Very happy with a nice pair of Dan Post Raleigh boots! However, email with tracking link never worked. Emailed customer service twice, never received an answer. Phoned customer service, she informed me boots would arrive today (day of call), which they did.

After waiting only a week, I was super excited to finally have my turquoise leather jacket. It is extremely gorgeous, however, although the tag said "XXL" it definitely fits more like a small or medium. My grandmother is now enjoying the jacket but I honestly shed a tear or two because I thought I had finally found a beautiful leather jacket that would fit someone taller and broader. Very first purchase and also the very last.

Stay away!, ordered dec 2 2017, over a week just to ship, free shipping only if you order over $70. Even though it says free shipping on all items, my order account says I bought nothing, average time to pickup your call 24 mins. They sent the wrong color, rest of my order "might" be arriving on the 23rd of dec. Never again.

Ordered a ring that said it was in stock, ordered the ring, received an email a week later stating that the ring was on backorder, emailed Sheplers, it says they will reply within 24 to 48 hours, that's a lie, 7 days later still waiting on a response from them, I should have looked at the reviews first, and would have never ordered anything from these people... Don't call you won't get through, 25 mins on hold, I guess they figure they've got ur money... No need to answer you. Contacting Amazon next. Beware do not order anything from these crooks...

I ordered some boots for my daughter 15 days prior to Christmas. After placing the order the web page said that I would get the boots on the 22nd of December. Nope! Lies! I kept checking the tracking number and it shows that they never even sent them! I called my bank the money has been paid. I waited a few more days and called for hours non-stop. No luck there! What a joke this place is! Finally after getting through to them the guy on the phone said it needed to call UPS... really! I called UPS and they said it would not be delivered until after Christmas. I would NEVER do business with these people EVER! You cant trust what they are saying as far as delivery... as of today we still have no boots... as much as you pay for a pair of boots the least they could do is make sure on their end that you get them on time!

In order to rate customer service there must first be customer service. Except for computer driven dribble there is nothing from this company.

I ordered based on the info they gave for delivery and they then send an emaijl that says it will be a month later.

You can not even cancel the order because they will not return emails.

Ordered and paid for a pair of boots that were never shipped; filed for a refund that was never received; follow up by their Customer Service, still no refund. So, no boots, no money. Worst online buying experience with this company. Run the other way.

Tip for consumers:
DO not DO BUSINESS with this company. Disreputable.

didn't receive the product I bought -- didn't receive anything, including my refund which they said they sent.

I ordered a pair of Justin ropers and one boot looks like it's ten years old with wrinkles all over it and the other looks brand new. I sent them back and they would not return them. Bad for business.

Over a month after I placed my original order and still NO EXCHANGE. The return shipping label is super slow.
Seven days after they received my exchange they finally refunded my money, short $10.00. How convenient for them! Bunch of Scammers!
Then they send me an email stating that my exchange order has now been cancelled.
If I would've known that this process was going to take this long I would've paid more and took my business elsewhere.
BUYERS BE WARNED!

They have shipping times listed on their website for boots, (ships withing 10 business days). If those were true I'd be happy. But after my fiance waited two months for boots that were shipped in the wrong size, we had to send them back.

They come up with this bs that it's a standard for that pair to be back ordered that long. Well take the shipping time off your web page for that pair.

Then we decided to upgrade to a more expensive boot because we wanted them for her wedding dress fitting. I get told they would reduce the price as a way of apologizing for the errors. I don't get charged for just the difference in the two pair. I get the whole charge of 232.46 on my card. So now they have 180.00 from my fiance and 232.46 from me. I cancelled the whole order. Found them $100.00 cheaper on amazon for the exact same boot.

What happened to Sheplers?!? They were great when they had stores, now that it's all mail order, they are awful! Their boots are horrible quality, look and smell like plastic. Anyway, they didn't fit, so I returned them. And they charged me $10.00 return shipping. What is THAT? I really hate shopping online anyway, and to have to pay for return shipping when it's a fit issue is really unreasonable.

I am very dissatisfied with Sheplers, I think my original order was lost. After a couple of weI brought it to their attention my order was rec'd within days. The sizing was incorrect. I contacted customer service via text messaging several times wanting to return for a credit. Never rec'd a response. I attempted to get a return label the response was there was no such order number when I was looking at in my hand. I sent more emails, no response. I still have clothes that I cannot wear, Thank you Sheplers, never again

They sell boots made out man-made leather but describing it as leather. Communication is bad as can be. There website has one button for order submition so I had no chance to decide whether I want there delivery condition on not. They don't use PayPal so product technically can not be returned. Very disappointing. Not recommended.

I ordered a pair of riding boots and after two weeks had passed and still had not received them I decided to track the order and to my surprise the order had been canceled by Sheplers! No one notified me. I then sent an email asking about it, no answer. Sent another email requesting my money back and again no response. Took a screenshot of my credit card statement showing the charge and again requested a refund. I have gotten NOTHING! I always do business with Boot Barn and just thought hey, I'll give Sheplers a try. Never again!

