Best realty application! It's faster and more importantly more listings in the areas that we're looking. More features too! This is the best lead generation service company. I have ever used and helped me find an meet the realtor very easily.
I want to share my experience with SetSchedule, a lead generation company for realtors based in California, as I believe it's crucial for others to be aware of the potential pitfalls. I initially signed up with them, lured by the promise of qualified leads. Unfortunately, what I received were nothing but recycled, outdated leads that were essentially worthless. I wasted a whole year trying to work with these leads, and despite my better judgment, I gave them a second chance when they reached out to me. This time was even worse. The leads never answered the phone, and I never received any live calls, which had been promised. The customer service was horrendous; they rarely responded to my inquiries, and when they did, it took weeks to hear back. I wasn't alone in my frustrations—there are constant complaints from other agents as well. In fact, the Better Business Bureau shows that SetSchedule has accumulated over 300 complaints in the last three years, with 92 of those in just the past year. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away. SetSchedule feels like a huge scam, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same disappointment and wasted investment that I did. If you're a realtor looking for reliable leads, I recommend exploring other options to avoid the struggles I faced with this company.
I was called by SetSchedule about getting EXCLUSIVE qualified leads for sellers and buyers unlike Zillow that sends leads to 3-5 agents. Sounds great right? Wrong. They lied to me and they do exactly that, the lead is sent to 4-5 other agents. It cost me $4046 to sign up plus they take a 20% referral fee from each closed transactions. I have had ZERO transactions close and only 1 lead ever convert to an actual appointment and guess what another agent that was using SetSchedule did too... talk about interesting to say the least. 99.9% of the leads are fake info, don't answer or reply to calls/texts/emails or if they do they have no idea why they are being called and they are not even considering buying or selling property. This company is a FRAUD and should be sued and shut down. I expressed my frustrations throughout the year and that I didn't want to continue once my contract was up. Then of course my renewal date comes around and without any warning of any kind they still renew my contract for another $4046. I sent them an email and they pushed it off to a service rep and did everything they could to basically ignore what I requested. To this date I have yet to see a refund and they just ignore my request.
We should all form a class action lawsuit against them.

Set Schedule recycles leads and issues duplicates of leads. I have had 67 leads come in since 2/9/2021. 18 of those 67 leads are the same exact person, same contact info, duplicates.
AGENTS: Please stay away from their fancy map presentation and all the false promises of "exclusive lead partnerships" with the large home search engines. It is all false. SetSchedule deserves to go out of business and be shuttered. Good riddance.
Much of what I can say has been said before. The leads are unqualified to buy/sell a home, some phone numbers and email addresses are fake, and I have personal experience with the same lead being offered repeatedly. When you reach out to SetSchedule via email (because no one shares their direct line) to schedule a time to try and finer tune their system, you either get ignored or they ask you to schedule a call time on their calendar - over a week out. Then you attend the Zoom meeting but the representative misses the call and/or Zoom has no record of that meeting ID taking place. This company has shown me zero integrity or concern for their customers. It is a joke.

They start off with their tag team approach of getting you wound up and involved in their sales pitch. It reminds me a lot of "Wolf of Wall Street". I'm almost embarrassed that I bought into their scam. We signed up and the CRM and "Radar" system is way better than most. The part they forget to tell you is they get all of their leads from FB, Homes.com and a bunch of fake names and addresses. I was threatened to be sued by more of the so called leads. The part that I discovered none of the people agreed to be contacted by SetSchedule or any of their realtors. Most if not all were on the do not call list and since I didn't obtain their information through proper channels and their consent for my services I was actually liable should they have pressed the issue. Customer service was horrible, never returned calls, always blamed up for not following their proven process, which was called their bluff on as well. We actually called, texted and emailed over 500 of their so called hot leads and not even one was legitimate. We partnered with 2 lenders and had them call each one at least 4 times, and then put them on a drip campaign. At the end of the day it was a waste of time and hard earned money. For al of you agents out there keep your money and save yourself the frustration. If I could find enough people to get together for a class action suit I would love to see it happen. I have endless files of misleading, corrupted responses, lies and deceit from this company, so if anyone needs any help closing down this scam company please reach to to me.

On 3 separate occasions I've been contacted about a referral in my area. For 20% referral fee. This ends up being a sales pitch for SetSchedule. The first time, I thought I'd give it a listen. They never kept the appointment, 2nd time changed schedule without communication. 3rd time I'm contacted, again about a referral, make appt to talk by phone following day. I agreed not knowing it was aSetSchedule. When the rep called me, stated I needed 20 mins at my computer, I stated I'd need a better understanding of what this was about, before committing to the time (as I was super busy today) he hangs up! Very poor customer service! So I decided to look them up. I don't think I'd consider having them work with me, if this is my experience from the beginning when they want to get my business.

Great sales job selling me on thinking this would be a good program. BUT it is NOT! There are ZERO leads in my area, never have been and 3 months later doubt there ever will be. I have asked for a refund of my money since there was no service ever sold, but the sales people who call me just say, 'they can't" refund my money. I have been called multiple times to "work it out" but how can you work out something that does not exist. So my next compalint will go on rip off report, and i bet others will ad to my string. $1600 is not a lot to pay me back, for the marketing mistake they have made with me. I am sick of being ripped off by POS companies like this one! BEWARE! They don't have leads in some areas...and i have screen shots of the fake ones they used to make it look like my area was busting with them. HORRIBLE DISHONEST THIEVES! -100 ON THE STARS. NONE GIVEN!

