Best realty application! It's faster and more importantly more listings in the areas that we're looking. More features too! This is the best lead generation service company. I have ever used and helped me find an meet the realtor very easily.
I want to share my experience with SetSchedule, a lead generation company for realtors based in California, as I believe it's crucial for others to be aware of the potential pitfalls. I initially signed up with them, lured by the promise of qualified leads. Unfortunately, what I received were nothing but recycled, outdated leads that were essentially worthless. I wasted a whole year trying to work with these leads, and despite my better judgment, I gave them a second chance when they reached out to me. This time was even worse. The leads never answered the phone, and I never received any live calls, which had been promised. The customer service was horrendous; they rarely responded to my inquiries, and when they did, it took weeks to hear back. I wasn't alone in my frustrations—there are constant complaints from other agents as well. In fact, the Better Business Bureau shows that SetSchedule has accumulated over 300 complaints in the last three years, with 92 of those in just the past year. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away. SetSchedule feels like a huge scam, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same disappointment and wasted investment that I did. If you're a realtor looking for reliable leads, I recommend exploring other options to avoid the struggles I faced with this company.
They use a very convincing narrative to sign you up by esign and encourage you to pay for the year up front. I paid $1,766 and got 6 leads: 2 rentals, 2 lots, 1 lead sold two months ago, 1 pending lead. I could not use any of them!
When I realized this was not as represented, I called two weeks later to cancel & get refund. Guess what - NO REFUNDS. They must be raking in the money! I talked to several people at the company, but they confirmed NO REFUNDS and were of no help whatsoever. No one would give me an email or phone # to contact Corporate. They said they didn't have it or know it. (Yeah, right)
Well, since they kept my money, I continued to wait for leads but 90% of them were for another County 35 miles away. I complained, but no help. When I opened a couple of others, as soon as I received them, it said "already taken." I have not gotten a legitimate lead in a year! As they required, I wrote a letter 35 days in advance of my renewal date so I wouldn't be charged another yearly nonrefundable fee again. (My renewal date was Oct. 8)
Strangely, I received a lead from them in a message 2 days ago, but was afraid to open it. I was told I had an allotment? There was going to be a charge for it of $15. When I thought about the fact that others would pay & receive it also, I decided to let it go. (They found another way to make MORE money!) Plus, I found out if you ever have a closing, you have to pay them again, hundreds of dollars. They have hurt so many innocent people that trusted them by keeping those people's needed money.
I can only hope this message reaches many people.
(I tried to print a copy of the agreement I signed but could not get it, so I contacted people at the company & asked to receive a copy of my agreement - Never got anything.)

Right now, I feel like one of the little old ladies that say they fell prey to an online scam artist, but I'm not a little old lady, I'm a seasoned professional who normally has a good sense of business. I can only say that the salesperson who signed me up, had a better and most convincing sales pitch than most others. Last April I took the bait and signed up for "9 exclusive appointments minimum and unlimited VERIFIED leads" Now 11 1/2 months later, I received 1 appointment of which the lead had no idea of who I was and why I was calling, and 1 VERIFIED lead who never returned any of my calls, email, or text. As for "opportunities", 98% of mine were on potential foreclosure properties, or investors who wanted me to find them property before it went on to the MLS. To top this all off, I just had a call with * (the top dog) and he is as sketchy as his staff. Even though my receipt says I paid for 9, he says I paid for "up to 9" and that his company does not create the leads, just passed them on from his providers. He said he has "no control" over what leads come in and how they are passed out. I'm at a loss as to how you sell 9 leads that you have no control over! Oh, did I forget to mention that his salesperson said these are "good quality" leads and that they are NOT foreclosures? Wrong, Wrong, Wrong! And, if you "pass" on one, it just comes back to you with a different $ amount to it, but the same not for sale house. Anyone want to start a Class Action Suite, I'm right there with you. This company is nothing by a sales scam no better than those calls you get trying to fix your Microsoft computer problems!

