Very happy with a nice pair of Dan Post Raleigh boots! However, email with tracking link never worked. Emailed customer service twice, never received an answer. Phoned customer service, she informed me boots would arrive today (day of call), which they did.
After waiting only a week, I was super excited to finally have my turquoise leather jacket. It is extremely gorgeous, however, although the tag said "XXL" it definitely fits more like a small or medium. My grandmother is now enjoying the jacket but I honestly shed a tear or two because I thought I had finally found a beautiful leather jacket that would fit someone taller and broader. Very first purchase and also the very last.
I tried to purchase a pair of boots, and at checkout it kept telling me to check my billing info, so I did multiple times and It kept telling me to do the same again. Every time I retried it it charged me again. So now I am down $800! Called to discuss the problem and was told to call my bank and the operator showed no sign of an order! And 2 different prices multiple times! See ya... this site is so sad. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Now I sit and wait to be able to pay my bills.
I purchased a pair of boots from sheplers. I attempted to cance the order and they refused to do it. Then, they ask me to send boots back and paid shipping out of pocket. Further. They took over 10 days to refund my money. Worse service ever
Ordered Christmas gifts on Nov 26, everything said "ships next business day" Here it is, December 7th and still products. Website says it was shipped, but USPS tracking has NO shipping info. Try to email "Customer Service" and the email doesn't send from their website. Tried calling twice, hung up after 30 minute hold times with no answer.
Ordered a pair of boots to be delivered to Birmingham, Alabama. Got an email saying it's been processed and on its way. Then about 4 days later got another email saying it's being processed at the original site! It's now the 8th day on its way to GA! How long does it take to go from TX to AL? When they said ground I didn't know that meant a GROUND hog would be bringing it!
Horrible customer service and doesn't include extra fees for shipping out of the state's had to pay an extra 50 bucks today and called them asking why I wouldn't know about this and they basically said it's not their problem and If I end up wanting to return my item it'll cost me!
They are trying to scam me out of $200. Saying my bank didn't ok the order, but the bank said they are trying to charge me for two orders. Cancelled my order with them the second the bank told me this... How is this company not being sued for fraud!
Well I still cannot vouch for the quality of the product since I have not received it yet it is being held at a shipping facility in Grand Prairie Texas. I order this dress 2 weeks ago. Customer Service will not help, The bad thing about it found rhe same dress on Amazon and could of had it in 2 days with free shipping.
Dumbest people ever, ordered steel toe work boot, 3 weeks later got NON steel toe boots, sent them back for the right one's, they charged me $10 dollars for their screw up for sending them back, now they charged me $209.99 for the boots that was supposed to be $155.99 and said that the steel toes are more money, when I ordered steel toe to begin with, so now I got $219.99 into a $155.99 pair of boots. All I know is I better get reimbursed my money, I have all my paperwork showing their wrong... STAY AWAY
Ordered pair of boots paid extra for two day shipping. Ordered on a Thursday. Did not ship until Saturday will not arrive until Tuesday. Asked for a refund of two day shipping. Did not even respond and no refund.
I ordered 2 hats. One for husband and one for grandson on dec 1st for Christmas. Still no hats and no reason from customer service. Will never order from them again. Wish I would have read reviews before I ordered.
All of the boots run small. What they call a width M (medium) is a B on the box (narrow). What they call a width W (wide) is a C on the box. Maybe they should list the correct width's on there website. This way people would not fooled it believing that when they order a wide width, it actually is a wide width.
I stumbled on a gold mine when found Sheplers looking for something else, I made the mistake of looking and I fell in love. I purchased cripplecreek beaded Fringe suede wrap skirt, I viewed all comments and quickly placed my order. I Recieved my skirt today 12/30/19, gorgeous high quality well made beautifully designed. Best of all It fits like It was tailor made for me. I love this company and clothes so much I ordered the turquoise Military Fringe Jacket. Best on line purchase I have ever made.

I ordered a Men's work mans Belt.
The package felt odd in feeling not like a belt, as UPS was driving away.
I opened the package and it was a Woman's lite blue sweater (Size 8/M).
I called Sheplers customer service and the employee said they would send me a free return shipping label.
Then I was to take it to a UPS drop off location, which is not convenient for me, as I live in a rural area.
Then when Sheplers had recieved their mistaken order, would they then send me my actual order. (maybe - 2nd time is charm).
I instead opted to get a refund, which will not be credited back to my card, until they recieve their sweater.
I asked the customer service rep if this happens very often, she said "unfortunately these days it does".

