“THIS COMPANY iS A SCAM!”

I want to share my experience with SetSchedule, a lead generation company for realtors based in California, as I believe it's crucial for others to be aware of the potential pitfalls. I initially signed up with them, lured by the promise of qualified leads. Unfortunately, what I received were nothing but recycled, outdated leads that were essentially worthless. I wasted a whole year trying to work with these leads, and despite my better judgment, I gave them a second chance when they reached out to me. This time was even worse. The leads never answered the phone, and I never received any live calls, which had been promised. The customer service was horrendous; they rarely responded to my inquiries, and when they did, it took weeks to hear back. I wasn't alone in my frustrations—there are constant complaints from other agents as well. In fact, the Better Business Bureau shows that SetSchedule has accumulated over 300 complaints in the last three years, with 92 of those in just the past year. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away. SetSchedule feels like a huge scam, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same disappointment and wasted investment that I did. If you're a realtor looking for reliable leads, I recommend exploring other options to avoid the struggles I faced with this company.

I hope someone finds this review before being suckered into buying this product. Wish I would've done more research before getting conned into this product. I've been using it for 9 months and never get phone calls back, many have blocked my number as it goes straight to voicemail. I have no idea where they are getting the leads, but when someone does answer the phone, they have no interest in real estate. DON'T DO IT! Paid over $1,000 for absolutely horrible leads!

Steer far away from this company! I have currently obtained a lawyer and have other realtors involved for a class action lawsuit. They fraudulently charged my account, set up in the wrong name, they would not refund. I talked to several people all the way up to the VP and he was as worthless as the company itself. If anyone has had a horrible experience like this or hasn't received leads as promised, please contact Beyond the Door Realty in Kingsport, TN if you would like to join in our lawsuit.

I have try setschedule bout for 3 month I have paid for leads if is no good I can return it get money back or get 2nd one for free my point is dont matter leads are fake 95% of the time no email address ever bout 80% of the phone number is none working 65% of the time name is incorrect as well means they getting these info from yellow pages or some other public records stay away. Try FB to generate leads watch YouTube video to learn how to generate leads... stay away from set schedule... it is a scam

I signed up with SetSchedule over a year ago. After attempting to work the leads for months I finally lost hope. The only good thing they offer is the warm transfers. Well, one was someone looking to lease a property for which there is no monetary compensation to help someone find a new home to lease. I have tried to work the leads and it seems like many of the numbers are bad and many others have already transacted. Not sure if they recycle leads, but I felt like I was wasting my time by trying to jump on their new leads. The worst part is the account auto-renewed on me and now they will not refund my $1,800 for a service I will not use!

Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time. It is more of a distraction than anything.

Had given them the benefit of the doubt. I tried to be smart and do my homework. Considering they take referral fees, it seemed like a company that would have some skin in the game. However, I was wrong.
1. Their lead generation sources are nothing short of spammers as most of the leads I got that I was actually able to connect with told me they never requested an agent to contact them and didn't understand how I got their information.
2. They were unable to provide the promised number of leads in my area
3. Despite them breaching their own contract with me, they offered no resolution and became irate with me when I confronted them about their shortcomings.
4. I was also lied to about what I should do to "appear more active to the algorithm". This in turn is now being used to claim they fulfilled their obligation.

Tip for consumers:
That they would try to make it look like they fulfilled their obligations in other ways without providing the product that was paid for. Also, that their algorithm used outside services that literally spam people.

Unfortunate that I can't rate a -5. We spent a good amount of money for 3 year old leads and people that have closed 2 years ago on property! They now have us restricted from our account with no explanation, they haven't gotten back to us in 2 days about the problem! We have lost all hope with this company and realize we have been taken for quite a bit of money. Save yourself the aggravation and headaches and just set your 2k on fire in the yard.

Acuity is fantastic! It is intuitive, easy to use, and there are so many settings that cover a wide range of needs. I love how customizable it is, everything from the appointment options, automated reminders, confirmation / intake emails, to the payment options and interface you can customize with your branding. I also love how responsive the customer care team is. They are nice, funny, and have even implemented some new features that I (+ others) have requested, and updated me when the new features went live..

This company will not stop texting me multiple times a week after being asked to be removed from their list multiple times. They text from multiple phone numbers so there is no way to block them (and I think they probably know that). Completely shady way to do business and I'm tired of being harassed by them and spoken to rudely in responses when I demand they stop contacting me. I've never done business with them and never will so they have no reason to keep contacting me.

Totally awesome company from what I have learn. I have had several colleges work for this company. As a project manager personally, they have always spoken high of management and the level of professionalism that is displayed throughout the company. Personally the company has been around for many years which speaks volumes stability wise...

