I want to share my experience with SetSchedule, a lead generation company for realtors based in California, as I believe it's crucial for others to be aware of the potential pitfalls. I initially signed up with them, lured by the promise of qualified leads. Unfortunately, what I received were nothing but recycled, outdated leads that were essentially worthless. I wasted a whole year trying to work with these leads, and despite my better judgment, I gave them a second chance when they reached out to me. This time was even worse. The leads never answered the phone, and I never received any live calls, which had been promised. The customer service was horrendous; they rarely responded to my inquiries, and when they did, it took weeks to hear back. I wasn't alone in my frustrations—there are constant complaints from other agents as well. In fact, the Better Business Bureau shows that SetSchedule has accumulated over 300 complaints in the last three years, with 92 of those in just the past year. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away. SetSchedule feels like a huge scam, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same disappointment and wasted investment that I did. If you're a realtor looking for reliable leads, I recommend exploring other options to avoid the struggles I faced with this company.

Set Schedule is a total scam! I paid $1,489 for the annual fee for real estate leads. When the leads hit my text, I responded to them within 1-2 minutes. They were already taken. Set Schedule failed to tell me that in my market, there are over 15-20 Realtors all competing for the same leads in the same zip code. Even when Set Schedule rang my phone with the "concierge service", I would pick up and Set Schedule would say, I'm sorry this lead has already been given out." even though I picked up the phone on the 2nd ring! DO NOT use this lead service!

Do not fall for this trick! I did not receive a single usable lead. Plus if they send you a live transfer they want another 30% over what they required to join the program. I am not a rookie and I know how to work leads I close 20+ a year. The numbers don't work or the people have no credit. They make it impossible to reach them so you can't cancel and the billed me for a second year. I am going to the bank to cancel the card I used for payment. THIS IS A SCAM

You would think after 37 years in the Real Estate business I would be smart enough to stop throwing away my money on companies that don't deliver what you paid them for. NOPE! I DID IT AGAIN. We all need to band together and get the word out in your area to stay away from the company. Promised 100 leads in 1 year, 3 months in and only 4 junk leads. Not even one positive review says "closed the transaction", or "go into a deal", or even "got an appointment" using SetSchedule leads... Everyone just complimenting the APP, not the service... It's expensive, they don't send you verified leads, they don't follow up, they don't help, and they don't guarantee anything! They just taking your money, store your credit card information, and renew the service without any warning or reminders. Don't trust them!

Please don't get scammed by this company! Don't pick up the phone and listen to the lying voice on the other side. They sell you a "service" that is non existent and lie to you about having a refund period. Then rush you to sign and then you find out you were duped and there is no refund period and you just lost a lot of money. Unscrupulous company selling worthless services. I signed up on 12/18/2019, paid $2,046, and went through their onboarding conference on 12/23/2019. I got several "hot" leads per day, where buyers or sellers wanted to speak to a real estate agent. They were all bogus. The people that I contacted had no idea why I was calling and had no interest in buying or selling real estate. I was threatened by some of these "hot leads" with filing complaints with my broker, the BBB, and for violating the Do Not Call list. I filed a dispute with my credit card company today, 12/31/2019. Also, Setschedule has an automatic renewal clause in their contract. You will be stuck for another year if you do not notify them 30 days in advance! Be sure to file a complaint with the CA Dept. of Consumer Affairs.

Update - 9 March 2021 - Received an email from Dhaman Gill, their Director of Business Development (dhaman. Gill@***. Com). Stating that I should continue to work leads, (funny, as I STILL don't have any to work) as they have a non-refund, and non-cancel agreement. Keep in mind, this has now been going on for about 7 months... Emailed him back, and cc'd the CEO (roy. Dekel@***. Com), and COO (udi. Dorner@***. Com). I don't expect they'll ever do the right thing, but hoping I can save some other hardworking real estate brokers and agents from dealing with this despicable company.

Complete scam and waste of money. Once they get your money, they completely ignore all requests for cancellation, and flat out refuse to even consider refunding payment, even if they haven't provided a single thing that was paid for. I'm just assuming here, but as they keep saying that it may take up to a year to see ANY results, and you need to cancel automatic renewal 30 days out, that they're planning on charging you yet again for nothing, if you miss that deadline!