Fake site... I ordered and paid $200 for a pair of Frye sneaker and what they shipped me was a pair of cheap shoe. Worse case the shipment was from China! Please stop buying from this site as it is totally fake and ripe off!
Had a return, wrong item shipped. Returned unopened immediately upon arrival. It took weeks to get my refund back and they charged me the original freight or some $10 fee. I would suggest shopping somewhere else.
OK, Ordered boots Dec. 11, Money for boots gone from account immediately, Got the boots "Wrong size and wrong color, sent them back the day I received them, Now it is Jan. 11 and they said i received my refund minus the $10.00 return fee for their mistake, the funds are not in my account period! Now they are saying 7-10 days! A review of the BBB on this company is ludicrous, I am beginning to think the donkeys running Shepler's are affiliated with the donkeys in Washington, the BBB are a pack of donkeys too. These folks need a beat down. Vote: Donald Trump!
1st, This company has no sense of its self.
2nd, They don't honor overnight shipping when you pay for it.
3rd, If you shop on line and the item's are listed as in stock, don't be surprised when receiving your confirmation that most the items are not.
4th, UPS and Sheplers don't know how to track the packages nor provide accurate dates.
5th, They are quick to take your money and it takes up to 5 or 8 business days to get a refund.
6th, Customer service does not exist, do not expect to be heard or receive a resolution you the issue they created.
7th, They are open Black Friday but don't count it as a business day which is odd.
Ordered a leather vest for Christmas on 11/25/2019 which never arrived. When I called to follow up I was told that there was a glitch between the Paypal and Sheplers platforms and the order was never shipped. I was never notified. I placed a 2nd order using my credit card and again the vest never arrived. This time when I called I was told the item is not in stock. Again I was never notified. Unfortunately, Sheplers is unreliable. Would love to be able to order many of their items but what's the point if they are never shipped.
I live in Central Victoria, Australia. Can get wrangler jeans, but very expensive.
Found Sheplers to be great value. Even with the exchange rate to Aus. Dollars.
However when I read all the negative reviews I was very hesitant to place my order.
Which consisted of 4 pairs of ladies wrangler jeans Then I searched other US sites
To compare prices and if they ship to Aus.
Sheplers still came out on top for price and postage.
Still I couldn't decide if it was worth risking the parcel arriving.
Upon comparing the prices to what I can get here in Aus. (I've saved more than $100. Even after exchange rate & postage).
So I bit the bullet o & ordered them
A week after I placed the order they arrived today on my doorstep.
So yes they are couriered once hit Aussie.
I will say if you're contemplating ordering on line. Try on jeans in a local store first
To get sizing as they are a bit smaller than Aussie sizing.
All up very impressed with Shepler and would order again.
Defective boot I had three pairs of the same boot size 10d Chippewa i dont know what they sold me but clearly the left boot doesnt fit its rubbing on my toes and now they say o well inspect their bull$#*! artist scumbags!
I had ordered a beautiful pair of boots. It said to order up a size, so I did. When I got the boots, they were still a size too small. Beautiful quality, so I was going to exchange it. According to the website, I should include the return slip, which was supposed to come with the order. Well, there wasn't one. I tried to find a way to print one from the website. There isn't an option. So, I tried calling - twice. After being on hold for 20 min, I hung up. Then I tried e-mailing them, no response. I finally sent them back. I used the packing slip and wrote "Return" on it. I had changed my mind, trying to exchange them. I don't want to work with a company that will not communicate. So now, I am out $10 for S&H.
I had tried to order from them before, a few months back. After one week, I got a call, that they were back-ordered. Then I got another call that they actually don't have them. I am done with this company.
I Placed an order a little over a week ago. From placing the order by telephone to the fantastic tracking information, I find the service to be exceptional! The boots I ordered where Tony Lama 3R cowboy, work boots. Received exactly what I ordered in a timely fashon. Well done Sheplers, will definately be a repeat customer.

I paid for 2nd day air and got my package 3 days after ordering which is fine but didn't get a shipped email or a delivered email. Called customer service while at work to cancel order because I thought it wasn't even shipped yet. Lady was rude and I told her I wanted to cancel and said well it's still processing so I can't cancel it. When really they can they just want to make you pay extra to retune it. Then she changes it to oh it was delivered today at 11:53am you'll have to check the front porch. I hung up and checked my front porch there it was. Honestly from my experience I will NEVER order from sheplers again. Horrible customer service, horrible order tracking, and my boot box was damaged as well.