As a whole this product works for less than 10% of the people signed up. They will tell you there are 60k agents on the platform but in reality, the majority are on basic and the premium agents that they will market for you to join are less than 4k. A majority of them hate the service. I went through a presentation where they offered a price of around 2700 but said that I could get a geographical discount that would only apply to me if they didn't add other agents. I had two other people on my team go through the presentation separately. I was offered 1900 after discount while one agent was offered 1700 and the other 1500. They pretty much just want your money. What's sad is I know another agent in my area who has a team that is set up with this terrible service. When I asked the agent how many people were in my area, they said 1fulltime agent and 2 part time agents which I know for a fact was a lie. Then they said they would be closing the territory so I should take advantage of the discount now. Although lead generation is no guarantee so basically, they aren't breaking the law, but they are very unethical. There are TikTok videos and other forums that have discussed their predatory sales tactics and at this point it is on the agents to share this information amongst each other to get the truth out (when I mentioned reviews they blamed the agents for being lazy or incompetent and said agents making money dont want competition so they dont write reviews). I can only speak from my experience and the colleagues I have spoken with experience. If it fits your business model give it a shot just save yourself some money and when they say 2700 tell them you will pay 1500

This Company DOES NOT live up to its word at all! As one reviewer already alluded to... I am Really surprised someone would be okay showing up every day to a company like this that lacks, integrity, follow through and commitment to their word. Sadly, I drank the coolaid! The two guys I spoke with Richard and Matt were smooth talkers. They blatantly lied on the phone when I told them I was skeptical about lead service systems like Zillow, Homevalues, com etc. They said Oh no we are not like that at all. My agent friend was on a speaker and heard exactly what they said. I was told that I could set up my own price range ( minimum price point) geographical area and that leads were pre-screened. Does *******@aol.com sound like a legitimate email to you... well its not! And the phone number was a fax#.
I had recently started mentoring a new agent and thought this would be a great way for them to build a database of people with "pre-screened" qualified buyers AS I WAS TOLD on the phone they would be. So far from the truth! My minimum requirement was $500k and above... the first set of leads I got was $100-$300K. Within a matter of days I wanted to cancel because I could tell, this program was a SCAM. These were not going to be qualified leads at all --instead SetSchedule model is more like throwing spaghetti against the wall and seeing what sticks! I called Richard, text, emailed and NO response. I'll got back was an automated email asking if I had set up my one one one call --- did that once, waste of time! I spent nearly $2,000 for this program - I'm not going down without a fight. Hope this helps someone else from getting burned!

Please STAY AWAY from this company to avoid the horrible issues I and so many others are dealing with. Please read as many reveiws as possible! This business Cannot deliver what it sells refuses to make it right by the consumer, fails to communicate, sides steps the issues and has a serious lack of trasparency along with a failure to disclose. I paid a very large sum up front in order to recieve a large amount of leads for my team members. I expected to receive at least 360 leads a month and was promised that was easy, there were tons of leads in my area, and their partners had a conversion rate of 6%! (I know that last number was a pipe dream, but did expect the lead count as promised). I was promised 20 premium licenses, so my team could set three radar points each memeber for leads. We did not get that for the first five weeks. After 8 weeks we had a total of 36 leads. :( I asked for a credit to my account for the lost time and for the low leads. I was always put in touch with an Agent Success Consultant. BUT, the problem was not one they could solve. This move by SetSchedule was to kick the can down the road and side step the issue on hand, which was that the platform was unusable for the first five weeks, and the lead count was wildly off its mark for what I was sold. I finally was put in touch with Steve Vrieling, Director of Client Care. I thought I was going to see progress :) The end result is that amount of leads I was sold is still not happening (getting maybe 1/15 the amount), I have to purchase another lead source for my team so their business doesn't starve, Steve has stonewalled me, won't email back, refuses to credit my account the two months, and even said he reviewed my account and sees that it is performing. I am not sure what he is seeing on his end. The numbers are painfully obvious and low on mine, and there is no way around that all they did is have me sign up for the platform, do a training with Leo, VA from the Philipines, and then deliver nothing to us.