All the leads are 80 year old people who don't even own a computer and have lived in the house their whole lives and will stay there until they die. When I ask if they are interested in selling they all say no! Usually if I pay for the leads I don't pay a referral fee or if the leads are free I pay a referral fee. In this case they wan't you to pay for leads and a referral fee. They made me pay in advance for a year promising verified leads and won't let you cancel. I received one set appointment and couldn't call. When I arrived they said that was a previous owner and they had lived there several years. All the positive reviews are bad grammer because they are from people who work for the company or are paid to leave good reviews.

They cold called me and I ALWAYS shut down these lead services, but they assured me 5 different times that they were a back end only referral service that takes 20% with ABSOLUTELY no up front or ongoing costs to the agents. Based on this info, I was willing to do a 15 minute onboarding webinar to see how the lead system works to accept leads.
After they got me on the phone, they made it very apparent that there is very much up front cost at almost $3,000 for the year that they say equates to 100 leads annually. I already buy leads from Zillow directly and especially after reading the reviews and getting this nice surprise of upfront costs, there is no way I am lining their pockets and falling for it.
Don't waste your time even picking up the phone, just another fly by night that won't deliver...

Liars and thieves...how they're legally allowed to operate is an absolute mystery to me. Be sure to cancel your membership at least a month before it expires (or sooner, because honestly it's an absolutely fruitless hoax). If you don't cancel a month in advance, your membership will auto-renew.
And trust me, they will try and stop you from cancelling, it's like pulling teeth--but save yourself and send your request to: *******@setschedule.com--this is what their 33 page agreement says you must do. AND GET A CONFIRMATION OF THE CANCELLATION IN WRITING...or they'll get you. They're the absolute worst.

I WISH I would have checked this site first. They cheerfully take your money up front and you can FORGET getting a refund. I just reported them to the BBB and I don't expect to see my $1,800 again. They TELL you how hot and qualified their leads are, but in reality these are just people who happened to click on some random house on some random site. Not necessarily people looking, in fact only ONE of the 43 useless leads I got was looking for possibly next year. Only ONE person answered the phone, email or text the first time. Three or four others told me to get lost, they had NO intention to buy or sell. One guy was very upset and asked where I got his info. Someone on Facebook clicks on a pretty picture and you immediately receive that HOT lead. They say "Oh, it's a numbers thing, stay intouch with all of them and you will get something." Yeah right! I WISH I could give ZERO stars.

I would not commit to Set Schedule unless we agreed on the following... A.) Asked if referrals were given to one realtor or several in 1st come 1st served fashion. Said I did not want their referrals unless referral went to 1 realtor. He agreed it would only go to me specifically. The phone can be in my hand when referral comes in and always says another agent took it! B.) We agreed on 3 specific zip codes I serve. Have only received other zip codes I do not serve. C.) Was told there was a map where I could map out the area of leads desired. No "helper" knows of its existence. D.) We agreed my partner and I only wanted to receive referrals above $500,000 because we split all comissions. Referrals received from $150K to $400K and always in wrong zip codes.
I immediately complained in writing and in phone conversation that I was not satisfied and wanted a re-fund with reasons why. Rep said someone would call that same day. Call never occurred! F.) Also complained that notices only gave zip codes but not prices so receiver can not see if it is a referral they agreed on prior to paying (TRAP).

I have done Real Estate for many years and thought last year extra clients would be nice. Set Schedule contacted me and made multiple promises. $2200 dollars later, NOTHING. Yes they sent leads, BUT, they were OLD leads. People already had bought a home or were never interested. Fake phone numbers multiple times. Also received leads from them that I received from another source that I subscribe to. What? VERY POOR POOR COMPANY. I really don't want to hear, the I'm sorry it didn't work out from this company. My recent encounter with Set Schedule, a real estate lead generation company, left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. After considering their program for the second time and reluctantly deciding to invest upfront money, I expected a more professional and respectful experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met.
To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction and declined their services, the salesperson I was speaking with displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Instead of understanding my concerns or attempting to address them, the salesperson became defensive and impolite. They even had the audacity to tell me to never reach out or call them again, accusing me of wasting their time. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company as a whole.
It is evident that Set Schedule relies on a one-minute sales pitch, hoping to entice potential customers into signing up without thoroughly considering the program's details. This approach is not only misleading but also disrespectful to customers who seek a genuine understanding of the services provided.

I've been in a credit card dispute with this company for months now and reported to the better business bureau. This is definitely not a company you want to purchase real estate leads from.
Basically they get your e-signature and payment up front and then proceed to send you leads that are mostly fictitious names, false phone numbers and non-existent emails. The few would-be leads who actually picked up the phone were previously harassed by a 3rd party lead gen call center (LJ Marketing) based out of the Philippines. Set Schedules response to your complaints will always be to throw more bad leads at you and consider that a resolution.
I really hope this review at least helps a few people save a lot of time and headache by avoiding SetSchedule - they are not an ethical business and have honestly made no legitimate effort to resolving any issues with me - even after 3 months of complaint.

BE CAREFUL WHO YOU GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO! They will renew you after the first year whether you want their service or not, and refuse a refund, no matter what. Even if the leads were good it just isn't worth it to be involved with a company like this! I could go on about my low opinion of their leads but that's almost beside the point. I'm still in shell shock over their business practices!

Both Master Subscription Agreement and your docusigned invoice states that you may request to discontinue the automatic renewal of the membership by contacting SetSchedule via email at billing@setschedule.com. Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date).

Regarding the leads, the Master Subscription Agreement states:
11.4. DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEE. ALTHOUGH SETSCHEDULE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO CONFIRM THE CAPACITY AND WILLINGNESS OF PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS OR TRANSACTIONS USING THE SETSCHEDULE SERVICES, SETSCHEDULE MAKES NO GUARANTEE THAT A REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION WILL BE CONSUMMATED AS A RESULT OF A LEAD.
