I want to share my experience with SetSchedule, a lead generation company for realtors based in California, as I believe it's crucial for others to be aware of the potential pitfalls. I initially signed up with them, lured by the promise of qualified leads. Unfortunately, what I received were nothing but recycled, outdated leads that were essentially worthless. I wasted a whole year trying to work with these leads, and despite my better judgment, I gave them a second chance when they reached out to me. This time was even worse. The leads never answered the phone, and I never received any live calls, which had been promised. The customer service was horrendous; they rarely responded to my inquiries, and when they did, it took weeks to hear back. I wasn't alone in my frustrations—there are constant complaints from other agents as well. In fact, the Better Business Bureau shows that SetSchedule has accumulated over 300 complaints in the last three years, with 92 of those in just the past year. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away. SetSchedule feels like a huge scam, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same disappointment and wasted investment that I did. If you're a realtor looking for reliable leads, I recommend exploring other options to avoid the struggles I faced with this company.
Set Schedule sold me contract for lead generation in a particular zip code. In one year I've received a total of 3 leads. Of those all were unqualified phone numbers or prospects that did not know anything about their supposed interest in selling or buying a home. The company provided me leads to the neighboring state which 98% turned out to have unqualified contact information or they knew nothing about wanting to buy or sell property. When I confronted the company very early on about their failure to perform they hid their contract rather rather than cancel the contract and refund the money.

In 7 months, I have been unable to connect to any lead they provided. Often contain derogatory words and bounce. Phone numbers are incorrect. Pay them up front and pay them a referral for leads that don't go anywhere.

$1800.00 wasted! Bought into all the hype, but that's all it was. Not designed for rural markets! Had to laugh, first lead even remotely close to my market was a property I had closed on weeks earlier! 1 year I have reached out several times and they promise they will mine for leads, but nothing! Cant speak for Metro Markets but avoid wasting your money if you are in smaller or rural markets! Use my $1800 loss as your lesson!

I'm kicking myself for signing up for this useless system. $1650 down the tubes. All the leads I've received since subscribing have been bad... every single one, from non-functioning numbers to leads that simply hang up on me... but most don't bother to answer emails, phone calls or texts at all. Now they have revamped the entire platform and it has stopped working. I've been selling real estate for over 25. This has got to be the absolute worst generation company I have ever been associated with! Not only was everything they told me about live lead transfer bogus but they charged my credit card another $1800 after a year of zero deals and a year of me telling them over and over do not renew, I am not pleased with the service, I do not want to continue my relationship, after countless phone calls and emails they charge my card another $1800 and told me that they will cancel it next year! Please RUN from this absolutely unscrupulous company! Every lead that was transferred to me was a total lie. People were begging to be taken off the list saying that they were looking for houses seven years ago and they don't understand why they keep getting these phone calls. My phone was ringing all hours of the night with computer generated calls where they were waking people up. It was absolutely horrible and insult on top of injury. They charged my card another $1800. Don't fall for it! Don't take the bait! You'll be very sorry!

I purchased SetSchedule lead generation in Mar 2023. The sales rep Russell could not say enough about all the leads coming to my market share. Since Mar. Nothing. No leads in my area! Today I was supposed to have a call updating me on where all these leads are. No call after spending over $1700.00! I wish I had called a few of the agents in my area that purchased this product. They all are in the same situation with no leads to pick up! Next stop...the Better Business Bureau.

Out of 537,359 of them are one Star. You have to be a truly horrible lead gen firm to have a 67% 1 star rating. You will have to go some to find a worse one. With the garbage I received from them I would have been better off opening a phone book and calling people randomly

Scam. Many "leads" received, but not one of them was a valid lead - complete waste of time and money. Automatically charged my account for renewal after 1 year, then would not respond to my calls and emails asking for refund.

The system looks good and they have a strong sales pitch, but the reality is a constant flow of completely worthless leads, most with erroneous contact info and/or for parties that are not actually in the market and do not want to be contacted by an agent. Complete waste of time. And if you sign up, make sure to send in your cancellation by email to the billing dept at least 30 days prior, or you will get charged again, and then they won't respond to requests for credit.

