I want to share my experience with SetSchedule, a lead generation company for realtors based in California, as I believe it's crucial for others to be aware of the potential pitfalls. I initially signed up with them, lured by the promise of qualified leads. Unfortunately, what I received were nothing but recycled, outdated leads that were essentially worthless. I wasted a whole year trying to work with these leads, and despite my better judgment, I gave them a second chance when they reached out to me. This time was even worse. The leads never answered the phone, and I never received any live calls, which had been promised. The customer service was horrendous; they rarely responded to my inquiries, and when they did, it took weeks to hear back. I wasn't alone in my frustrations—there are constant complaints from other agents as well. In fact, the Better Business Bureau shows that SetSchedule has accumulated over 300 complaints in the last three years, with 92 of those in just the past year. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away. SetSchedule feels like a huge scam, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same disappointment and wasted investment that I did. If you're a realtor looking for reliable leads, I recommend exploring other options to avoid the struggles I faced with this company.
I have asked this trash company now 34 times to stop contacting me, they have texted me 4-12 times per day for weeks. Now filing a complaint with the BBB and harassment lawsuit. Avoid at all costs.

I used this company for real estate leads. I am a successful broker in the business for many years. Sales pitch was a great one and I agreed to use their service and paid them up front. MISTAKE. NEVER GAVE A SINGLE LEAD that was anything near a good one. A lot of lies, and on top of it, they continue to call/text and not use the company name. Last week I got four different text messages from different numbers all stating identical sales pitch and when I asked about the company guess who it was? Yep, all of them were Setschedule trying to get me to pay them for leads. STOP ALREADY. They do not deliver and will not leave you alone. This has been years now. I lost money with them, they charged more than verbally promised and refused to refund me a dime and never delivered on their end. Don't waste your money on these leads. What I've learned: If you pay a percentage of commission when it closes then never pay a dime up front. Decent leads will easily cover the cost to any company and set up fees are with companies that don't deliver.

Don’t pay for anything upfront, not one single cent. If a company is giving you decently is why would they need some kind of set up fee when they’re making a huge amount on the commission when it closes? In my experience because nothing closed no decent leads no way for closing to happen so they have to make money on the front end. At this point if they were just leave me alone, I would be happy. Setschudele: stop the constant calls and texts, trying to get me to sign up as a new user.

This company is a sham. They lead you to believe they will connect you with warm/pre-vetted leads, when in fact, you are the one who has to go out and locate your own leads based on certain algorithms that have been put into place. They should allow people to watch the training video prior to forcing them to sign on the dotted line so that people understand just what it is they are getting for the money. If I had understood it better, I WOULD NOT HAVE SIGNED UP FOR THIS SERVICE. When I realized what it "wasn't", which was just a few days after I had signed up, I was told "Sorry, we do not give refunds". They can mislead people into believing they are selling one service when they are in fact not selling that service at all, and then can keep your money when you realize you have been duped. So wrong on all levels!

Please don't get sucked in by the great sales people guaranteeing you'll get great leads.
The whole business model is a joke they only want your $2000 that you sign up for.
They let you pick the areas you want leads from except for in Chicago they get no good leads in the areas that I want where the most expensive homes are. They get the crappy leads from other websites that nobody wants that are no good it says they get some leads from Zillow but if they were good lead Zila would keep them and sell them to their customers they are just bad leads bad phone numbers Betty emails and most importantly people that don't want our service.
BTW there's no way for them to track the business you get and thus their 20% referral fee i'm sure has never been paid to them because they have crappy leads and nobody would pay them
They just know there's a lot of new realtors out there that are desperate to make money and they have $2000 in their pocket they can afford to blow.
Don't be one of those people like we were we saw bad reviews and they said oh no those are just a few people not enough people give us good reviews but the truth is the leads are a joke most people don't want to hear from you they didn't sign up or the phone numbers are no good it's just a waste of money. I unfortunately had to learn the hard way that paying this joke of a company any money is a total waste. When I signed in 12/20/22 I was promised qualified leads - what I got was recycled leads, leads that have been in the system for months, sold and resold to others. I've worked with and closed leads with other lead service companies... in 10 months I have yet to close or even get a truly qualified, able to buy lead.
I also joined because they promised support - per my contract I was to have a "Dedicated Premium Agent Success Consultant". Let me tell you, I have reached out for support through phone, email, text only to be brushed off or not responded to, for months.
I also was promised per contract to be able to have my leads replenished: "Accelerated Lead Replenishment Agent Rider" - once again when the time came to have them replenished I was ignored. 3x I requested through the website to have them replenished, every time I was left unanswered or told thru email, buy this one and the next will be free... I had to call in again and this time luckily someone answered and their response was please fill out some thing and we can replenish you...
This company is promising things they DO NOT deliver. Id stay far away from them! I lost $2000 with these clowns.
Absolutely worthless. They lied to me to get me onboard and then I could not reach anyone when the leads were junk and the promised lies did not materialize.

Well... On a employee perspective, it is a good place to work at. Have in mind that it has a very competitive environment internally, but the team I was working with was the best ones.

No one should be desperate enough to fall for this scheme. This company uses young 'men' from Taiwan to pressure you to "sign today" without showing you the actual system. You MUST PAY before you get to see their "system". High pressure, illegal tactics. No opportunity is given to see their actual system. You get that the day AFTER you PAY! I could write pages on this, but trust me, it's a SCAM. The "good/great" reviews on this site are likely paid for &/or a total scam too, since I don't think the people responding positively (Shihash, Robit, Amlan, Shanto, Mehedi, Andro, Rat... etc.) are in real estate in the U.S. One star is way too many.

We highly recommend trying the system. And at minimum give it the amount of time that my wife and I have given to it. Six months and 82 leads taken. We also, religiously use the CRM. Makes sense

I'm very disappointed with my experience with SetSchedule. After signing my team up with SetSchedule in Nov 2021, SetSchedule "updated their system" which rendered the system completely unusable for an entire month. SetSchedule will never issue a refund. There have been challenges with SetSchedule working as it supposed to for the entire year. Additionally, SetSchedule, knowing that I had paid for my entire team to have access to their platform attempted to convince members of my team to pay for individual accounts and ended up lying to one of my team members telling him that my team account had been canceled more than a month before the year was set to expire. They promised enough leads for my entire team, but didn't deliver. The leads they provided were of very poor quality. The team member they convinced to obtain his individual account was a preferred agent and they were going to send him the most leads... Poor, unethical business practices, coupled with a poorly developed system, and a lack of quality leads. Overwhelming numbers of very bad reviews - caveat emptor!

Their CEO * has been found guilty of fraud by the federal government. Just google it. This company provides no service, is dishonest, fake leads, deceptive practices and have no intention of actually helping you when you complain. They hide behind prefabricated scripts and will continue to make fake promises about they have every intention to make it work. They will only continue to mention the year long membership. They will continue displaying you account as being on an automatic payment system even when you demand that they stop it. They will send you nothing in writing. All SetSchedule does is have you download some app that just shows records that you can obtain from your title company along with a few fake leads that have not been vetted by anyone. When you reach referral prospects they always complain about how they keep getting phone calls. I had a couple leads on the first day and nothing since. The only thing they offered was to send me recycled leads. This is a scam!
