Zillow. I have ZERO conversions from Set Schedule. I would caution any agent to ask very specific questions and make sure they do not put you on auto renewal.
This was another issue I had with them. NO LEADS and AUTO RENEWAL for no leads. I would spend my advertising dollars on other sources. I just hope that maybe one lead will pan out to get my $1700 investment back. AGENT BEWARE!

They promise leads they can't deliver. I didn't get one lead. In five months I complained every day. The site is run by a call center based in the Philippenes or somewhere in asia. They will steel your money they won't deliver and then they will state that they don't refund the money. They are scammers that do not provide any service at all. Zero leads! Not one! Not one time

Definitely recommended, I will not go on and on and on trying to "sell" the concept to agents out there, but I just can't say that we have been working very hard and on multiple amount of leads and were able to land couple of buyers and investors.
Never signed up for any service, yet they call me from call centers (and text me) every other day. Soon as i try to connect, it transfers me overseas OR they say they can take me off the list (and of course, i receive another call or text). Reach out to the 800 number, can barely get anyone to chat and it leads to nothing. Horrible company, not even sure what they sell but they will bombard you with spam text messages multiple times a week. Im on the DNC list, call and text them back to take me off, and no luck. Not sure how they even are a business, online is only horrible reviews about them.

I subscribed for one year and closed ZERO business. There were no leads at all in my local area as promised. Then they said they would update zip codes and get me leads and never did. The only leads I received were foreclosures. Then I sent written notification to two parties that I did not want to renew and they still billed my credit card for the renewal!

Setschedule app is comfortable to use. I also use the set app to track customers in open houses and to buy leads. The software is very easy-to-use and intuitive. I signed up 8/2022, immediately realized after 50-100 calls of people not knowing why I was calling or live transfers of people with no credit, no income or no down payment. I made a dispute with my credit card company, they sent them 100 dead leads that are essentially leads I could've gotten from the Yellow Pages... Citing they have met their contractual agreement. I complained on the open platform that I want my money back and I suspect the people who are posting are not real people or do not know the other side of the deal. I was cut off, immediately and never let back in after paying $2k for the service. I lost my who year of advertising budget because I believed that they could do what they said they would do! AVOID At ALL COSTS

They promised me 100 leads. I specifically said you will never hit that mark. The salesperson guaranteed it or a full refund. 8 months later not one lead. I called for me refund. They said they won't refund the money.

Fake I waste my time and money. All of the leads are very bad. Not a single qualified lead. Stay away from them. I waste more money and time and not get an actual lead. All leads are so old.

I joined on with Set Schedule as a new agent in the middle of the pandemic as I was having problems generating leads as a new agent. They never sent a copy of the contract, and I didn't receive any legitimate leads in 5 months. I sent them an email and responded to texts to let them know I was dissatisfied. I never heard anything back, and then I saw another credit card charge for $1700 for the new year of "service." They will not credit my card, nor will they admit they did not hold up their end of the contract. Don't use them!

They present you a package that you have to pay upfront, so it is NOT a exclusive percentage based referral. All is great in the presentation until you challenge them on their pricing and platform, and all of a sudden the scamish attitude of customer service will appear. She kept on saying your market has a ton of leads and no body is picking them up, and at the end, when she didn't have answers about their ridiculous platform, stated: "I don't think you will be a good fit for our platform, Byeeeeeeee" and hung up the phone. If the initial phone conversation to sell you their product is this unpleasant, then I understand all the negative comment about poor people who actually invested and are seeing no results!

The amount of leads promised at signup will never happen. The leads that you get are not leads. None of the people could ever figure out why we were calling. The set appointments never knew they had an appointment, and we would show up to either get stood up, or sent away. It was a complete waste of time, and a year worth of empty promises, and no results. The leads aren't worth the heft program fee, let alone a 20% referral fee on top of it. RUN!

Five star, love the technology and the CRM. I religiously manage all of my follow-ups and temperature for all of the leads. I have generated 30 leads just from the last open house that I open with my assistant. And notifications are cool and it's easy for me to be able to know when I have a new visitor.
I am so disappointed that I fell for this scam. I paid $1600 for this service in March 2022 and it is not at all what the company promises. Very misleading. They provide "leads", but they are VERY old leads and in most cases the person has already purchased a home and are irritated that I am calling them. Set schedule inundates me with calls stating they have an active lead that they have qualified (not true). No one so far has ever been glad to hear from me. DO NOT PURCHASE this service.

Scam! I was lied to during the initial sales call with Russell Stavitz the leads are not verified or qualified and are just various numbers they choose to send you. I contacted the couple of leads I got they told me they never filled out anything and was wondering why I called them. This company is all about taking your initial money and having no follow through. After you contact them right after your purchase, and this happens, they dismiss you and hang up on you, and they are not based out of the United States like they claim. When you finally get somebody on the phone, they are overseas some thing that I expressed about during my initial phone conversation and then if you have a problem they hang up on you and never follow through. I requested an immediate refund two days after I bought. Scam
