They have the worst customer service ever, 1st they shipped my order to my old address ( not to mention that is not address that I provide on my order) I have called and emailed numbers of times in regards to this issue but no respond, their wait time To talk to alive agent is a joke I waited about 3 hrs to talk to someone and no one ever picked up it just kept saying you are this person in line and never got to me, no respond on email, I will never order nor recommend to order from them. I have tried yo called again in the last 4 hrs and every time I called it said you are #25 do they even take these calls or do they even have customer service dept
First time trying to order from this company and was promised %10 off for becoming a first time member. Never got the 10% discount but ordered it anyway. Called customer service and the girl was rude and unprofessional.Explained my issue and she said to send her proof of sign up so I did. She then canceled my order. This company is horrible! When I emailed them and got no response, called and just another rude service person that couldn't do anything for me.
So, usually i see the good in bad things but i just can't ignore the fact that i am pissed. So first of all, the shipping. FANTASTIC recieved on the due date as printed. Here's the gag tho. As soon as i slipped my leg in the pants (that fit perfectly) the button flew off and the middle of the pants ripped. I also ordered a swim suit that looks NOTHING like online. My order was $90 and i will not be wearing a thing from here. So pissed. This was all for a trip.
I placed an order on November 29th and have received no confirmation that it has even been shipped. I confirmed with my credit card company they have taken the payment. I have tried calling customer service several times and cannot get through. I have emailed numerous times with no response and even tried their online chat with no response. I think the company is a scam and have just taken my money without sending the order. Terrible!
I found the same clothing on a different website way cheaper and they always have coupons. I also returned my items and it took two weeks to credit my money back. Y'all need to refund money with the same energy y'all take it out of people's accounts. Y'all got it on a Monday because of you the priority sticker you send with the clothing and it just shouldn't take 2 weeks to credit money..
Akira the CLOTHING STORE is AMAZING. I made sure to buy clothes with reviews and I was not sorry. I ordered my clothes after Christmas and they came in the following week. No issues. The clothes were exactly as pictured. Getting a hold of them via email is rough and I did wait on the phone but the item they couldn't locate they did. And I got the last poncho. I got through to an agent in under 20 minutes even with the holidays from the east coast. Can't complain.
My daughter bought 1 jewelry item while the buy one get 50% off was going on. I went back with her within 24 hours to buy the other item (so I wasn't asking for money back-I was going to spend more money in the store). And the lady said sorry she should have done that yesterday! I quietly told my two daughters to put the $300.00 worth of clothing back because I do not do business in stores like that!
Their receipt says one thing about returns and exchanges THEN the workers stamp a red "final sale" on the receipt! Yikes! Who is watching over this business?
My girls were mad I said I wouldn't buy clothing from their. I told them, sorry place like that will be shut down in about 2 years!
I've been shopping through this site for years now. I don't buy a ton of clothes but I do allow myself a splurge maybe once or twice a year if I can afford it, and I pretty much always get my stuff from here. They have some pretty good sales and I utilize their coupon offers because a lot of the clothing is a little expensive for my wallet.
I do tend to buy a lot at one time and if anything doesn't fit or isn't to my liking their return policy is quick and easy. Clothing generally arrives within a few days of my order which I LOVE, and unless it's marked final purchase they are willing to accept returns no questions asked. Customer service is based in the US and in my experience they have always been polite and super helpful. A few times I've missed the return window and I've been able to resell items, sometimes for more than I paid (thank you coupons!) on Poshmark so I love that.
Everything I've ever purchased from them has been excellent quality, and when I say quality I mean real rhinestones instead of just printed gems on fabric, real embroidery instead of just printed embroidery, etc, things you don't get that much any more, at least not without a designer label attached. Not to mention they don't fall apart after one or two wears so I'm willing to spend a little more just for the consistent quality. There are pieces I bought 3 or 4 years ago that I still wear on a regular basis. When it comes to online retailers this is one I highly recommend. Also, they offer some really striking and unique statement pieces that you can't find elsewhere without paying an arm and a leg for them. Again, keep an eye out for the discount codes, when they have their 50% off sales I'm stocking tf up. I'm not a fan of buying cheap fast fashion just to wear once, and everything I've gotten here has really held up to the test of time.
I legit love this company, they have really done right by me. I'm almost 40 years old and they keep me feeling fresh and fashionable without breaking the bank or looking cheap. 10/10 highly recommend.
I contacted the postal service and was told this company Akira has a history of creating duplicate tracking numbers that belong to a previous order. I called her on Saturday but they were closed. She said since I waited more than hours to contact them she couldn't issue a refund. How can I contact you when you were close? I think this company is running a scam She said the duplicate tracking number would update, I asked when. She just told lie after lie
I ordered two coats on sale that came in too damn small when I called customer service the girl was so Rude saying they don't exchange final sale items so you get my damn money and I'm out of a item Akira you need to change your policy or prepare to start closing stores your days in business are numbered!
Answer: They are 100% legit. I have been buying clothes and shoes from them for years and everything I've gotten is not only beautiful but it holds up to multiple wears. They are my first place to shop whenever I wanna update my wardrobe.