Update from prior complaint. This company gets an "F" grade. Don't use them. I went a whole year working the leads. All of them are junk. Not real leads. Never showed any of the leads properties. They use Realty Store as one of their lead source. Total garbage. Last week one of the leads I got was a realtor in my area. Said he was never on the site. I think they scan websites and just snatch names and emails. My year is up and i fired Set Schedule. A complete waste of time. Zero ROI. Customer service weak too. You have to email several times to get a response. I read a class action lawsuit will be started soon from another member. A complete scam. So sad.
I signed up in Sept 26,2022. Sales rep Sonny said i would get at least 30 leads per month. Most leads are vetted and 25% of leads are life lead transfer. Its Dec 14,2022 zero life leads transfers. Only 4 new leads in past 12 days. Customer Service is very nice and friendly. They agree I'm not getting many leads. Say they will escalate. I have spoken to only 3 leads. All said not interested, no plans to by. One lead said he was called 4 times today. Clearly their is a miss representation. Most leads put in bad phone numbers and bad emails. Something a really wrong.

As a Realtor I didn't realize that when you sign up for this service you have to compete for the leads. They hit me for $1800 with a promise of 100 exclusive leads. They are not exclusive. When a lead comes in you have to grab it quick before someone else does. I also told them I just wanted seller leads. They assured me that's what I would get. Not true! They offer consultation to help you then either don't always show up or cancel. I asked them where they got their leads and they told me from other lead services. Most leads don't answer their phone. If I could back out of this scheme and get a refund I would.

I never take the time to write reviews but this time I made an exception due to how terrible this company is. Last year after speaking with a customer service representative I decided to give them a try. Everything that was promised was not accurate and was misleading. The quality of their leads is terrible. I made over 100 calls and none of their leads knew why I am calling, most of them threatened to report me for unsolicited calls. Fast forward one year they charged my card again for another 1500 even after I expressed my frustration and told them O want to cancel. They refused to refund the payment. Do yourself a favor and go another route will save you a lot of time and headache.

Waste of money and very expensive for leads that are clearly sourced to many people at the same time. Paid for premium service and received one set schedule which ended up they had no clue there was an appointment. I'm 5 months into it and basically just threw away $1700. This may not be the case in other markets but the austin, texas market is a waste of money.

Been with Set schedule for almost a year now. Here's what they do- they give multiple agents the same leads-therefore prospective buyer/sellers will be instantly bombarded with phone calls from numerous agents... Think about how annoying and off-putting this would be to someone. I would say 95% of the leads they sent me either had an unrealistic price point-for example someone with a budget of $35,000 looking to buy in an area with a median price of $450,000- Or I would call and the phone number was fake or the email address wasn't real. In the very few instances I did actually talk to a lead, they insisted they never inquired about anything and acted annoyed I was calling them. I'm not sure what set schedule's vetting process is for these leads but it's absolutely garbage. To put the cherry on top, they demand a 25% referral fee for any deals you actually do close on.

We signed up with SetSchedule ($5K) and their leads are absolute trash. We stopped trying after about 5 months. Unfortunately, we forgot that they have you set up as automatic renewal and when we tried to cancel, it was too late. They said they texted us to call them, but we never got an email or any official notification. Not sure how their employees feel good about working for such a trash company. Don't waste your money!

Spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours with my team and I attempting to convert leads from Set Schedule. The last several months this service has provided leads that have already been accepted by other agents, very, very low price points, or technical glitches that do not allow me to accept a lead. When discussed with them several times over the final 4 months of my agreement, they provided no solution beyond sales speak. Very disappointed overall. Its been several months, dozens of crap leads that when you call them the people have no idea why you are calling. Website is horrible, haven't been able to log on for over a week now. Sending me leads way outside my area after I told them the zip codes I work in. I have asked for a refund and of course they said no but had no problem taking my $700 bucks with the guarantee that I would get 4 listings within 6 months. I can't believe these people are still up and running.
I have made numerous complaints, same response, a manager will call you with-in 24 to 48 hrs. They don't know what the hell they are doing, I hate to say this, but Zillow Leads are better as well as my FB leads. Stay far away from Set Schedule, you will not be happy! All I want is my money back!

If you are unsatisfied with a lead that you have purchased, you can get a refund via the app. Just login to the app and under the support icon you can select “I’m unsatisfied with a referral” for a full refund.
