Best realty application! It's faster and more importantly more listings in the areas that we're looking. More features too! This is the best lead generation service company. I have ever used and helped me find an meet the realtor very easily.
I want to share my experience with SetSchedule, a lead generation company for realtors based in California, as I believe it's crucial for others to be aware of the potential pitfalls. I initially signed up with them, lured by the promise of qualified leads. Unfortunately, what I received were nothing but recycled, outdated leads that were essentially worthless. I wasted a whole year trying to work with these leads, and despite my better judgment, I gave them a second chance when they reached out to me. This time was even worse. The leads never answered the phone, and I never received any live calls, which had been promised. The customer service was horrendous; they rarely responded to my inquiries, and when they did, it took weeks to hear back. I wasn't alone in my frustrations—there are constant complaints from other agents as well. In fact, the Better Business Bureau shows that SetSchedule has accumulated over 300 complaints in the last three years, with 92 of those in just the past year. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away. SetSchedule feels like a huge scam, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same disappointment and wasted investment that I did. If you're a realtor looking for reliable leads, I recommend exploring other options to avoid the struggles I faced with this company.

After a good sales pitch I fell for SetSchedule.com appointment/lead generation program for Realtors. I paid $1700 for a promise of 12 scheduled appointments with serious home sellers over the next 6 months (now they say it is a year, but that isn't what it says in the agreement).
As part of the program I would also receive leads of those not ready to make an appointment yet, but expressed interest in selling within a 15 mile radius of my desired location. This second part is what convinced me to give them a try. Unfortunately (9 months later now) I have never received an appointment and have only received a handful of leads that were not in Milwaukee's inner city. Of those 8 leads I accepted I was only ever able to reach one, who in the end decided not to sell.
SetSchedule also has lists of other potential sellers that you can download by zip code. I downloaded all the 28 names they offered in ******* only to find that all but 2 had already sold over the previous 12 months.
Needless to say this is a scam. I have tried calling to get a refund, but they claim to not give refunds and besides my 12 months isn't up yet (it says 6 in the agreement). They say they will increase advertising in my area to deliver their commitment, but I haven't heard anything from them since my complaints (3 months now). Now they won't even return my phone calls.
Realtors. Stay away! This is a SCAM!
Update - Visa refused my disputed charge with them. Seems Visa only gives you 2 months to dispute a charge which doesn't work when the service has 6 months to provide their service. My dispute was within 60 days of the contract expiration. SetSchedule says they have renewed my subscription for another 6 months to try and fill their obligation. I did receive 1 appointment from them shortly after this. An elderly lady who says she never requested any services and has no intention of selling. Outside of that one bogus lead I have yet to hear anything else from them in the 3 months since the original agreement expired.

If you are getting calls and texts from set Schedule offering to provide leads for a small referral fee... RUN! Even if you stumble across their ads save your money and look into another company. Set Schedule has to be the worst most unprofessional lead service provider I have ever seen in all my years as a real estate agent. Not only are the leads fake, I'm not talking about one or two which happens with any ad but everyone! I have tracked the "So-Called Owner "on several sellers leads back to where the lead name hasn't owned the property in over 3-7 years which leads me to believe that they are recycling leads...
As for the so-called buyer leads, over the last several months I have called hundreds of leads from set schedule, and not one has shown any interest, and many of the leads I have spoken with bought a home 18- 36 months prior... which as disturbing as it leads me to believe that these leads are being recycled as well.
To summarize if you make the mistake of getting started with set schedule and want to cancel your service, don't think you can just e-mail support and request to cancel upon your term ending (as stated in the terms and conditions)... not going to happen they will continue to charge your CC until you are forced to cancel the card or change bank accounts. Do your own research and call, text email agent on their testimonial page. I did and was surprised when they all had the same complaints as I did... well I wasn't really surprised this company sucks... Be very cautious there are many other companies out there that are honest, the leads are real/current and overall do a much better job, set schedule talks a good game but doesn't come close with it comes to delivering on their promises.

Both Master Subscription Agreement and your docusigned invoice states that Cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to termination of the Membership term. Cancellation request that we received however was after the renewal was processed.