Ordered on December 7th, it was pending in my credit card transactions for a while, then disappeared. I emailed them my order number to find out where my order was. No response. I called and the line was always busy. I emailed the customer service inbox again. At least they didn't run off with my money, i haven't been charged for it - yet. But it would be nice that while it advertises it ships within 11 days... it's been 14 and no customer service response at all.

Ordered a pair of boots it said they would ship next day then I get a confirmation they will ship in 2 weeks! I stayed on hold for over 30 minutes to cancel and I was finally able to cancel my order. Stupid me tries to order a different pair of boots and it says my order will not go through except my card gets charged twice! I will definitely never try to order from this company again.

After reading the posts here I was scared attempting to return/exchange a pair of boots I purchased from Sheplers on line. The first pair that came were defective, so I used the Smart Label they provided to send them back. Long story short, the exchange went very smoothly, only taking two weeks from beginning to end. I was able to track the return package at "sheplers. Com/trackmyreturn", as well as the exchange package coming back to me. I did have to pay $10.00 for the return shipment, but all in all, I am very happy with my purchase, and the way Sheplers handled the exchange. I would have no issue ordering from them again. I think they have a great selection, and fair prices.

Tip for consumers:
One thing to be aware of though with a return/exchange, they credit your card back for the return (minus the $10.00 shipping fee) and then recharge your card again for the exchange (original price you paid).

I ordered a hat for my husbands friend in Italy. Ordered 7.5 got a 7 1/8 so I sent it back and received 7 1/8 the second time. By this time it is too late to get that hat they told me 12 days. I will NEVER buy from Sheplers again. I bought a hat from Boot Barn and it will be here in two days.

I was very interested in purchasing cowgirl boots for my wedding. I had some questions before making my online purchase so I sent an email to the customer service email which states "We aim to respond within 24 hours." Well, that email was sent on May 18. I also followed up on May 23 and still no response.

I ordered a shirt for my husband's birthday. There was a flag on the site that said "orders placed by 3 pm will be shipped he same day." I did not get the shirt in time for his birthday. I called Sheplers the next week. The told me that they would check on it and I would hear In a few days. Eventually I did get a call from them and they stated the shirt would go out the next day and I would get an email confirmation. It has been 3 days since that promise and I still have not gotten that email. I called them this morning and they told me shirt was discontinued. I would never, ever order from them again. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. I have no pics to post as I never got my item.

In dot points. They had communication with me if you asked the right questions with the appropriate tone. The website does not indicate whether they have the item in stock or not, it is a bait and they will most like backorder popular items with "2 stock left". Good prices for most country conversions BUT, I would recommend ONLY buying from this site if you live in America cos international shipping is a $#*!.

I ordered 3 items on 12/08/2017 for my husband for Christmas. All items said they were in stock and would ship in 2 days. I received 2 items but here it is a few days before Christmas and the 3rd item has not shipped. I have tried emailing them several times with no response and I have called them unable to get someone on the line. This is unacceptable! You are quick to take my money but not to get me my items. Ridiculous

This company is a total waste of time and money, bought a shirt from them for a Christmas present for my father, only to have them send the incorrect one out to me. Once i rang them and told them of the issue they assured me that they would send the correct one out, but a few days later i received the exact same incorrect shirt again, so i rang them again and stated that the wrong shirt was sent and again they assured me that the correct one would be sent and again they sent out some other random shirt to me. So now i have 3 shirts and none of them are the one that I've ordered and no gift for my father at Christmas.
Nice one Sheplers

My advice stay away from them especially if you are an international order like mine was. Don't waste your money with them go elsewhere this company is useless.

Make sure you read all the fine print. 2 day shipping isn't 2 day shipping. It's 2 business days from the day it shipped which means it could be 4 to six days if there is a weekend involved. Stay away would recommend them at all.

I paid $83 for a dress that fell apart after the very 1st washing. I followed washing instructions to the letter and my dress is in shreds! I am a professional musician and needed something nice for stage. The 1 time I wore it I got ALOT of compliments so I told everyone where it came from. Now I will tell them not to buy the rotten material piece of crap!

I was very skeptical and worried i was not going to receive these boots for Christmas, i read all the bad reviews and people had gone months without receiving anything. I ordered these boots a week and a half ago and received them in the mail today.
Shocked and very surprised, the communication for Sheplers was not the best but wow were they fast!

I ordered a pair of boots on a Saturday afternoon and received them them following Wednesday. I did pay for the 3 day shipping but after reading the review I was worried it would take weeks to get them. I saved about a hundred bucks going through them and I'm very happy I did. The boots were exactly what I ordered and fit perfectly. I would recommend sheplers to anyone wanting to get a quality product at a fraction of the price. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about.
