I want to share my experience with SetSchedule, a lead generation company for realtors based in California, as I believe it's crucial for others to be aware of the potential pitfalls. I initially signed up with them, lured by the promise of qualified leads. Unfortunately, what I received were nothing but recycled, outdated leads that were essentially worthless. I wasted a whole year trying to work with these leads, and despite my better judgment, I gave them a second chance when they reached out to me. This time was even worse. The leads never answered the phone, and I never received any live calls, which had been promised. The customer service was horrendous; they rarely responded to my inquiries, and when they did, it took weeks to hear back. I wasn't alone in my frustrations—there are constant complaints from other agents as well. In fact, the Better Business Bureau shows that SetSchedule has accumulated over 300 complaints in the last three years, with 92 of those in just the past year. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away. SetSchedule feels like a huge scam, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same disappointment and wasted investment that I did. If you're a realtor looking for reliable leads, I recommend exploring other options to avoid the struggles I faced with this company.
There is a lot of features that makes my work easy. I like their radar system. My experience with setschedule has been so good. Very good communication and great customer service.
After taking the slick salesman's call I looked at reviews. I was silly to believe his pitch that "things have changed", which turns out not to be the case. After months of getting bogus "Verified Leads" for trailer house buyers (Florida Realtors are not allowed by law to sell trailer houses) and people that had no idea why I was calling and had no interest in buying a home, I'm giving up hope of recouping any benefit for my $1,6000 investment. Took money out of my account I did not approve of. Now the phone number for Richard Tate will not work. Brandon Ogren is not answering. I need a refund immediately when I called "setschedule" They can't help me. And first of all they didn't even answer the call. This is a scam company. I want a refund immediately. I CANCELLED THE FIRST DAY I SIGNED UP. WE ALL HAVE THE 3-DAY RULE TO CANCEL CONTRACTS. THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY HAVE THEIR CONTRACT WORDED THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES. This product is a scam, and even auto renewed when I asked them not to. Not one lead was good. They won't refund my money even though they didn't have permission to renew. They are the worst.

I love the features it offers. I love the fact that I'm given a page where I'm able to customize and add important information for my clients to see before booking. I love that it allows me to add coupon codes for my clients to use and let's me have different deposit types for different services. I also love that it has intake forms and offers Instagram and MailChimp integration, and allows me to customize the automatic e-mail confirmation. Its easy to use and makes things run much smoother for myself and clients. I was a die-hard Setmore user, but with all the features I needed and wasn't getting from them, Setscheudle had them all + more. I'm glad I switched.

I am writing to let you know I'm very disappointed with the services I received from your company. I asked to cancel my account, but you didn't get my email and charged me without my permission for an auto-renewal. This is not only unethical but also illegal.
It is unacceptable that your company would behave in such a manner, especially considering that I explicitly requested to cancel my account. Your failure to honor my request indicates that you do not value your customers and are willing to take advantage of them.
Furthermore, I was shocked to learn that you do not offer refunds, even in cases where you have charged customers without their permission. This is completely unacceptable and completely disregards your customers' rights.
I would like you to take immediate action to fix this situation. I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charge and the time I spent trying to resolve this issue.

This company utilizes unethical business practices. In December, over a month ago, we followed the process provided by the account rep via phone to cancel. We sent multiple emails and in January were charged for another full year. We have made multiple attempts to contact and today when we finally received a call back, the agent laughed at us over our request for a refund. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company lies to trick you into paying their high dollar leads service, then refuse to refund after being called out on their BS. Basically, it does not matter what lies they tell or laws they break, if you are dumb enough to sign that contract and pay them, they own you. I was totally unhappy with them in the first year with their program and had NO intention of renewing. UNFORTUNATELY I failed to read the fine print and they renewed my subscription without my approval. $1650 charged! They insist they are unable to refund my money. The leads they send are garbage... people that have clicked on a website but are not seriously looking to buy or sell... and more often than not the emails and/or phone numbers provided are bogus. They initially promised they'd be sending me live transfers. I received two in the past year. One of those was viable and I closed on that transaction... with a commission that was half of the annual fee. The second was someone looking to purchase a single particular property that was not even for sale and they had no interest in looking at any other property. I have spoken to several people in the company attempting to get a refund... they absolutely refuse. DO NOT SIGN UP with SET SCHEDULE unless you absolutely love throwing money away.

I'm one of the many VICTIMS of SetSchedule! I'm in an ongoing battle with them to receive a FULL REFUND of the $2,250 I paid them for a service they know they DON'T PROVIDE! I've seen hundreds of bad reviews about this company and the CEO. SetSchedule's CEO was involved in a Ponzi scheme and conned many out of millions of dollars. Check out my attachment and do your own research on this guy. I'm not giving up until I get my money back and this guy is completely exposed for the criminal he is! Why has he been able to get away with this for so long? Because people keep giving up and don't want to fight. I'm going to fight this no matter how long it takes!

I signed in on April 3,2019 for the silver platform and leads are not as good, why. I get leads that are rental and leases only and I was told by SSchedule that for me to get extra leads on my contract that I have to service those rental/leases and I told them that my contract says buyers and sellers and not renters. I get leads that are below $200K or $300K below, my area, the price range are way above that price. I have not receive my scheduled opportunities of 4... so far no good leads... will update this later... hoping to get something good out of this...

I signed up with this company with the solid expectation that I would be getting solid leads that were looking to buy and sell homes. Almost all of the leads I have gotten never respond to phone calls, voice mails, text messages or emails. I have spent so much time reaching out and I have been unable to convert even a single lead since I signed up June 10,2021. They have a great sales team to give you a great expectation, but once you have signed up it's terrible after the fact. They have people that reach out to you to see how things are going, but when I express my frustration and explain that I have not even gotten a single deal they only reply with "I'm sorry to hear you are having a hard time and lets set something up with 'someone else' to try and get you successful" and nothing ever happens. I have had verified leads that tend to be so low in value that I can't even find them something and there have only been a few of those. I am so pissed that I was swindled into paying such a large amount for 0 return on my investment. This is a scam and I want my money back and even then that doesn't cover all the wasted hours I have spent chasing people that don't respond, purchased months ago, or aren't even looking to buy or sell.

Do not do business with this shady company. Beyond all the fake positive reviews (they are obviously fake and paid for, look up the other reviews the members have provided to other notoriously shady companies), they will never leave you alone once they have your contact information. Doesn't matter that you didn't give it to them. Doesn't matter that you've gone through every channel to make them stop. They still continue with a brand new phone number or representative.

This is BY FAR the worst investment I have ever made in recent years. Customer service is dismal and they don't do ANY thing to be of any value. Set schedule appeared to be a good opportunity with all of their promises from the start. Unfortunately, the promises have been empty. All of the leads are from sources that push leads but are of the absolute worst quality. When I explained this to my account rep, he said yes I am sorry, we are trying to open up more sources in that market for you. Then he explained he would push for more facebook, realtor.com. Leads and set phone appointments. Well, every lead I call is usually upset that numerous agents have called them and they are not sure how we got their info:-( On top of that, I did get one pre set phone appointment which I was excited to get because I thought, finally something worth working. Well, it turned out to be a couple who was absolutely bewildered why I called and said they did not set any appointment.
Now here is another rub, I have emailed and called numerous times my account rep and no return call or email except pre set emails saying schedule my monthly support call. Well, I've done that and guess what, They did not meet the appointment both times as I rushed home to make the call and make sense of why they would promise so much and deliver nothing. I am not saying any of this out of spite. It is absolutely true. I am completely shocked Set Schedule remains in business.