I wish I would have read and believed some of the bad reviews here before wasting nearly $1,600 with them. After 6 weeks on the platform, I've received absolutely NOTHING. Not a single viable opportunity. Not a single valid referral. The information they provided for my local market was currently active, pending or just sold listings - and these were supposed to be potential sellers/listings! One star is actually about 5 too many for this complete scam of a company.
UPDATE - It's been nearly 3 months now without a single actionable lead. My consultant at the company did at least admit that they haven't been able to produce any leads, and that it didn't look like they were a good fit for my area. Unfortunately, they are still refusing to cancel and refund. Still submitting additional information to my credit card company for disputed charge.
UPDATE 7 Feb 2021 - After sending probably 20+ emails over the last 6+ months asking for a refund and for account to be cancelled, I still have yet to receive even a single response or acknowledgement of any email. Filed complaint with BBB, and that is still ongoing, but I don't expect anything to come of it. Hoping maybe somebody will see what a scam this company is on BBB site if they don't see it here. Credit card company (Citibank) ruled my dispute in favor of SetSchedule because, according to Citibank, they never emailed me, so I didn't have anything in writing to support my dispute! That's another story, but another company lost my business there - Bye Citibank! Plenty of other credit card issuing banks out there.
I have always had good experience. If there are any technical problems the company takes care of it right away. Very good exeperience with setscheudle. Overall it's good for us, as we don't have to worry about anything.

This should be ZERO STARS! Tried this service and called to cancel two months later. We were given the run around over and over and got a verbal cancellation without any refund. One year later, no contact at all from SCAMSchedule and they billed our credit card. Trying to get charges reversed now and they are fighting it saying that we agreed to auto renew. This is total scam stay far away from this one if you are a Realtor!

With the quality of the leads... have been much better since using real estate leads generator... The leads that didn't pan out... some of the leads needs to be nurtured... until they are ready... I think they should cut the referral fee by 5%... Almost better experience.

I made the mistake of coming to look at the reviews AFTER signing up. Note to self, never do that again. I have not utilized any of the leads yet & just wanted to cancel. No point in learning the system if I can tell by the reviews that there are so many issues. I was told that I will not be able to get a refund (even though I've paid for basically nothing at this point) & that my contract auto renews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will ghost you as soon as you want to cancel. Zero assistance. I've reached out to David Nguyen several times about this with no response. He was very responsive when he was trying to sell me on it, but now is no where to be found, even though I see the read receipts on my emails. JUST DON'T DO IT!

Ugh. Waste of time. Get a text from a lady who said they would pay 20% referral to send me buyers, nope... they want ME to pay. I told her on text that I'm not doing anything that costs a monthly fee... she still sets me up with a meeting and I told that guy that I wasn't interested in paying up front costs... he basically hung up on me after saying we aren't a good fit. SO GLAD I didn't pay them anything, and I feel bad for those who do. WASTE OF TIME dealing with all these scammy call services who hide their true intentions on the front end.
They got mad at me when I complained that I wasn't getting any leads. So then they started giving me a bunch of rental leads. And I called them again and they said well it's just really slow right now. I just got an email from them wanting me to sign up. They don't even know that I'm already signed. Do not go with them.

I purchased a single lead to try how effective they might be. I purchased the lead the night before last on September 5th. I sent an email to the potential buyer yesterday on the 6th, and spoke with her today, September 7th. Not only did she not know who I was, after a brief introduction, she told me she had already purchased a new home last JANUARY! Why is this a lead? Why would anyone pay money for this garbage? Site is a sham and waste of time and money.

I absolutely love this setscheudle software, it is so easy to use. Customers can schedule any appointment online and I can have it assigned to the technician of my choice automatically depending on the choice. Customers can cancel, and reschedule there appointments and leads all through a link that is sent to them via text and email! Doesn't get better than that, I don't even have a receptionist anymore.

I have talked with people at SetSchedule time and time again about the aging leads, most of whom I find have already purchased months ago or have absolutely no interest in purchasing or selling a home. I have no idea where they are digging these up, but I'm extremely dissatisfied. Additionally, I have talked with customer service about the very limited use of the website. There is really no efficient way to track anything. You have to go into each lead one at a time to see what notes you have, and there is no way to sort by anything. Finally, I have become frustrated and told SetSchedule to cancel my Auto Renewal, which will occur in October 2020. They have literally TURNED OFF all leads on my Dashboard, essentially cutting me off a month ago when I told them I will not renew. This is criminal, and I now plan to figure out how I can take legal action.

For bad leads, you can always get a refund or a replacement for that opportunity through the app. To do that, just click on the support icon located at the top right of the opportunity and select that you were unsatisfied with the referral. From there, you can decide if you would like a refund or a replacement. My personal positive experience was with the team license and the ability to delegate to 15 agents in my office. I'm able to move around leads and assigned specific amount of allotment to my group. This is absolutely the most economical and user-friendly approach to growing the business of real estate.