Their "response" to my complaint contains the SAME LIES that they have told me over and over again. I am NOT an INexperienced Realtor and have dealt successfully with numerous lead generation companies. They had NO RIGHT to renew my account and charge me $1650 AFTER I told them MANY times to cancel and NOT renew my account.
SetSCHEDULE IS a total SCAM- STAY as far away from them as possible.
1- their "leads" are terrible- bad emails and phone numbers, bad email addresses- when called the leads have NO interest in buying or selling. These are the same leads you can generate yourself on Facebook and Google for a FRACTION of the cost.
2- Their Customer Support people are UNhelpful and do not understand real estate.
3- Their "management team" consists of liars and frauds. They will auto renew your account and charge you ~ $2,000 even after you've told them numerous times to cancel your account and NOT charge any further.
4- They will block you from contacting their Founder and CEO, Roy Dekel- look him up on LinkedIn- and refuse to send your messages to him
This company is a TOTAL SCAM and FRAUD- STAY FAR AWAY

I am a 33-year real estate professional with over 1,100 past clients. Slick salesman really sold me a bill of goods. Missed scheduled monthIy calls from Bryant Ta. I was duped into believing that I would receive bonafide seller and buyer leads from their company. When we initially set up the location parameters for receiving the leads, it was created to receive leads for a 15-mile maximum radius from my South Orange County location; instead, I receive mostly Los Angeles County leads, which are twice the distance from my maximum radius parameters and I receive several leases, which I explained to you that I have no interest in receiving. The only leads that came to me in my service are immediately taken by someone else; despite, me accepting the lead within seconds of it arriving in my email. On two occasions Bryant told me that he was going to give me "special hotter" leads and on only one occasion he sent me a small batch of unqualified/unmotivated contacts, who had already been called by several other agents. Salesman sold me under false pretenses. I have contacted their office multiple times via phone and email since August of last year in attempts to cancel my agreement, but their call screener wouldn't let me talk to anyone and when asked to speak to Bryant's manager they just say you will have to talk to Bryant and of course Bryant will only talk to you on your scheduled monthly call. I suggest you run from this company as fast as you can.

Sold me a $1600 bag of BS. This was to represent a "prepayment" for 100 leads. Grabbed the first 6 they sent out in my area. NONE OF THESE PEOPLE WERE LOOKING FOR ANY REAL ESTATE ACTIVITY. THEY HAD NO IDEA HOW I GOT THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION. I complained. SetSchedule tried to tell me NON-REFUNDABLE. I turned them into my credit card as a fraudulent charge. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I took on two more leads...and had the exact same reaction from those people as the first 6! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. (This system is asking for a picture of my receipt, but I only have a PDF)

This company has enough bad business practices and they have scammed so many people out of their money that something should be done. This company has no morals and no direction as to what they are doing except taking your money. I have tried on numerous occasions to communicate something very simple with this company and it has been a horrible experience. Just to be clear, I signed up and after digging deeper in my research about the company(EVERYONE SHOULD DO THIS) I found out that their services are not a good fit for me. Before setschedule rendered any services to me I requested a refund. The irony is that no one you speak with knows how to get in contact with the billing department(which is only an email no direct contact). The billing department has not reached back out to me in regards to my request. In the state of VA there is a right of rescission. This company is breaking the law and should be punished for the lack of competency. The representative that I spoke with had no clue about the law and rules. This company is in breach of the contract that I have signed and will not return any of my calls with a serious resolve. Instead they get some representative that has nothing to do with my request to call me and sound completely lost as to why they are calling me in the first place. Very unprofessional company at best. No notes are being communicated so its like starting over anytime you speak with someone new. To add fuel, I requested a meeting, which is like the only way to reach these people and the representative did not even show up to the zoom call. SCAM ARTIST! If they get your money you won't hear back from them. To save yourself your hard earned money and some stress, please stay away from this company. If you too have been put in this situation by this company it is time to do something! Don't allow a company like this to take our hard earned money. I will be leaving a follow up review to let everyone know how this situation got resolved. My guess is a lawsuit because no one from this company has integrity, it is all about the money.

This company is absolutely the worst I have ever worked with. They promise you so many good things and they don't deliver on any of them.
I was told I would get unlimited leads. After I took my first 100, I had to give updates on them for a new allotment of 30. The leads - as they sold it to me - are not that. They are not ready to buy and are just searching generally. I am in the NYC area and after 172 leads, none of them were converting. They all told me to stop contacting them and that they felt pressured by the people on the platform. I understand if you want updates, but if you give better quality leads, you would see I am closing deals.
Every couple weeks I receive phone calls and text messages from the company to try to sell me the service again. I am already a client of theirs and they don't even know that I am or care to look. I took a call today and told them I was interested to get the salesperson back on the phone and tell her how dissatisfied I was with the service.
I have asked a manager to call and it has been past the promise of a return call from them. When I spoke with the salesperson, I told her the same thing and she said a manager would be calling. At this point, management calling is literally a waste of everyone's time. I cannot cancel it for any sort of refund and no one is offering me any sort of resolution. I am not even getting leads at this point because I now have to wait 60 days for replenishment which was not how it was told to me at all.
Please trust me when I say your money is better spent elsewhere at this point. Even old fashioned marketing techniques have a better ROI.