Horrible experience, overall the leads were either unaware of how I obtained their information because they never input their information on a website or simply wrong numbers. The few that were valid leads already had an agent, when I tried to contact set schedule about this concern they simply said to keep making the call. Tiro al waist of time and money.

Great company, got a couple of new appointments that may close in a month or so. The rep I was working with allowed me to replace bad leads and made sure I was happy with the new ones. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

Their Setschedule considerations and friendly suggestions are awesome. Good team and good support but some time they didn't respond. Had to replace several leads but so far have hopes for closing soon. I can't but thank to them also recommend them and gave them average rating.

This company promised they verified leads via phone call before passing it on to its subscribing real estate agents. This is blatantly false. All their leads are junk and when contacted, many become irate that they are being bothered while others say they have no idea why they are being contacted regarding real estate. They refuse a refund and when I made a complaint on the BBB, they locked me out of their platform despite having my $1650. They claim anything said negative about them is grounds for them to do so. In addition, they automatically renew at the end of your subscription. They say they will not if provided written notice of cancellation prior to 30 days ahead of the subscription end. However, I have yet to receive any recognition that they have received my notice of cancellation. Do not give this company your credit card number nor any money. They do not deliver as promised.

Tip for consumers:
Do not believe their sales pitch. They do not provide you with verified leads that they have called. The so-called leads are just random contacts they've scraped from other sources of the internet and the people have no interest in conducting a real estate transaction.

This maybe a good company in a big city. I was promised 30 leads a month, which I knew in my market was not feasible. I questioned that data and where this company was getting leads from. Sales Rep said Zillow and Realtor, etc. I knew that both of those platforms were sold out in my market. The sales rep told me yes, but we buy so many leads from those platforms we get priority even in a sold out market. So, I paid my $2k plus up front, set up my account… and guess what! I got two bogus leads on the first day, and not one since. Nothing on my referral radar for 70 miles. I contacted this company to complain. The response, we got your request to buy more leads. Ugh, I paid for a 100 leads in advance and… still nothing. Don't use this platform. A waste of money,

We were led down the primrose path. Having prepaid $3600 it was the biggest waste of money in my life. I might as well have dumped it in the trash. We have had two leads in 5 weeks and both leads had no ideas why we contacted them. They stated that they had no intention of selling and wondered how we even got their names. In addition, although we filtered out rentals, we have had 3 rental calls and that is it. We do not do rentals nor do we even know where to send these people. To say frustrated, that is an understatement. When I asked for our money to be returned, they basically laughed and said read the contract.

So HUGE WARNING******* stay away from this company unless you really don't care about your money.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A (0 *) I would.

I've been in the real estate industry for 20 years and I use different sources to generate leads and this is bad. They use recicle leads and when you call the leads, they have not interest about real estate. It is a waste of time, energy and money. Please beware that when you sign the agreement with them, you will automatically be renewed for the next year. On another note, they have people from India, Philippine and other parts of the world calling you to check how things are going with these bad leads.

Both Master Subscription Agreement and member's docu-signed invoice states that:

“You hereby authorize SetSchedule to charge the provided credit card for all Purchased Services listed in this Order Form for the membership term and authorize SetSchedule to automatically charge the provided credit card for the annual membership renewal. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to SetSchedule and notifying SetSchedule of any changes to such information. You may request to discontinue the automatic renewal of the membership by contacting SetSchedule via email at billing@setschedule.com. Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date). “

Finally a SetSchedule app with a perfect widget to use as a pill reminder. I love that the widget shows the next reminder and asks to confirm when clicking (to prevent accidental presses). The reminder notifications are great because I can set it up as a fallback only: 1 or 2 hours late only instead of frequent nags.

In desperation I agreed to entertain the sales person from Set Schedule and wanted to read all the 'fine' print of the contract -- you can't do that without paying for the service. The sales person said it would all be fine and described it as safe and that me and my money would be protected. When I opened the contract it states that Set Schedule can take 20% of every commission I earn whether or not I find the seller / buyer through them or not. I immediately tried to get back my $1560 - that was last May 2022. I am still out the money and because of this company I am no longer practicing real estate. I pay for my license and my RE Association but do not work. STAY AWAY. I would like to sue to get my money back. I can't afford to 'give' money to anyone.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use Set Schedule for nothing. Buyer beware.

This company is only in it to get your money! The leads are poor and they will sell them offer to several different agents so the you have nothing but endless competition. They also get the leads from other lead sites who sell them off too! So, now you have not only the agents within their system that they sell them to but you have whomever they obtained the leads from and the agents they sold them to who are competing with you. In the end the potential client is absolutely harassed by several agents all at once. I asked for a refund immediately after I found this out and they say they do not issue a refund. I remained vigil about this but they refused and then they flat out ignored my requests for months. Their customer service agents would lie and then not respond to anything. My experience has been nothing but horrible with these guys and they deserve to be out of business!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
